Came here with my sister in law and mother in law in support of finding her (SIL) wedding dress. We…read morehad an amazing experience with Julissa and on the real, she is a girl's girl. Typically shopping for this occasion may be such a hassle and overwhelming, but it definitely did not feel like that at all thanks to her. She listened and spoke out on whatever was on our minds... sometimes without us even saying it! This was the first store that my SIL went to and left with choosing her beautiful dress. On another note, it's a thoughtful gesture with drinks and snacks available during our visit. Def recommend!

I originally flew to Florida from New York to shop at this bridal store. At first the experience…read morewas wonderful. I had the pleasure of working with Yovanna, who was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive. After just a short phone call the day before my appointment, she had already picked out what ended up being my wedding dress. The store itself was clean, elegant, and had thoughtful personal touches like a welcome letter board with my name on it. UNFORTUNATELY, everything changed once my dress arrived months later! I flew back to Florida in January for my pickup appointment, bringing my shoes and veil with me. Due to unforeseen circumstances involving renovations next door, the store had issues that caused my appointment to be canceled and rescheduled twice. In the end, I was not allowed inside the store and had to pick up my wedding dress in the parking lot while the manager, Jocelyn, was inside with fans running and floors being mopped. There were even PODS containing dresses sitting outside. While I understood the situation itself was out of their control, it was still disappointing to lose what should have been a special bridal moment. Once back where I was staying, I tried on my dress and immediately noticed a quarter-sized red stain inside one of the bra cups. When I contacted the store, I was told the dress had "never been removed from the bag," which was concerning considering the circumstances the store had just experienced. I was then told later "the brides like to open the bag themselves"which again felt odd given the condition of the store at the time. Instead of offering a real solution, I was initially sent an Amazon product recommendation to clean the dress myself. After speaking with my seamstress, who believed it could possibly be a water or spray-related stain, I contacted the store again with photos. Jocelyn explained there was "not much they could do since the dress had left both the designers store and their store" AND "this has never happened before". I was offered a link on how to remove different stains from the designer's website. Eventually, they asked me to ship the dress back to Florida so they could "handle it," but when my fiancé and I repeatedly asked what that actually meant, I was never given a clear answer. I was understandably uncomfortable shipping my wedding gown back and forth. I asked if they would reorder the dress so I could exchange it during another trip to Florida in April, but they refused. We settled on traveling back ourselves with the dress and allowing them to "handle" it. Thankfully, my seamstress was able to remove the stain after spending several days carefully working on it. When I informed the store in April that I would not be bringing the dress back, I explained that we were disappointed not only with the stain itself, but with the lack of care, communication, and professionalism throughout the process. Jocelyn had said she was sorry and questioned why my plans had changed. She said the owner, Jan, would want to speak with me. Unfortunately, speaking with Jan was even more upsetting. During the call, I felt dismissed and disrespected. She stated that "this has never happened in 20 years," implied the issue would have been resolved faster if I lived closer, and even scoffed at the fact that my seamstress charged me for stain removal, saying it "probably took her two minutes." At this point she wanted to contact my seamstress to confirm this and then she could send me compensation for the stain removal. In the end, what should have been one of the most exciting and memorable experiences leading up to my wedding became incredibly stressful and disappointing. While Yovanna was wonderful, my interactions with management (Jan AND Jocelyn) completely overshadowed the positive beginning of the experience. Brides deserve to feel supported, listened to, and cared for -- especially when issues arise with something as important as their wedding dress. The entire burden of resolving the issue felt like it was being placed on me during what was already a stressful time leading up to my wedding. I felt completely unheard.
