I used to work in healthcare and KNOW the demands so I extend lots of grace. With the Rite Aid having closed, I'm sure they are getting slammed with more work and on top have to deal with corporate demands. The Pharmacists is always helpful in making sure we know how to take our meds and the techs are great and very patient‼ I do dislike longer wait times in the drive thru or inside but everyone is seen working diligently. What more could we expect.

Walked in around 10am and there was no one to greet me, I waited for like 5 minutes and someone from the back came to help me. I needed some feminine care products, couple of drinks, 3 vitamins, shampoo, bath tissue, conditioner, dish soap couple of sponges, toothpaste and toothbrush. Out of the 10 items, I only got 6. I was still grateful, because I mostly needed the feminine products and they had them in stock. Store is not well organized and a lot of things are missing from the aisles/shelves. Store was clean and they didn't let me use the restroom, telling me to go next door to Habit restaurant, knowing and seeing the sign for the restrooms. Prices are fair, I have been a customer of CVS for literally 35 plus years and we get their promotional coupons in the mail. Comes very handy on a BIG purchase. When it was time to check out, I had to wait in line, because the cashier was M.I.A. Once he returned, he didn't even acknowledge me by saying hello or something.. Can't comment on their Pharmacy, because we use other CVS's pharmacy. Please hire more people and stock up your shelves!! Parking lot shared with other businesses..

I was not asking you to put in any numbers, simply read the instructions on the coupon and follow the prompts, but since you saw a line forming, you decided to dismiss it by saying "it doesn't work" I was annoyed and i wanted to get out of there rather than deal with a lazy worker.

Seems like a redundant question to ask someone what they are picking up at a pharmacy. My prescription had been called into this pharmacy days beforehand and someone from the pharmacy called me so I knew they were on some level aware of the prescription. I gave her my name and she said there was nothing for me there. I said "my doctor called this in a few days ago and I was called by the pharmacy, so not sure what happened."
