Lucia using an in-house communication system notified another clerk who found and brought it to me. I also found out that it was buy one and get one free when she was researching for the product on the Walgreen website. I had to shop for other items so Lucia took the vitamins to the register for safe keeping. My mobility is compromised so I really appreciate the extra help. With the Rite Aid having closed, I'm sure they are getting slammed with more work and on top have to deal with corporate demands. The Pharmacists is always helpful in making sure we know how to take our meds and the techs are great and very patient‼ I do dislike longer wait times in the drive thru or inside but everyone is seen working diligently. I was still grateful, because I mostly needed the feminine products and they had them in stock. Store is not well organized and a lot of things are missing from the aisles/shelves. Store was clean and they didn't let me use the restroom, telling me to go next door to Habit restaurant, knowing and seeing the sign for the restrooms. Prices are fair, I have been a customer of CVS for literally 35 plus years and we get their promotional coupons in the mail. Comes very handy on a BIG purchase. When it was time to check out, I had to wait in line, because the cashier was M.I.A. Once he returned, he didn't even acknowledge me by saying hello or something.. I had a digital coupon for the pill and I wanted to use it but this young man, did not even try to read the instructions on the coupon itself. He quickly wanted to dismiss my request without even reading it all the way. He didn't want to read it period. Lazy and not helpful at all. I was not asking you to put in any numbers, simply read the instructions on the coupon and follow the prompts, but since you saw a line forming, you decided to dismiss it by saying "it doesn't work" I was annoyed and i wanted to get out of there rather than deal with a lazy worker.
