I used to work in healthcare and KNOW the demands so I extend lots of grace. With the Rite Aid having closed, I'm sure they are getting slammed with more work and on top have to deal with corporate demands. The Pharmacists is always helpful in making sure we know how to take our meds and the techs are great and very patient‼ I do dislike longer wait times in the drive thru or inside but everyone is seen working diligently. The individual who answered the phone was rude and abruptly hung up on me while I was mid-sentence, before I could fully explain the reason for my call. I called back, assuming it may have been a misunderstanding or technical issue. When the same person answered again, I was immediately told, "we're not interested." I attempted to briefly clarify that I hadn't had a chance to finish my explanation during the first call, but I was once again cut off and the call was ended abruptly without any opportunity for further discussion. While I understand that not every organization is open to partnerships, I found the lack of basic professionalism and courtesy disappointing. A simple, respectful response would have been more appropriate and would have reflected much better on the establishment. Unfortunately, based on this interaction, I would not feel comfortable recommending them or sending students there in the future.

I said fine that's not a big deal I'll buy Tylenol I said it has been approved before with no issue but no problem I can purchase the syrup version. Then all of the sudden like a week later I got txt saying the medicine was ready for pick up , I thought they couldn't process it right? I found out my daughter Drs found out that they didn't processed it so she reached to the pharmacy and just like that they processed it and I got it delivered. Which is good. Then today, my sister actually receives a txt saying she has 2 medicines: a lidocaine cream and Tramadol pills. She doesn't take those meds, she hasn't been to the doctor or anything. She calls the pharmacy and whoever answers her is in a rush and doesn't even acknowledge my sister. the only thing she said was: oh, thanks for letting us know bye! And hangs up the phone. My sister felt uneasy because she can see they have charged her insurance already so she just took a drive to the pharmacy because over the phone they just hanged up on her, at the pharmacy she said they told her: oh yeah we cancelled it and ignored her. They didn't even apologize or anything at all. They need either a complete new team members or just a hardcore training. They're horrible

When she finally lets me in, I stood there inside for about 2-3 minutes before she even acknowledged me and I said "I'm here to pick up." Her reply: "pick up what?" .... A prescription? Seems like a redundant question to ask someone what they are picking up at a pharmacy. My prescription had been called into this pharmacy days beforehand and someone from the pharmacy called me so I knew they were on some level aware of the prescription. I gave her my name and she said there was nothing for me there. I said "my doctor called this in a few days ago and I was called by the pharmacy, so not sure what happened."
