While installing on next visit mentioned that the drain pump wasn't working, +$30 and he's only charge 1/2 on the service call of $75. Installed that and then noted the bracket that holds it was broken BUT he had one in the truck and replaced that for $30. Washer is back to running, at a total of $590. Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

Funny how the problem could easily be fixed until after I forked over $120, and then suddenly the drive was damaged and corrupted and it could not be repaired. Insulation going bad causing drain to freeze and water backing up into ref. compartment." The implication she got was that she needed to buy a new refrigerator. She called me for advice since it was not fixed. I have no refrigeration training but do know how to use Youtube and Google. All the top hits on a simple search talked about the drain freezing up and how to thaw it. None of them mentioned bad insulation. I followed the Youtube videos and fixed the problem easily and with simple tools. It has not recurred. That was over a month ago. She sent them a letter and I called several times. No return phone calls but, to their credit they did send her a lame letter about how good they are and a full refund including the price of the stamp she used to mail in the letter. That refund is why this is a 2 star review instead of 1 star.
