I brought my vehicle here for a windshield replacement. They installed a cheap, non-compliant aftermarket windshield (VITRO brand, DOT 287) that severely distorted and slanted my factory HUD projection, rendering it a blurry visual hazard. Worse, the installation instantly triggered a permanent electronic safety lockout on my dashboard, entirely disabling my vehicle's automated emergency braking and forward-collision safety systems. When I returned to the shop to report these critical defects, the staff was dismissive, completely refused to allow me to speak to management, and gaslit me by denying the issue existed. Because they refused to assist or honor their work, I had to take the car to Safelite Auto Glass for a certified technical inspection. Safelite's master technicians issued a formal corporate letter confirming that the glass installed by this shop was physically warped and out of specification. Crucially, Safelite discovered and documented that this shop failed to properly install the forward-facing safety camera inside its mounting bracket, leaving a critical safety component unattached. Safelite's computers pulled active Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC): Code 0x800AC8 (Front camera calibration fault), which couldn't be cleared due to the bad glass tolerances. I had to pay out of pocket for a full OEM replacement at Safelite just to make my car safe to drive. This shop is technically incompetent with modern vehicles, negligent with critical safety equipment, and possesses zero customer service accountability. Stay far away.
