On the first visit, while the manager was very nice, opening a cashier check-out with live clerk, the time spent is never a quick stop for a few items. On a return trip, It took me 80 minutes to take back pants that weren't the right cut, get a refund, and try on jeans, same size, same brand, which fit. Go figure. Then again, check myself out. A little glitch with the machine didn't help, but the self check-out clerk was busy talking with someone. Finally got it to scan correctly. So yes, much of the afternoon on this one errand. Grrr.

She was going to tell them how to submit to Express Script (tricare) but the chain pharmacy would not talk to her. She wanted me to come down to the store. So I did. The line was long. An employee told me I was last in line before lunch. Ok. He said they would take me. When I got the the pharmacy person, he said there was no one to help me as everyone was at lunch. It was 1:40. She kept cutting me off, trying to "explain" that no one had given my sister a hard time and even claimed the order was already picked up--which was clearly untrue because my sister was still standing in the store waiting. At one point, she even asked me, "was it 3 bags?" -- how would I know? I placed an order for 7 items! Then, all of a sudden, she "found" the order after insisting it wasn't there. Instead of apologizing, she continued arguing and spoke over me the entire time. On top of that, they were questioning my sister and saying things like, "we didn't bother you, we never gave you a hard time," which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I asked for her to stay on the line until my sister had the order in hand, but she refused and hung up. This happened today (9/7/25) at approximately 7:15pm. No apology, no accountability--just rudeness and attitude. Outrageous customer service. I am reaching out to corporate.
