However, this second experience didn't quite live up to the first. I had left my car the night before to ensure they could begin work promptly the next day. When I called to check in the following afternoon, I was informed they were still working on my estimate and that it would be ready in about 30 minutes... It ended up taking slightly over an hour to receive the estimate. After going over the estimate, I was surprised by the cost, so I carefully went through it with someone more knowledgeable about cars than I am. As it turns out , they had added a little over $1400 worth of suggested maintenance and did not notate this on the estimate or inform me when I spoke to them. Had I not had someone to review this with me I would have thought all of this work was required to fix the leak. When I called Perks back and began to ask questions and go line by line of "suggested work" it was then made clear to me what they had done. I still agreed to let them do the work and was told they would call me back in 30 minutes to let me know how long it would take to get the parts and return my car. After 2 hours I had to reached out to them again to find out when I could have my car fixed and returned. Thankfully, it was only going to take another day. All that being said, Perks does good work and they are very friendly. Yes, I will use them again but going in I will be more cautious and let them know up front my expectations.

On 2/19 I paid $96 to have the lip of my bumper reattached. All the screws were still in place but…read morethe little clamps in front had come apart. The lip was hanging down a bit but not near dragging. It looked liked it just needed to be clipped back in place. Precision reattached it the same day I brought it in. On 3/12 while driving on the highway it fell down and dragged the ground. I was very fortunate that nothing happened other than the lip getting damaged. I called Precision to discuss this and Andy immediately went into "if you're asking me to buy you a new bumper I'm not doing that" and also blamed me saying I either hit something or pulled into a parking spot and pulled it off. I had previously explained to Andy that I always back into parking spaces because the front sits so low. I wasn't calling him to request a new bumper because the bumper isn't damaged at all. I just wanted to make him aware and discuss what we could possibly do. However the immediate defensive reaction of taking no accountability and blaming me makes me never want to deal with this business again.
