Oh, how I have so much to say about this business. I am finally at a point where I can sit down and write this review so here we go. First things first, I will NEVER take my car for repair here again. Only reason I took my vehicle here was because the dealership I purchased the car from recommended them to repair Volkswagens. Here is my experience: 1. Poor communication - I had to call multiple times to check the status of my car. They never reached out to me to tell me anything...oh wait, yes they did to ask me where the check was from the insurance company?? They definitely called, left a voicemail and sent a text. 2. Poor customer service - one day I called to check on the status of my car and they were extremely rude and rushing me off the phone. I had to call back the next day only for them to tell me they were waiting for a part to come in and the car would be ready to pick up the next day. Let me remind you of the poor communication from #1, when the vehicle was ready to be picked up they called my husband although it was my vehicle and my information on file not his. Also, the lady that took my payment was not friendly at all. Seems like she was all about collecting my deductible versus smiling and having a conversation to ask me if I had any questions. 3. When they first received the car they told me that I needed to sign an authorization for them to begin the work, ok fine, I went up there on a Saturday and there was no one at the front desk or in the offices to assist me. I was screaming "hello" before someone came out to assist me. 4. When I finally do go pick my car up, I noticed it sitting out front in the open which was weird to me. I brushed it off because I did call that morning to check on the status once again and a lady answered and confirmed it was indeed ready (although you never called me personally to tell me). Maybe the car was sitting in the open parking lot because they knew I would be there by a certain time...not the case. The man that apparently worked on my car straight up told me the car has been ready for 6 days. Don't make sense since they called my husband on a Friday to say the car was ready and I picked it up the next day on a Saturday! 5. When I entered the building and told the man I was there to pick up my car, he went straight to telling me that he detailed the car for free which normally costs around $200...all he wanted me to do was give them a 5 star review. I didn't like being forced to give 5 stars especially with the way the car was looking when I picked it up. The car was dusty like it hadn't been washed, the inside driver side mat had footprints and was dusty. I have a baby so the stroller was placed on top of my lightly colored fabric seats creating permanent marks on the seat. He said they used a cleaner for the fabric but it still was very dirty (I can't make this up, see pics below). My husband told the man about it and he was defensive and never apologized for the inconvenience or offered to fix it. When we opened the trunk the opening for where the spare tire is housed was open and he had to come out and fix that. Also, why did you feel it was a good idea to lean my baby's stroller against a dirty pole in the grass while you put the trunk the way it was when the car was dropped off?? Totally unacceptable!!!! 6. Dead car battery - so the car was sitting for 6 days in an open parking lot and now the battery is dead and you want to get an attitude with me. Also, my baby was in the car and we waiting for you to charge the battery before we can drive off. Also, when the car wouldn't start, I had to go back inside to tell him and there was a man and woman in his office, the man in his office I don't know if he worked there or not but he offered up his two cents and was very rude. What you was saying didn't fix the issue on how my car was looking sir. He also didn't come outside to see what I was talking about which truly upset me. I was over it which is why this review is on Google. I am going to find this business on Yelp and post the same thing.

    After repaired.

I highly recommend this body shop. They went above and beyond to have my vehicle repaired.

When I sold the car in 2004, all the windows still matched even though the tint on one was 2 years newer. When I saw the car parked at a tire shop in 2010, the tint still looked great (Z-Tint sticker was still there on the driver's side window) even though it was now 15 years since it was done. My Dad thought they did such a good job on my car he drove his car from Richardson to have the tint done at Z-Tint. And one of my regular customers had all his exotics and buses done at Z-Tint as well. Anyway, picked up the first car in a while that didn't already have tint on it and noticed that not only was Z-Tint still in business but had excellent online reviews. And Bruce still owns the company. I had them do the Winco IR tint on my car including the windshield. What a huge improvement! Not only does it look great and the windshield tint absolutely does not make night driving any different than without tint but my car is noticeably cooler inside now. It's nice being able to grab the shifter now and not have it be so hot I have to put a towel on it to shift for the first few minutes of driving. Very fast service too. Even with another customer's car in front of mine, I was out of the door in less than 2 hours.

Getting third car done here and the service and quality are top notch! Prices are very reasonable.read more
