I purchased a washer and dryer set here a month ago. The washer was delivered and installed, but was not fully operational. l tried calling the store to speak with customer service, but either no one picked up, or they hang up on me after placing me on hold. I finally got a number to phone support for the delivery and installation dept-- and requested to have the machine picked up within the 48-hour return policy window. I had difficulty with their phone support department because an agent who I later followed up with to the confirm the return tried to say they authorized the return against policy, in error, and tried reversing my return request. Later it was determined I was within policy. I later got my issued resolved by walking into the store and speaking with the store manager, Ed. The next week I had the faulty washer, swapped out for a new one and paid a little extra money for a five-year warranty for the extra peace of mind. The store sales associates and store management were really great but there phone systems, customer service are and install/delivery team need some extra love and training. This review was updated from a one star rating to a five star rating for the fact that they resolved my issue and made the best effort to make the experience better.

Do not trust their delivery!!! We ordered over $5k in appliances to be delivered to our under construction home. We received the email the night before that the delivery window was from 12-4pm the next day. 8am I get a call from an out of area number. I answer and there is no one there. I hang up. It calls back, I don't answer thinking it's spam. They do NOT leave a message. Shortly after that I get an email update that says my delivery window is now between 11-3pm. Ok fine. Then I get a text from that number stating they tried to deliver my appliances at 8:45am and we were not there!!! Of course we were not there. It's under construction, no one lives there and we didn't need to be there until 11am. We call the number, text the number and are ignored. We called Lowe's. They of course can't do anything since the delivery company is a 3rd party. We call the 3rd party company and are met with excuse after excuse. First they lie and say the window was from 8-12. Then the story changes to my window was actually eastern time... on and on. All excuses. They refuse to reach out to the drivers stating they are a different 3rd party company and can't do anything about it. They refuse to transfer us to a supervisor and refuse to deliver them today. We have to reschedule to the next available slot which isn't until 3 days from now!!!!! So now our tight construction schedule is pushed back costing us more $. Lowe's blames the delivery company the delivery company blames Lowe's. All bullshit!

Doors Berto helped loaded up

Doing a home improvement project, and needed all sorts of things. I was impressed by Berto's great customer service! He not only helped load the doors into the blue cart, but answered my questions about special doors. He was patient and knowledgeable as well. First time receiving such service from Lowe's.

The dude and I came to Lowe's in July 2020 and recently August 23rd as I am enjoying gardening and growing plants. The dude surprised me with a Pineapple plant from Walmart garden section and needing some more happy plant friends to keeep it company I wanted to see the other additions I could add to my fruit and vegetable garden. My cucumber plant is thriving however White Flies are sadly eating away my plant and turning the leaves yellow!!! It's so disheartening so I needed to find a safe organic liquid to do away with such pests!!! However the Clovis location was raided!! I also love my happy bees so I don't want anything to kill them and they were all out of Garden safe products sadly :( However no shortage on beloved flowers, fruit plants and garden plants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I ended up getting a metal rod for my cucumber plant to help hold it up as it should be producing cucumbers in a few weeks if not sooner! I will be back to see what I need for my thriving garden as I also got plant food too! All affordable! It was clean and organized. Lovely time! I will be back!!!

Checking it out and they have a pretty good plant flower selection! Workers are masked. Ended up seeing some really pretty colorful daisies. They won. I went to checkout after that and the worker was kind. It's, clean, safe and practiced! Good service and store! Recommended!

Went into Lowes to the Apliance Center and Andy greeted us and said he will be with us in a min or so. He was helping out another customer. Once Andy was done he greeted us again. Andy went out of his way looking for a color we wanted but no luck. He was very helpful and told us he could have the washer delivered the next day. Thought we was kinda of joking but the delivery guys arrived at 9am and hooked it up and installed the washer like ninjas . They also took the cardboard with them. Thank you Lowes for the military discount and your customer service..!!! Thank you Andy

I'm honestly shocked by the difference in customer service between the Clovis and Fresno locations…read more We were trying to return a generator after continuing to have issues with it, and the experience at the Clovis store was absolutely awful. We followed the instructions we were given for draining the generator's gas, but, as anyone who owns one knows, it's almost impossible to get every last bit out. Instead of trying to help or being understanding, the staff immediately became rude and argumentative. My husband even offered to take it outside himself to dump the tiny amount that was left, and they completely overreacted, saying they were "late," that it was "against the law," and refused to help us at all. The attitude was unbelievable. After leaving frustrated, I called the Fresno location and spoke with JR, and WOW -- what a difference. JR was professional, calm, understanding, and actually wanted to help solve the problem instead of creating one. That is what customer service is supposed to look like. Because of how we were treated at the Clovis location, I will never shop there again. From now on, I'll gladly drive farther just to go to the Fresno store where customers are treated with respect. Though I may have been treated better if Matt was actually working, but since he can't control how rude his staff is. especially when you're sending that kind of money on a piece of equipment.

This allows me to plant what I need and also share with my neighbors. Darlene answered questions about the plants and let me know when certain plants would be arriving. I made a request for the yellow tomato (Lemon Boy). She let me know the date it would arrive and I received a text the day before to remind me. There were also two other employees, a young man and young lady who were also helpful and kind if not cheerful. This kind of knowledgeable personalized service is rare. I kept calling and calling and no one would pick up, the phone kept ringing. I tried for hours throughout my work time but no one would pick up so I decided to show up in person after work to place my order. When I got there and seen my sale rep, all happy to announce I finally decided which blinds I want. I even shared with him I been calling the stores all day but the phone kept ringing. He straight admitted he sees I calls and not pick up. Another sales clerk worked right next time him give me the uncomfortable pitty look. I am speechless and was humiliated. I ended up financing with Lowe's and he informed they dont have the option of 36 months interest free (roughly around that timeframe) but he will call their finance dept next morning and get it corrected. Provided his email address for me to reach out for an update. I emailed the next evening, he never responded. It's been weeks and still no response. I have to call myself to get it corrected. He already provided me the quotes when we first met. When he took down my order, with my quote right by his side, i still repeated to him how I want my blinds to remind him. Order printed, I tried to double check but he rudely tells me to signed it. When the blinds came and the installer put it up, it was the wrong order! REAL BAD EXPERIENCES WITH LOWES FROM START TO END!
