I don't know what is going on with all of these negative reviews... We bought our LG washer and dryer here and the team was fantastic. There were multiple hiccups on the LG side and they helped us navigate all of it. The delivery team was very friendly and accommodating. There are restrictions on how much they will let you reschedule ahead of time but if you call the morning of delivery, they do their best to help you. The lawn and garden center is amazing as well. They are very helpful. I've been to a lot of Home Depot's and Lowe's and Ace Hardware's around the state And This location is great. read more

I bought a Frigidare refrigerator/freezer from Lowes Easton in July 2023, in April 2024 it stopped working, Had to go through Electrolux to get repair under warranty. 3 weeks later repairman fixed switch on compressor. Two days later it stopped working again. Took 3 weeks to get another repairman out. He said he wasn't qualified to to handle the Freon in the frig. waiting now almost two weeks for another repair. Waited over an hour for Lowes customer service for some direction, lady hung up on me. Waiting over a hour with Electrolux (maker of Frigidare product) for customer service. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWES EASTON AGAIN!!! read more

I ordered a screen door from Lowe's on October 23, 2023 and it was installed in February 2024. It was if they forgot about me and I can't tell you how difficult it was to finally get a hold of someone that could help me. Now once that happens, the gentleman that helped me did an exceptional job pushing to have my door installed and they did a fabulous job installing it. I freak with their garden shop staff there is very nice and very helpful and they usually have a good assortment of plants, bushes, and perennials. The new store manager whose name is Brian I believe has done a good job in the place up. I do continue to shop there. read more

Bought an LG stove that malfunctioned 2 weeks after purchasing - right front burner has no heat control but burns full blast, and the oven broils when on the bake setting...and Lowe's will not lift a finger. Lowe's customer service (post purchase) in Easton MD is by far the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Management has the manner and maturity of a hormonal teenager with a broken nail. It's no wonder the reviews are so poor for this location, as they are headed by an uncompassionate, uncaring, incompetent, broken-nail complex manager that is colder than Antarctica, with a nails-across-the-chalkboard squeak in her voice when she gets upset at you, then hangs up on you...Class-A customer service, Lowe's of Easton...nice job ;). Ordered a mulch delivery on April 23rd. It was scheduled and confirmed for May 1st. Received a text confirmation the night before at 530 giving us a delivery window on the 1st of 9am-1pm. The delivery was never made, nor were we notified even after making arrangements to be available for that that delivery window. Did some research and saw online that the order not only been transfered to the Seaford DE store but the delivery date had been changed. Lowes of Easton was absolutely horrible with customer service when I called. Got nothing but excuses even after an hour of being put on hold and hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! read more

"Lowes"...what's in a name? Well, this name says it all. The Easton store IS the epitome of LOWE customer service, LOWE stock, LOWE training, LOWE compentence. The only thing that is high when shopping there is the level of frustration. I have found that other Lowes stores are relatively well-stocked, albiet customer serivce can be hit or miss. However, on every (LITERALLY EVERY) visit I've made to the Easton store in the past 2-years, it will be out of stock on items that their website says they have stock on. There really cannot be any other explanation other than poor management. I've never experienced a corporate store that is so consistently poorly stocked, especially in this age of computerized inventory management. I should have learned by now that a visit to the store should not just be precipitated by checking stock online, I should have learned that I need to call the store in advance and have a human being literally put there hands on an item I plan on purchasing there. And today I noted that they have not one check-out open at the Easton Lowes. They have replaced nearly all with self-checkout stands. But they have two teenagers standing chatting up a storm with each other but neither steps up to assist with purhases until the self-checkout machine starts yelling at the customer. Upon seeing this today I just left the things I had brought to the checkout and left it there and walked out the door. I will not return...the frustration and the F-you! attitude towards Easton store patrons is just too much to take anymore so now I just GIVE-UP on Easton Lowes. If it closed tomorrow I believe that it would benefit the town...or at the very least there won't be any love-loss. If there is something that only Lowes has that I desire, I will wait until I am either in Delaware or Glen Burnie, or better yet Home Depot. read more

Don't buy equipment from Lowe's of Easton, MD. I bought a "Toro" push mower from them. My previous Toro lasted for years of hard use. This new mower lasted for just over a month then the drive gear stripped out. I took it back with my receipt and was told after a month there was nothing Lowes would do for me. After talking to the manager, Terry I left believing my only recourse was through Toro. After driving almost all the way home while on hold with Toro, I read on Lowe's site that Lowe's would send the info and mower back to Toro for me. That would have been helpful. I went back and talked to Terry again. He told me I was lying and that he had offered to handle the return for me. Now why would I load the mower up and leave if he had offered this. Secondly, I found out that the mower is not even a Toro. It's a MTG with Toro packaging. In other words, it's a garbage brand made for Lowe's under the name Toro. That is so misleading. The mower is junk and so is Lowe's business ethics. It's called a bait and switch. You promise one thing and you actually offer a much inferior and cheaply made product. I think that's Lowe's corporate philosophy with all their "Craftsmen" and "Toro" and such. These were once great brands that are now inferior china made junk for Lowe's. Buy from and actual Toro dealer or you will be sorry. read more

If I could leave less I would. Bought a blower about 3 months ago and now it won't stay running. Intentionally bought a husqvarna 150bt thinking it's been a good brand before. Called Lowe's (the place I bought it from) and they said they won't do anything about it and to contact the manufacturer. Lowes in general is pretty bad buttheeadton location is the absolute worst. I wish I could leave my review without leavingevwn 1 star since they don't even deserve that. If you can't run in and know exactly what you need and where to look don't go. If you can go to Easton hardware or warrens wood works I would highly recommend either of these establishments over lowes any day. There are about 3-5 good employees that are helpful but other than that they're the worst! No one knows anything, no one knows where anything is, and no one knows who can help probably because no one can help! Don't even think about ordering anything special from them either. Unless you call them, get ignorant and piss them off you'll never know when your order will show up, what's the status of it and the person that knows the answer is always on break, or it's their day off. I placed an online order for pickup during these pandemic times - area Facebook conversations suggested that the store was usually crowded and not enough protective measures were in place. I understood that I wouldn't probably get it the same day, and called the store later that night and cancelled one item. I was very clear that it was only ONE item I was cancelling. In checking order status the next day, the order status said cancelled. Everything on it. After many attempts to reach the store by telephone, I was told to just come in or reorder everything. Argghghhhh. I realize these are difficult times, but under these circumstances (store's error),one would think that customer service would help a tad more. This is probably why we use Home Depot more often; I wish there was a store in Easton. Two stars instead of one because in previous times, in-store shopping was (mostly) at least three stars. read more

Lowe's garden center has some beautiful flowers, but the service and knowledge of their employees, of the plants is terrible. They are totally understaffed and under trained. I see this as a management problem. I stood in line for over 20 minutes since they had only one cashier, in the busiest time of the year for them. So disappointing. read more

There is nothing good to say about this store. Well almost nothing the customer service ladies excellent the management staff horrible. We bought three sliding glass doors, two exterior doors and a storm door with installation back in June. They told us the delivery would be August 2022. In addition the required up front. We wrote check for $20K and some change. Fist mistake according to a manager at Lowes in Easton she told me that we should not have given the sales person who came to the house. The salesman took advantage of my wife. August rolls around no doors I go to the store they tell me its shipping on Sept 1. Cool, get it, supply chain issues. September rolls around I call the install group the lady tells me Sept 26 they are shipping from the manufacture. Not pleased but progress. I get a delivery of the screen door and trim. More progress. I get am the next morning the exterior doors we be delivered. They weren't. Went to the store and the customer service lady looked and looked and said there is no delivery for you yesterday even though I had an email from Lowes. The warehouse was called we went back he found the doors in the will call not in the install bays, He tells me he will call the salesperson and we can schedule the install. Didn't here from him. I can install they tell me they dont do partial installs. The sales rep lied again. I go in every week checking on my order. Sep 26 comes around no doors. I go the store and walk back into the warehouse and start going through the inventory. After being in there for 20 minutes a manger approach's me and asks me what I am doing I teel her looking for my order. She escorts me out and she asked what was going on. A very nice lady. Tells me she can help takes me to the door section and the manager looks up my order and says there is no shipping date. I tell them I want to cancel the order. They say fine no problem. I get home i call from a manager telling me the order is shipping until 09/28/2022 with delivery 10/05/2022. I go into the store the next day to work on my refund. I go to section that sells door and now he tells me its shipping 0929/2022 and it dint ship as they said the day before and they pushed the due date. Funny no one could find any information on this order the day before and now the system has all kinds of info. None of it correct. Beginning of October I talk to the store manager and says that he cant do me a refund me check its has to go to corporate because the amount is over 20K. I come up there every other day its approved we are waiting on corporate. I go up there last Thursday and store manager tells me its approved just waiting for a check to be cut he will call me sometime Thursday. By Monday still radio silence. Go back up to the store and they tell me he is not in. All of a sudden he magically appears in aisle 1. So I ambush him. He makes a call and tells me corporate will be sending it out today and again he will call me by the end of Monday. No call Mon, Tues, or Wed. So i call corporate customer service and the lady tells me there is no record of this return request ever being made. Another lie imagine that. She also told me that since I bought they should do the refund not corporate. She reached out to the store and tells to go up there on Thursday. I do. Again the Store manager no where to be found. They give me to the Assistant Manager. Young kid compared to me. He does try to help came up with a creative solution but the District Manager killed it. I called the number that I was given the bight to get some help. The assistant Manager tells me that corporate had no record of my return. Another lie for the Store manager. He has been playing me for two to three weeks. I call the Corporate and this lady listens says she will have me and answer by Friday. Guess what she doesn't call. In a meeting of course. They bounce me to another manager whom i go through whole explanation. Tells me she will take it to her manager and get back tome. To her credit she has called me back. There solution was one keep the order active and since everything just arrived at the store yesterday proceed with the install. Told her that was not happening. The second option was since the goods came in they would send me a check minus 25% restock. Told her nope because they new a month ago to cancel this order, because they didnt thats not my issue. So now I have to wait until week to see what there counter offer is. The ironic thing here and pointed out the lady i taled with is that a 25% refund never came up in any of our conversations because if we would accepted that offer they could right me a check. She said good point. I will update this post but never shop at Lowers in Easton, MD. Horrible store. read more

Spent a week with food in friends and lodges refrigerator/freezer. Second one came and didn't work either. Both times had difficulty getting someone on phone who could arrange pickup. Customer service and delivery service hard to reach. It's now 3 weeks since we bought it. After being frustrated by one employee (LaWanda) who had a bad attitude and was singularly slow to respond and unhelpful, and frustrated by a second employee (John) who was young, well-intentioned, respectful, but uninformed and therefore not helpful, Taylor came to the rescue. Pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable, Taylor navigated us through an $800 purchase of stain/sealant and related items for our piers, and even loaded our car. Bright and enthusiastic, Ms. Eskridge is a great ambassador for the Lowe's company. Kudos, Taylor! read more

LOWE'S COMMITTED FRAUD: Went to the Easton Lowe's store on September 20th, 2020 and spent two hours with the sales associate in appliances finding a washer/dryer set that was in store, ready for delivery. The salesman went to the back, marked as sold, and set us up for delivery for Sunday, September 27th. He charged our credit card at that time for over $2000 and we have receipts with the serial numbers to those precise machines that were marked sold for delivery to us on 9/27, too! As Lowe's did not have the stacking kit readily available, the salesman recommended we order ourselves so we purchased that to be ready for the installation. Received confirmation call on Saturday, September 26th of our delivery window for the next day, between 1:30-5:00pm, so we had the plumber waiting with us for the installation, who we had to pay to sit around, do nothing, then leave. Had a contractor remove the door to the laundry room to make it easier for installation. Yep, had to pay him, too! Got a call at 11am, truck is loaded and ready. Got another call at 2pm saying they don't have the dryer, it was sold!!! (How was the truck loaded and ready at 11am but then at 2pm, we had no dryer on the truck??) My husband went to the store to talk to the salesman to find out what happened and the salesman said another associate overrode the system, maliciously took the "SOLD" sign off our dryer and purposely sold this machine to another customer (which BTW, this specific machine was sold to us with warranties). Salesman told husband and store manager (Kelly) there was a dryer at Salisbury location that he would get and the store manager (Kelly) said it wasn't worth the time!?! Store manager (Kelly) could care less that we PAID for these machines a week ago, nor could she care less that she has an associate creating fraudulent and unprofessional business practices to its customers. She then left the store without so much as an explanation, apology or any disposition to the fraud that occurred at her store under her watch. We have renovated 4 homes solely with Lowe's and spent tens of thousands of dollars at this particular location! They will not get my money again! I will go out of my way to drive to Home Depot. I'm sure THEIR managers appreciate the fact that customers are keeping them employed by shopping at their store! This is totally fraudulent / criminal behavior and gross negligence. This is not only disrespectful to my family (we have postponed work & travel in order to be accommodating to the delivery schedule), we have lost money paying for contractors for this particular installation that never happened. I never thought in a million years that I would be a victim of fraud from a company that my father trusted. My next stop is to BBB, FB, Twitter and Lowe's corporate headquarters. read more

I have lived in Easton for 27 years and shopped at the Easton Lowe's. It has almost always had sub par customer service. In early November 2020 I ordered 4 kitchen appliances (electric cooktop, Range Hood, Wall Oven, Microwave combo) for a total kitchen renovation. We were told to expect delivery in late November. Then we were told January because of the pandemic. January came and the date got moved to February, then March. The cabinets that I got from a different source were ready and I needed a cooktop so that I could at least cook but the cooktop I ordered was not yet ready. I asked what they had in stock and they had the brand and model I wanted in a gas model...I said Wi would take it so I would have something to cook with until the oven/microwave arrived. i picked it up, had gas lines installed and then the installer came for the gas cooktop and we learned that he floor model they sold me was just that, a dummy model for display only. Fortunately, when I went to the store they had a working model on the shelf. That was in March. In mid April, the rest of my order arrived and it is now a week into may and I am fighting with them to get my other appliances installed. I make phone calls that do not get returned. Every action as occurred when I made an assertive fuss about it. Hopefully by the end of May...7 months after starting this process, I may have a fully working kitchen. This is not the first delay or screw up I have encountered from this store. This week, my old dishwasher quit working and I cannot repair it. I went to a local appliance store. I WILL NOT purchase any item that requires delivery or installation from this Lowe's location again. I will be making a call to corporate as this store has an internal culture of poor customer service. read more

In the last 2 months I have ordered products online, one for delivery and one for curbside pickup. Each time this store has messed up the order, failed to deliver based the email confirmation, called to confirm my curbside order and then 24 hours later called to tell me they didn't have it. The management staff at this location do not care about customer service, and the corporate number didn't seem to care either. I will never spend another dollar at this store and will actively recommend no one else do. Customer service at this location does not exist. If you expect friendly helpful service leave your expectations at the door before you come in. There is a team of inexperienced workers who have no desire to help you. My husband and I ordered a grill for delivery. We were charged for the wrong grill, given a refund, and charged for the same incorrect grill again. Then we were told that we WALKED OUT WITH THE GRILL after being charged a $75 delivery fee. It seems to be only one person they all go to for help, Elizabeth, and she isn't even a manager. This store and its management team should be ashamed of the "service" they provide. My husband and I went into the Easton Lowe's to purchase a back yard fence on a friday evening in Aug. 2013. After being shuffled around to several employees that did not want to help us, we landed with a young man in the window/door dept that could have cared less and offered no information to us. I was very clear that I was ready to purchase a fence but needed his expertise because I had never ordered a fence and was not clear on the process. Never the less after over 1 hour playing with this clown I did not order the fence and left Lowe's very let down as we have always shopped at this store. So fast forward to today, my husband went on line and ordered our fence from lowes.com and had it delivered to the Easton Store for pick up. How could they screw that up right????? It took me over 1 hour 1/2 to get the order picked up because they had to find the order, then I had to pick it up from 2 different loading docks, the woman driving the fork left had no clue how to drive it and was dragging my new $1300. fence around on the ground, and I had to go back in the store 3 different times to get all the supplies that they forgot to add to the bill and were order. Frustration was setting in on me at this point. We have been shopping at the Easton Lowe's since they opened and there are some really good people that work there however this entire experience was the most unprofessional I have ever seen for a purchase of this size. It was very apparent that the people waiting on me are paid by the hour and no incentive to go above and beyond. Everyone that works in this store needs to take some training on basic customer service skills and learn more about the products they carry. I will shop Lowe's to pick small items however for any major projects like this I will go to Home Depot next time! read more

The appliance department employees were busy helping other customers and another employee from the warehouse area helped me. Terrible service, I needed a full kitchen remodel and spent a lot of time chasing down the right person to talk to, I chose cabinets and paid for the measurements to be done only to have the designer Jackie Redmon miss one appointment and cancel another. I even complained to Lowes corporate through social media, made several more phone calls and they still were unwilling to work with me. The way I was treated was not only frustrating, I feel it was illegal discrimination. I had to contact them multiple times just to get a refund for the measurements that were never done. I had the occasion to visit this store on Nov.5,2016. I was looking for puck lighting fixtures. After giving it about 10 minutes i did not find the product and noticed two guys/ employees off to my left in conversation the entire time. When i didn't find my product i approached them for help. "Excuse me could i get some help" - One said what ya looking for? I explained and said its in the lighting section. (note the lighting section is within 20 feet from where we were standing. One looked at the other nad asked do you know where that is? The other did not answer him or me. I waited a couple of minutes and went to the front for help. Another person came to my help and i explained my experience. This gentleman was helpful. It didn't matter that they didn't have the product the point is customer service. So not only am i putting my comments here for others to not accept this type of service from a company you are spending your money with. I encourage to do as i am write to the store and corporate. read more
