The task fell to me at the last minute and I called somewhere local to where the tree was to be delivered and installed. Unable to help me, I reached out to Snow's. Amber was incredible. She walked me through the entire princess and she made my last minute need a priority without making me feel small. She exceeded my expectations by emailing me a very professional letter/certificate that I was able to print off and present as my gift. It was so thoughtfully put together with instructions on how to reach Snow's when they were ready for the tree, a genuine message of sympathy, and a picture of the actual tree that is living in the ground at Snow's and waiting to be installed at my aunt and uncle's in memory of my beloved cousin, gone too soon. In the future, I will absolutely look to Snow's for similar, or other landscaping, needs. I cannot recommend them enough!

Marlenes messaged me that they had some and that they were half price. I went the next day and purchased 3 of them asking with some Boston Ferns. They were all lovely and on sale. They were a very friendly and helpful mother and daughter. I appreciated whomever contacted me about the ferns and enjoyed my visit with them. They definitely will be my first place to go next year for flowers or ferns.

They have brown, red and black in color for mulch. You can get a tracker scoop of the mulch for $20. We got 3 scoops to start with, but had to come back for one more scoop. Marlene's has four large greenhouses, each full of different flowers and plants. They also have a bunch of different concrete yard decorations if that's your thing. They've got a variety of vegetable plants, flowers, shrubs and trees. The staff here are friendly. One of my issues is that they accept credit cards but they have a sign on the cash register that states they would rather you use cash or check because the credit card fees are high. I understand that they're small business, but if you take cards, you shouldn't guilt people into not using it. I think they should just stick to cash/check and be done with it. I doubt any of the customers would care.

They described to us on the phone the options for live Christmas trees, sent pictures of the ones they had, delivered one, and even came back and replaced it with another when we were afraid that the one we got was dying! And unlike some wreaths you'll get, it has lasted and lasted beautifully, no signs of browning, so I gather it was made fresh. If I could give more stars, I would.

Jerry Hipp drove us out to where the trees we were interested in were growing. He pointed out those that we were specifically looking for and also some others that he would recommend. He discussed why he thought a particular tree would be good and we decided on one that he marked. It would not be planted until the spring, and it was fall now. I would highly recommend them as he gave excellent service! He even gave us a jar of their popcorn kernels!

FIVE STARS FOR APPLE CIDER SLUSH…read more I've been coming to Jackson's Orchard with my family for years and it is always something I look forward to in the fall, especially when we are looking to go to a pumpkin patch. I recently learned that it's open in the summer, too, and I was so excited to come and get my apple cider slush fix (and some fried apple and peach pies)!! The slush (and cider) is unlike any other. It's the perfect mix of sweet and sour, and no matter how hard I try I can't replicate it at home. The fried pies were a little undercooked and not as warm and toasty as I remember them being, but I'm guessing that they are better during the busy months when they have to make them fresh. There are bathrooms on-site, and lots of outdoor seating. There is a store to buy lots of jams and salsas and fresh produce. There is also a playground ($3 per person). During the fall fest there are always a lot of activities like a petting zoo and face painting, etc. Some may say it's a bit overpriced, but I love supporting this family owned orchard that has been a staple in the greater Bowling Green area for 50 years!!
