Over an hour to collect items purchased online because we needed to exchange one of them. The people in the pickup counter don't know how to do basic math. We spent an hour yesterday sorting out the charges only to find out this morning that they charged our card three times (yes it is posted on our card!). This store is a circus. I ordered a set of double security doors in October of 2017 to be delivered to my address in Hialeah, Florida. My credit card was charged $1800 that day but the doors were never delivered. Every week for SIX MONTHS i have dealt with the mysterious disappearance of these doors. They were to be delivered to my freight forwarder, Seaboard Marine, in Hialeah since I live full-time in Belize for work. LOWE'S REPEATEDLY "CONFIRMED" THAT MY DOORS HAD BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS THAT I PROVIDED WHEN I PLACED THE ONLINE ORDER. However, just recently the doors were "found" in the Lowe's "resale" room after so many months, yet Lowe's had no explanation as to where these missing doors were for all of these months, didn't even apologize, didn't offer me a discount for all the stress and trouble not to mention a gross pointless waiting period, nor for giving me repeated false information to confirm that the doors were delivered when they were NOT. It is only when I threatened for a refund did they "find" the doors. I have received the worst service from the beginning with this company and will never again use their online ordering service. All I wanted is for these doors to be delivered to Seaboard Marine in Hialeah within a few months at most, and this was impossible for them to figure out. Last week I asked for the doors to be redelivered, they confirmed over the phone that would be done, and when I called a week later (yesterday) there was NO RECORD OF THE DOORS BEING REORDERED, and again, no one knew what was going on with my account. I asked for a full refund because I can't play this ridiculous game any longer with this company. I HAVE YET TO BE REFUNDED MY $1800. Also, it's interesting that my entire order history has been deleted from my account online. I can only assume I will have to call them 5 more times to get my money. This is so unfortunate because I really wanted those doors for my house. I will have to find them from Home Depot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S ONLINE ORDER SERVICE. read more

The best thing about this store besides the excuses the people that work there have for why an item list that the store has is actually NOT in the store. I've just ended to remodel my bathroom with Lowe's (HIaleah store) and I need to state what a positive experience it was. Prices were affordable. I would recommend to anybody who needs remodel his own house. read more

2 stars for service only. Amado at the cashier was very helpful and patient as well as supportive. He is the ONLY positive (and we did make a purchase). Situation: we bought a fridge and had a coupon. The coupon was in store only. Online (where we found it) did not say the fridge was already on a discount. Regardless we called and double checked the coupon that we used plus the item code we wanted to purchase would work. Specifically spoke with a woman in the appliance department who confirmed the coupon would work. Aside from the initial misinformation we were given when we arrive (which then led us waiting 15 minutes for a Lowe's employee to appear in the appliance department), when we went to check out the coupon wasn't working. Waited another probably half hour for an Assistant Manager to come over - Tanya. She did end up applying the coupon but not without first telling us we're coming in to take advantage of them and arguing with us about the situation. I have never been treated that way and am horrified that's the way Lowe's treats their customers. We live a half hour away and would not have waisted about 2.5 hours of our Sunday if we would simply have been given the right information when we called. Would never wish to interact with Tanya again and for being a manager lacks significant customer service skills - I really hope she doesn't treat all customers this way! read more

This has been the worst purchase my family and I have made. I have gone ahead and filed a complaint against this store and it's manager Leighton. I came into the store and bought a BBQ and asked for it to be assembled and delivered. The delivering process has been a nightmare and customer service has been horrible!!! Initial delivery date was supposed to be Saturday. They called Friday the night before to confirm assembly and delivery hour. I waited Saturday and when they finally came to deliver, the BBQ was disassembled. The delivery men seemed annoyed or upset that either I sent it back or at the fact that it was not assembled and someone messed up with the assembly. I spoke with a manager and he said the man who assembled the BBQ did not come in on Friday and it was a misunderstanding and confirmed it would be assembled and delivered first thing Sunday morning. I received another call Sunday morning at around 10am from Lowes saying they were loading the truck now with the BBQ for delivery. Still by noon no delivery. I called and spoke with the same manager and when he realized it was me still with a problem he briefly passed the phone to someone else. Apparently they made a mistake and said they would not deliver the BBQ and that it would have to be on Monday still with no answer or reason as to why this happened. read more

Extremely unprofessional! WARNING - Do not use this Lowe's for anything. Made an appointment for a fencing quote. The person that was supposed to provide the quote never showed up. I never received a call from Lowe's to inform me, reschedule, or anything. I had to follow-up with Lowe's and they said that the person was out all week and that I'd have to reschedule. So why not call the customer beforehand and cancel instead of me having to run home? Really really terrible. My advice to customers is to go to home depot!! read more

Terrible service here. Was profiled by the people who worked here as I was just trying to buy a Roomba for my lady. Lourdes was very rude and disrespectful towards me and it filtered out to the other women who work here as they were afraid to just let me buy the vacuum. I had Lowe's e-gift cards because my housewarming guests chipped in to help us buy a Roomba. On the cards, it says you can use them in store and it gives directions for the employees on how to do so. I was told "for expensive items, I need a physical card." There is nowhere on the website that says such. So I purchased my Roomba online (fully and while still in the store) and went to the pickup desk to explain what had occurred. I still had to wait another 15 mins or so just to have them keep verifying that I paid for the vacuum (with Lourdes looming over the entire staff) it was very unprofessional. Also, to Lourdes, next time you want to profile someone by their looks, don't. I can afford it my friend. read more
