We ordered a new refrigerator and paid extra for a new line, delivery and installation. When the 'independent contractors' arrived to my house they told us they couldn't install the new appliance because they could not touch the water line under our sink to turn on and off the water. They have had previous customers file claims for water damage that had occurred after installation. They told us we would have to hire a plumber to handle the water lines before they could install the new refrigerator. They were supposed to call the day before installation but never did, otherwise we could have asked questions such as "do we need to turn off the water?" We were not told that this could be a potential issue. Along with the customer service being rude about the miscommunication on their end (from both Lowe's and the independent contractors) so we cancelled our order. read more

I would rate this store a 0 if that option was available - very poor customer . I purchased an AC unit and had delivered from store to my home . Never used it . Never open box - Brand new . When attempting to return the item to store it was refused since it was past 48hrs. The associate "removed the new straps and opened item to verify contents after doing this the manager said they could not accept open return item past 48hrs. They opened the box- now it's an open item . I ask if I could get store credit or exchange for something else and was denied . The delivery receipt from store showed nothing about 48hours return . We purchased carpet from Lowe's was in August was installed sometime in October right carpet wrong color. We had an old deal with the whole mess sometime in October the middle of October I went back and look at the samples under the display carpet wrong color I brought it to the sales guy. He realized it was a different color. This is a long story. I'm gonna try to make a short. It took us almost 4 months to get the correct carpet, we were dealing with Mohawk saying that we did get the right color and we're going back-and-forth with this. I went back to the store and spoke to the system manager. I explained the whole expo with me and my wife and going through to get just the right color. We purchase the carpet from Lowe's and we had to deal with the third-party. We did not bought the carpet from the third-party we bought it from straight from Lowe's going back like I was saying I spoke to assistant manager. He told me 1000% that he will get my correct color that was not true so I spoke to another assistant manager she was not helpful. This been going back-and-forth so going through this whole deal. I spoke to Jhon the store manager and brought to his attention. They said they'll call me back then not call me back. I went to the store, he had a big eagle because he was not gonna give me another namebrand carpet because he told me that he make the budget look bad on the store. We finally this month I'm just making it short because this was an old deal for me and my wife. We went through a lot with Lowe's customer service. Everybody did not want us to get a different brand carpet. It was a high ego for John. I can continue writing but it's so much to write. This was a nightmare for me and my wife to go through very quickly. They offer me $100 smacking a face and then they offer me $400 once again smacking the face, but they want me to fill out a contract so I won't go and get a lawyer and write this down and let the people know how to not help us the way we need help. Job FINALLY got finished September 26th, only 5 months later than it was supposed to after the original screen didn't work and the idiots ordered the wrong sized replacement screen not once, but twice. Each time it takes 6 weeks to get the new screen in. So a job that was supposed to be done in April and wasn't originally installed til May to begin with didn't end up getting finished until late September. Jenny called me about every other week and could offer nothing but "I'm sorry, is there anything else we can help you with?" So they told me to wait until the job was done to receive any compensation for this 6 week job taking 7 months. Now it's done, I call them and all they can offer me is $340. Excuse me? Five months overdue and all you got is $340? Oh it gets better...they want me to sign a form saying I can't show anyone the pictures of their terrible work or tell anyone what a shitty job they did. Needless to say, they can take that $340 and shove it up their ass because I will not be signing that form. Update to my 8/8/24 hardwood purchase and install. After Lowes managers (@ Nellis) not knowing when the product was going to be delivered. And the Lowes installers arriving with the items an hour later. When the installers delivered the items their supervisor noticed that my wife and I had already removed the carpet throughout the second floor (stating "he normally does the demolition"). He walks through the area and states the floor is unlevel by 5/8" and it will cost $3k to sand the floor before installing the hardwood. I canceled the project Lowes picked up their stuff. 2nd purchase of concrete and Lowe's store #2477 could not have made any more mistakes even if they had tried. Tried to purchase over the phone like the 1st purchase and was told we could not do that... Went into Lowe's to order and it took two employees and a manager to figure it out.. after specific instructions on where to leave a pallet of concrete delivery day comes and not only did they not contact anyone in the house to ask where they should drop off the concrete even though it was already in the instructions but they then left a 3600 lb pallet of concrete directly in front of our garage.. Called are local store and spoke with a "manager" who offered absolutely no assistance.. we are a household with disabilities and a disabled vet this is not the way to treat people how do we get 3600 lb pallet of concrete moved on our own? My wife and I attempted to purchase two sliding glass doors in mid April. The paper work was completed and our credit card information was taken. Within a few days Lowe's sent a gentleman to view the location of the doors. The installers came out and took the measurements and we were told that someone would be contacting us to setup an appointment time for the install. Three weeks past. No calls. We contacted the store on a Friday to find out if the doors had even come in yet. The employee stated yes, the doors came in on Wednesday. We were placed on a hold and when the employee came back, we were informed that the order for the doors had not been placed. Three weeks once again past and still no phone call from Lowe's. Once again we called the store and were told that the doors had come in. I guess that they do not know how to dial out on their phone Appointment was set up again for the contractor to come out. The day of the install (between 8-10), at 10:30 my wife once again contacted the store. Bottom line is that when the contractor went to the store to pickup the doors, the wrong name was on the doors and because of the confusion, they did not pick the doors up. Still, we were never informed. No phone call to let us know what the heck is going on. Here is the icing on the cake. The install went well and the product does look nice. When I was stalling the security system on one of the doors, it was discovered that the door would not even lock. What? Why would you not check to be sure that everything was in proper working order before saying that you are finished. My wife and I were looking to replace several more windows in our home but I will not buy one thing more from this company. Complete failure on the part of Lowe's in every phase of this transaction, and failure on the part of the installers for not checking to be sure that everything was done completely. Came in to look for some Lavender, I came up to this worker, on his phone. I had to say excuse me 4 times to get his attention because his phone is apparently more important than being on the clock. He didn't bother with helping he just waved his finger around in a general area and said it's somewhere over there and went back to his phone. After walking around the area he pointed at, the plant wasn't in that area. I look over to see if I could try to get his help again but he's still face down into his phone. I asked another employee who happened to walk by but he was in training so he asked another coworker and checked inventory and said there's none, then the original guy I had asked said it's a spring plant. I told him it's a year round plant, it flowers in the spring. Just as I'm about to walk back inside I noticed it and told them know where is is and to take better care of their inventory and get off your phone. read more

Looked online to see if they had a craftsman table saw and it showed they did. Once we arrived, everything seems to be in order. Happily surprised to see that they had carts available in the store. Other Lowe's locations, you have to go hunt your own cart. The store is clean and overall organized. We had a gentleman assist us in locating this particular table saw. I didn't catch his name but I did see his vest said he was a veteran. Glad to see businesses hiring veterans. Unfortunately, I can't give them 5 stars because the saw was not available. Their online site doesn't accurately show what they have available. We will still go back in case we need to as their staff is helpful and friendly. We ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered on 3/03/2020 after 3pm because my husband and I both have work. The employee that helped us with our ordered said it wasn't an issue but apparently it is. On Monday they called to reschedule that they weren't able to come on Tuesday and that they'll be coming on Wednesday. Tuesday comes, they never called to confirm and we had to call the store. We were hung up on many times because their phone system sucks. Even then the lady who picked up was not able to help us get confirmation on when we will get our order and to call 6am tomorrow first thing. I called at 6am first thing and was transferred from 6 different person who wasn't helpful in any way. I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Finally someone had the guts to tell us that we weren't even on their 3rd party plan to get our stuff and now we're stuck in limbo. Overall, I'm sad and stressed. Will I ever get my washer and dryer? Went to Lowe's for a small project bec it's nearby me. I picked up all the things I needed but at the time when I requested to get my stick cut I was turned down. I was told they don't cut those die to safety reasons. But I only need a 5/8" thick in diameter to cut to a 12" long. How unsafe is that? If I knew they wouldn't do this I should've drove 6 more miles to Home Depot and I would've walked out a happy customer. I've been really surprised how helpful some of the Lowes have been in the Vegas area. I've been shopping at Lowes and Home Depot for a long time and in different locations and I know a good thing when I see it. This one is a good one because they actually have enough staff moving around where you can spot one when needed. I'm hoping this review gets back to the employee that was so extremly helpful and patient with me. Eric in outdoor, was so exceptional and truly amazed me. I had an issue with a recalled pressure washer and he unscrewed the tip of my washer and tried to come up with a cheaper alternative since I couldn't return the one I had because it was past 90 days old. We brain stormed together, we came up with a plan as far as the most cost effective alternative for me. He actually felt bad that it was going to cost money so he gave me a discount on a new pressure washer. Here I thought I was being a nuisance, but he thanked me for my patience and even helped take my old washer as well as my new washer to my car. I tried to give him a tip but he refused it and told me he was just doing his job. I really love this Lowes, I've always had the best experience at this location.
