I haven't seen her in a minute so we caught up for a bit. Her store is looking even better than ever! She has so many plants to offer and the best is these are all plants that can exist and live in the Vegas weather. She also has some fun hats, journals, pins, etc. There's seriously so many things to check out here. Even tarot cards, which is so fun! I got two little plant babies that hopefully I won't kill. The prices are great, and she told me how to take care of it and said I didn't even need to water it for a bit. Which I love haha. Definitely recommend supporting this local business especially if you're a plant lover! The plants I've bought from here before lasted yearssss and only recently died cuz I moved them to a new spot (my fault!).

There was plenty of parking out front and was easy to find. Carissa was able to answer some questions I had with my own plant collection. She was spot on with my plant issues. I purchased three new plants to add to my collection; FICUS AUDREY, BEGONIA BLACK MAGIC, and PEPEROMIA. I will definitely return and I would love to bring in one of my plants that needs to be repotted.

Price is a lot lower than the competition. Often they have stuff on sale as well which is great. Plenty of selection and convenience make it worth visiting. When I went to pay, I tapped my card and the transaction went through. Right after that, the cashier said she forgot something and canceled the order. It appeared that an item may not have been rung up, but instead of explaining the situation and asking how I wanted to handle it (for example, doing a separate transaction or adding the item), the transaction was canceled. The issue is that the money had already been taken out of my account. I was then expected to pay again while waiting for the original charge to "fall off" the next day. While the cashier and manager both explained that it would correct itself, that doesn't help in the moment when the money is still out of your account. For me, customer service is about communication. If the cashier had simply paused and explained the situation clearly instead of talking with coworkers and canceling the transaction without explaining, it would have made the situation much smoother. Shopping there was fine, but the checkout experience that day could have been handled much better.

There are at least seven floors and there are two building that are connected by walkways on some floors. The lobby has a coffee bar that serves Peets Coffee and then its floor by floor of showrooms of all the latest furniture and décor. One floor is solely Christmas décor. If you're inclined to decorate for Christmas or want to know what the trend is for 23, then this floor is for you. The Las Vegas Market is neatly laid out. Escaliers and elevators are in working order and easy to find and easy to use. The elevators are positioned just right, and the restrooms are down the hall to back of the building. If you need to go, that walk down the hall can seem like its stretching and you get the feeling that you'll never make it. Just don't think about waterfalls, or that scene from Flashdance and you'll be alright. I've been to Market three times and each time, I marvel at the building and it's cool to meet new vendors as well as catch up with the familiar ones. One note. If you take a car from the strip to the Market, you'll see a crazy twisted building to the right. I don't know the story behind it but it's super cool. Make sure to check it out.
