We were looking to remodel our kitchen cabinets but, we started to realize that our cabinets are still in very good condition so PAINTING the cabinets could be another budget friendly option... There was a very nice lady who helped answered all my husband's 100 plus questions about paint color and materials! At this point, you would think he was asking ChatGPT!! The last was very VERY patient with my husband so that was impressive!!! PAINT COLORS: There's so many to choose from. You can even take home as many sample as you want. You can order a small sample of the paint color you like as well. They also offer several wood stain paint!!! Thank you for such great service and information!! I have been a loyal customer of Sherwin Williams ever since they acquired Frazee Paint. Unfortunately, my experience with them has deteriorated over the years. One of the main frustrations I've encountered is their lack of accountability for the products they sell. It's disappointing when a company doesn't stand behind its offerings. If a product is on their shelves, I believe they should take responsibility for it. Instead, Sherwin Williams often seems to pass the buck, making it difficult for customers to find resolution. If you're considering purchasing products, machines, tools, or any other items from Sherwin Williams, I urge you to think carefully. In particular, I would advise against buying Graco paint sprayers from them, as my experience with this product has been particularly negative. While I appreciated their products in the past, my recent experiences have led me to reconsider my loyalty. Until Sherwin Williams can improve their customer service and accountability in the future. I will not longer purchase any products from them. I will also let everyone I know in the industry to consider not purchasing from them as well. read more

Buyers beware, great reputation, store lacks integrity, will not do the right thing to support customers. Requested a color match for a project, not only was the output color incorrect, I could not return the product to the store because the lid had paint residual paint from my brush. I was informed I could only dab from the can. I had to purchase a whole new can for my project. I was also told that if I went to another store they might be able to help with making a return, so I did. They pointed the finger back at the previous store, stating only the original store of purchase could offer a refund. All lip service and no accountability. YELP DOES NOT HAVE THE CORRECT CLOSING TIME. They CLOSE at 6PM Monday - Friday. We literally arrived there at 6PM thinking they close at 7PM because that is what it showed on Yelp. Right now it says closes in 49 mins. The girl working there was really nice and let us at-least grab paint chips. She didn't have to do that since it was 6pm and they technically were closed. No samples. I resigned to the fact that I'd have to pay $12 for a sample and went to SW. I had gotten 3 samples from another store in OC last week. This store, though, requires you pay $30 for the same quart instead of the $12 sample price because the whole company is out of samples. She asked who authorized me to get the $12 price at the other store. ??? Unhappy ladies in general - I think they have to give people bad news all day so it's no fun? I got in my car and called the store in OC asking why they're selling $12 samples and could I get one more. Sure enough he said his manager is offering that price to provide good customer service and keep customers happy. Nice!! The girl in OC was super friendly and helpful as well. So I came to this Sherwin Williams paint store to buy some house paint for a home project. I walked in, stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes waiting g to be acknowledged by one of the two employees there. There were no other customers in the store. Several minutes later after several attempts to get their attention, a guy with a limp came up to me. So I asked him what the difference of the paint was. He said all paint are the same. Weather you buy it at Home depot or Sherwin Williams. I asked him why would I pay $20 more for paint there if there all the same paint He said it's all preference, but there all the same. So I thanked him for being honest and I went to Home depot and bought my paint there. read more

I purchased SW duration in a eggshell for my walls but they came out shiny? I went in they said the satin/eggshell are the same sheen. They do not explain that when you purchase your paint. Now I have walls with a sheen I do not want very disappointed. Also very expensive I went in to ask what I could do about the sheen the guy there said I had to sand my walls and repaint as their velvet does not come in the duration paint. Struck out at Home Depot, Lowes and Dunn Edwards. The guys at Dunn mentioned Frazee and I went there not expecting to do any better, still I had a project and I wanted to get it done. Found the store deep in the lot and found two gentlemen working hard in the mixing area, it was a busy Saturday morning, good weather and lots of painting going on. I explained that I had not had any luck finding tints at the other places I mentioned and they asked my how much paint did I need to tint: 5 gallons? 1 gallon? I said I needed to add some black and white to a quart can of color to get the shade right so they helped me out with some. Awesome! They were as surprised as I was that the aforementioned stores do not carry the 1.5 oz. tubes of Cal Tint colors and charged me a nominal fee for the small amount I needed. I was so thankful I bought some hotdog rollers and plan on going back next time I need paint and supplies. Nice to know great customer service is alive and well in Temecula! read more

Had a great experience here last week. Stopped by about 3 separate times to ask questions before making a decision on what paint to buy for the exterior of my house. Both guys that helped me were great and answered all my questions and had helpful tips. Ended up buying 15 gallons of paint on Saturday for the exterior of my house and got it done with help of friends. The paint looks great!!! I will definitely be coming back for all my paint needs. Only giving them 1 star because when I was in the store on Sunday morning the young lady was extremely helpful. Fast forward to today, Friday, and I I would rate them 0 STARS. We entered the store and there was one woman being helped. We grabbed the rollers, paint trays, liners and buckets and went to the counter to ask about a gallon of primer and to pay. I had my credit card in my hand and a worker came from the back and proceeded to take an order from 2 different contractors who had entered the store 15 minutes after us. I looked at him and he looked right through me as if I wasn't there. I looked at my husband who suggested we go to Dunn Edwards. We left without any employee ever saying a word to us!! So RUDE!! I laughed when we got home because my husband had grabbed his Make America Great Again hat and I told him, maybe the employees were offended. My husband wears his hat because he loves America, not because he supports one political party over another. I don't know what the Sherwin Williams company policy is but racism towards Caucasians seems to be practiced at this location. They will get no more of our hard earned money! read more

Peter is a wizard. I had been trying without success to match some exterior stucco paint which was years old. I got a couple of cans from the big box stores that weren't even close.
