    02/20/2026: Mental Note--Remember, Lysol Laundry Sanitizer is the SAME price as Costco's price point; however, Lowe's carries Lysol Laundry Sanitizer 24/7 stock inventory whereas Costco stocks Lysol Laundry Sanitizer sporadically. Aside, I purchased two chemical spray bottles and two fluorescent glow sticks for camping. BTW: I fill the spray bottles with disinfectant bleach for my humble abodes' two bathrooms; the bottles never disintegrate as well as the spray mechanisms.

    This is my go to location for Christmas decorations. Every year I come here to scope out the latest stuff. Came here the other day and they already have Christmas stuff out and it's only the first week of October. I bought only a few things but I need to go back and get some more.

    Great store but all the shady people in the parking lot takes away from the experience. One guy walking up, I assume just being a good friend checking all the doors on the cars between the bank and Panera (just in front of Lowe's). Another guy in all blacked out windows just a good place to be. Don't think I will be an evening shift shopper here anymore. I used to really like going there too... sad

    During this time of pandemic our fridge broke so it took couple locations until we visited here. With no one around and sales clerks talking to each other while we are standing there looking at them like we do need assistance for purchasing a new fridge waited for 15minutes ?? They were out of stock with a 3 week wait for most kitchen appliances. We found one that we really liked and their prices were reasonable and was finally able to sit with our sales person and set it up for delivery. Thanks for the help even if it took awhile , experience not that happy this visit with customer service sorry.

    Beware! If I could possibly give this business l zero stars I would. I have had a horrible experience with recent purchase of an appliance suite. Dealing with unresolved issues for over 2 months. It's extremely difficult to speak with an associate over phone. They claim system issues. Left messages for 3 consecutive days, with no follow up. Had to literally go to store to try to assist in getting issues resolved. Order issues, delivery issues, refund issues are some of the things I am facing. Third party service they employ are atrocious, totally incompetent and unprofessional. My stove was installed improperly ( not up to code). Had to be corrected. Was charged hundreds of dollars for work missed by installers. I had to get corporate office:customer care involved. Created a claim twice. Although I have frequented Lowes for over a decade. Have a Lowes credit card and Pro business account, I am extremely hesitant about doing further business with them. Sincerely, Disgruntled customer

    I hired A-1 based on the recommendation from the company I purchased my appliance from, and paid…read morealmost $900 for a poor and rushed installation job on a very expensive built-in refrigerator. It took almost a whole day to correct the mistakes they left. I called the office with my disappointment with the installation and never received a call back. Here's a list of the things that had to be corrected: 1.) The fridge was not fully seated in the opening, causing 1/2" + gap between the face of the cabinet and the rear side of the door panels. Caused by the water line and power cord being pinched behind. They weren't routed correctly!!! 2.) The power cord was not fully inserted into the outlet, and the cord was pinched behind the fridge body and the rear wall. Had to remove the fridge, re-route the line, and actually plug it in all the way. 3.) Water line pinched behind fridge, and water extension line added that was unneeded once the waterline was properly routed. LUCKILY it was a stainless line and didn't cause a huge water leak in my brand new kitchen. Had to remove the fridge and re-route the line, to correct this. 4.) Upper trim panel installed out of square with the face of the cabinet, causing the compressor door cover to be difficult to remove. Had to adjust the legs, reset the refrigerator, and reinstall the upper trim panel to correct this. 5.) Fridge not centered in opening, causing rubbing with right side trim. The trim flexed as the refrigerator door was opened and closed due to pressure from the refrigerator hinge. Had to adjust the legs and reset the refrigerator to correct this. Unfortunately, I was at work while this install happened. It was extremely disappointing to come home to the most expensive refrigerator I have ever purchased, all crooked in the cabinet and sticking out (not built in at all). My friend at the house told me the installer was adamant that this was how it was supposed to look. I'm out almost $900 bucks and a full day, along with my contractor fixing all those installation mistakes. I called the following week to the office to explain my issues and never received a call back. I feel RIPPED OFF.

I don't receive an e-mail until Friday afternoon from someone else, Marcie who resends me the exact same quote from before with two hoods and a range when I had said twice I was ready to order the range and let me know how to get that processed. I was asked for my phone number and address again and waited for a reply to get my order placed- but I guess they went home for the weekend. I sent that over and didn't hear back again until Monday. I went ahead and placed my order Sunday with another retailer which ended up being $500 cheaper than the quote they sent over anyway. I was disappointed to see that PBK included a $200 shipping charge when I live a handful of miles away and could have accommodated a pick up if that was an option.

Their service and knowledge are top notch. There are far too many choices and brands out there to easily navigate on my own and clients don't want to pay for me to do the research each time. Premier makes it easy from having a dedicated appliance person (Nick) to keeping up on all the newest products and knowing which are the best made/less prone to problems in the long term. And providing demonstrations as needed. For the first time in my career I am working on a starter home kitchen with pre made cabinets and clients who needed a high quality, beautifully designed but low end price point. Jordan gave me the same high level of service I have received when clients are spending 10 times what these clients could afford. They are the best in town and statewide. I have had two out of town projects and Jordan referred me to the local showrooms. Same great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

I settled on a refrigerator at a cost of $1200; he told me about the extended warranty at a cost of $599.99 for 5 years (this was beyond my budget, and I did not purchase). I explained to him that I already had appliance insurance, and this would be covered under my home warrant plan. He tried to tell me that they would come out 2 times/year; and no cost for parts or service. I inquired about delivery and was told i could do one of two things, pick it up myself they could deliver thru a third party at a cost of $150.00. I was also told if I returned my old refrigerator, American Freight would charge me $20 to dispose. On the date of the pickup, I dropped off my old refrigerator and was told by another sales associate, Ashkan to dispose of my old refrigerator would cost $35. I told him the price Marco told me was $20; while I was standing there, Carlos contacted Marco and I heard Marco say that he provided me an incorrect disposal price and the price was $35. I told Ashkan that is not my problem and I am only going to pay the $20. Initially, both Marco and Ashkan wanted to make sure I scanned the barcode to leave a review of the service they both provided. They were not as eager for me to leave a review after the situation regarding the price to dispose of my old refrigerator. Marco did not greet me or acknowledge me during anytime while I was in the store and to think I made sure he received commission on the sale even though he was not at work when I came back to make the final purchase. Meaning that if you're the avid collector of quirky one-of-a-kind treasures, this would be the ideal spot for you to check out. I will say that this location is in a very industrial area of Rancho Cordova as they are directly on Mercantile Dr and tucked in between Trade Center Dr and Folsom Blvd. Parking is as simple as you can imagine since this is a very desolate area surrounded by unmarked warehouses in all directions. I also wanted to say that they do have limited hours only being open Thursday-Sunday from 10am-6pm while being closed Monday-Wednesday. I came here during the afternoon on Saturday 3/7/2026 at around 3:00pm. There were only a few cars parked in front which gave me the impression the majority of those were employees vehicles. Upon entry, I was greeted by a gentleman at the main entrance. I will say that this place is quite huge with aisles and aisles of products that include kitchenware, jewelry, home decor, crafts, books, clothing, crafts, toys, handmade items, furniture, collectibles, dolls, and much more. Just about everything for sale is new and/or near-new with many items that are decades old while being distributed through the vendors. I will say that the prices are definitely on the higher end of the spectrum but as I mentioned, everything is unique and distinctive. Since I already stated the positives, I will tell you some of the negatives. During my visit which was from 3:00-3:45pm, I was literally followed by several employees. I get that they want to completely minimize shoplifters but I could see the staff giving me the stare down in the corner of my eye. This completely tarnished the overall image of my shopping experience as I am someone that doesn't like to be watched when taking my time to shop. Needless to say that I didn't buy anything but just in case you want to visit this business, that was my firsthand experience of what to expect. Finally, if the Rancho Cordova location is too out of the way, Bliss Marketplace also has locations in Midtown Sacramento (27th/R St's) as well as Roseville Square (Douglas/Harding Blvd) with the same hours of operation. They also follow the season/time of year as my visit (which was in early-March) had a lot of Easter and springtime decor. I am sure it gets very festive during the fall and Christmas season. With a nice variety of goods combined with a convenient quiet location but just okay service, I am giving the Rancho Cordova "Bliss Marketplace" an above average four star rating.
