I do not know that I will be purchasing any more appliances at this location. I ordered a refrigerator on July 4, 2026. My refrigerator died the night before. The refrigerator couldn't be delivered until Friday July 10 - so I spent all week moving food in and out of coolers. I really needed the item to be delivered by that Friday. My delivery window comes and goes. No delivery/ no communication regarding this appliance. So I call. And I am told at that point by 'Jesse' in the delivery department that they over-booked the truck and my refrigerator 'just didn't make it'. Now what??? How is that my problem? I am not the one who overbooked the truck but I am the one dealing with the hassle of it. They now can't deliver my refrigerator for 4 more days...its set for Tuesday 7/14.... I am not happy but Jesse tells me they will credit my delivery charge. Fine...not great but I will live with it. However: 1. why am I calling the store to tell them I have no refrigerator? 2. After they are 'going to check on it' why do I have to keep calling back. Where is my 2K appliance...and why do I have to run through the communication process on this issue, waiting on hold, calling again and again? Terrible service.... So here we are at today (July 24).... I call because I do not have a credit for the delivery charge. I am hung up on 3 times by the delivery department while holding... Then on the 4th call I am on hold for 37 minutes for either someone in Delivery (specifically Jesse) or a store manager. 37 minutes. In that time I literally got in my car and DROVE ALL THE WAY TO THE STORE while still on hold for the manager. Is this how lowes does business now??? Pretty shameful. Carmen in customer service tried to find the manager...it was a no go - she was super nice about it, and obviously this isn't the first time that they can't track down management. Thank goodness for Jeanie (the supervisor in hardware) she was able to credit me the delivery charge which is great because I was prepared to die on this hill at this point. So thank you to Jeanie! I have purchased multiple appliances at this lowes, plus all of my flowers, soil, mulch... Why am I on hold for 40 minutes? Why can I literally get in my car and drive to the store and still be on hold for the manager??? Why does no one answer the phone? My issue is resolved but my time is wasted. and to wait 4 days for a refrigerator that was a booking issue with the delivery department... why does no one answer the phone or handle store issues? Why did I have to waste my time to get the credit that I was promised over their store mistake? Its ridiclulous. I should be credited for the entire freaking appliance after all of this nonsense. I am about to purchase a new diswasher...do You think I am going to this lowes??? hell no. I will go to home depot or Costco... but I am done with this store. And what is corporate doing about this??? David in receiving was a rockstar this evening! We went in to grab a pipe fitting five minutes before closing for a faucet installation gone awry, and David took the time to not only help us find exactly what we needed but also help us to the checkout. And it wasn't even his department!! We also saw him assist two other folks before us!! Just really stellar. He really went out of his way to make sure we were able to get our project moving. It didn't start off well, let me say that. Normally when I go into Lowe's, I'll get a few people to ask me if I need help. August 1, 2025, I'm coming in to purchase a new garage door and opener. I could have gone to Menards or Home Depot, but I normally leave Lowe's confident because unlike the others mentioned, I get assistance. I go to my area and there is no one in or around that aisle. I see a staff member walking by and ask if he could page someone back to the garage door area. While I'm waiting I hear staff members being paged to other areas. Ok they are busy today. I continue to wait. I know what door we want but let me I find out which opener will work for us. They had two brands with three models for each. I'm looking up the power of the doors and the other features, WiFi, back up battery, keypads. I'm getting excited because my garage door opener hasn't worked in years. I continue to hear more pages overhead, but I understand that people get busy and sometimes you have call offs. I'm still gung ho that my front door will no longer be the main source of entry and shoes can be removed at the garage door. I look at my watch and realize that I've been waiting for 35 minutes. My excitement and confidence turns into annoyance. So bad that I start talking to myself. "Are telling me, I'm trying to make a big purchase and I need my husband to be taken seriously." I was on fumes!!!! I left my cart in the aisle and started walking to my car. I was pissed so my pace was fast, but on my way out the door I saw the manager's picture and telephone number so I stopped and took a picture. Oh they were going to hear from me! I got my picture and started for my car, again at a fast pace because I am boiling. I get to my car and I hear someone ask me, "Ma'am is everything okay? Did you get what you needed?" I am mad and then I'm a single woman in the parking lot, so my defense grew. Trying to increase the distance between us while trying to understand him, I know my facial expression was crazy, but he continued to defuse me. Once I focused on his face, realized that he was the young man in the picture I just took. I went from feeling ignored and not being seen to be extremely valued. He didn't have to show that much initiative. He cared like this was his personal business and his reputation was on the line. I've been in customer service all of my life. Starting as a newspaper carrier to now being a nurse. Customer service isn't what it used to be. That managers name is Yves Fortune and yes I'm posting his picture so that there is no mistake of who he is. Needless to say that he defused me and I returned and made my purchase. Robert Schobert, who was on his lunch break, took over from the young man who was trying to answer my questions. Robert was very knowledgeable and helped me to make wise decisions on my purchases. Customer service is a JOKE! I ordered mulch & topsoil online at around 11:30 am and got text that it was ready for pickup around 12:15 pm. I picked it up after work and arrived at 6:06 pm. Young man approached the car and apologized at around 6:15, indicating he was helping another customer. He directed me to drive down by garden center and he'd be right there. He came about 6:25 and was unsure of what I was getting, but told me he'd be right back. As I continued to sit in the car -- and it was HOT b/c air conditioning doesn't cool well - I get a text saying "thanks for picking up your items". I was pissed at this point b/c you can stop to make sure your stats are within a certain time frame from my arrival to departure, but not actually get customers their stuff. Finally, he came back and it was now 6:30 pm and he notifies me that I should pull over to the mulch supply area and someone would help. THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME TO DO THAT 30 MINUTES AGO?!! But, of course, no one was there and he had to get them from inside. At 6:40, a guy comes WITH MY ORDER IN HAND and asks "now, what did you want" I simply said what I purchased on the sheet u have in your hand. He then walks up and starts talking to his coworker WHO HAD BEEN STANDING THERE WATERING F$&@ PLANTS THE ENTIRE TIME. They finally threw my 20 bags of mulch (haphazardly) in my SUV and looked dumbfounded when I asked how to fit the topsoil. Went to the Lowes in Reynoldsburg Ohio to get a 5x8 utility trailer which was an utter joke. The level of incompetence was mind numbing. Should be an easy process, right? Well not exactly unless you go to Tractor Supply, which I will explain later in this review. I located the trailer I wanted at Lowes and went to the register and told the clerk that I wanted to purchase the 5x8 mesh trailer outside. She said, she could not help me with that and that she was new, and directed me to the return desk. After waiting in line for the returns to be processed, I again told the clerk that I wanted to get a 5x8 mesh utility trailer outside. She said OK and went outside to get the information off the trailer I assumed. This is where the process drug on for a painstaking 45 minutes with zero contact from anyone after paying for the trailer. After sheer boredom and curiosity, I walked into a random office near the front and saw someone typing on a computer and explained that I had purchased a trailer and have not seen the clerk since the purchase. Scrambling then commenced as the clerk finally appeared and said that they are trying to locate the title and registration paperwork. This attempt to locate the paperwork continued for quite some time until she returned to say that they are unable to locate the paperwork for the trailer. I said Ok well how about I return the original trailer that I ever received and get a trailer WITH paperwork. So, I upgraded my selection to a different trailer only to learn that there was no paperwork for that either. Then a trailer Zar appeared who was at the counter at the beginning of this debacle to say that in the state of Ohio you don't need a title or even to register the trailer because it would be under the gross vehicle weight of 4000 lbs. Having been in law enforcement for over 20 years, I know that many states are not part of the Interstate Compact and that laws from state to state do not reciprocate. That means if you have no plate on a trailer in Ohio you are fine so long as you are not hauling anything. If you are under a load, then you will need a registration plate. If you are in say WV hauling something and have no plate you can be stopped and cited regardless of if you tell the trooper, oh well I live in Ohio. It is not a matter of not needing to have a title in Ohio or a plate, but rather a matter of the customer's wishes at the time of the purchase. I may be wanting the paperwork so that I MAY register the trailer with the Deputy Registrar if I choose to do so, should I be traveling between states, which makes good sense especially since I plan on entering Marine Corps Base Quantico and will need a plate. Not having ANY paperwork is unacceptable and should have been disclosed to the customer prior to making the sale. After being refunded for now, two trailers I had purchased, I drove straight to Tractor Supply in Pickerington and found a 5x8 with a wooden bed, clean and new looking, not rusted and old looking at Lowes. I walked inside to let someone know my intent to purchase and was met outside by a super helpful person who took down the information from the trailer, walked inside with me and asked if I needed anything else for the trailer. I grabbed a few extra things while she went to get the paperwork, and was out of the store in 20 minutes tops with a new trailer and all paperwork needed should I, the CUSTOMER, decide to register the trailer. read more

I'm not sure how long ago (less than 6 months) we bought some Levolor Blinds and a Delta shower plate and handle. Neither had been opened since we saw they weren't right, right off the bat. They both stayed on the kitchen table so we'd remember to return them next time we went to Lowe's. As it was we'd forget to return them or not have them with us whenever we returned to Lowe's. So today, Father's Day, we made our pilgrimage to Lowe's with both items in hand. I forgot my receipt, but no worries as I always use my Veteran's discount so they can look it up. She looked it up and she said too much time had lapsed and I could not return them.  I said something about how much money I had spent there over the years.  I told them to just keep them and I left.  I guess I was being juvenile.  My wife said I just gave them merchandise to resell.  Regardless, I don't feel that Lowe's was being fair by not accepting their merchandise back. Oh boy - normally this Lowe's is one of my favorites since they always seem to have items in stock and their associates are always full of energy and willing to lend a helping hand. This time was super rough with their customer service department. I ended up getting weed killer and their was a special that you got a refill bottle for free. I didn't notice that I had grabbed the wrong refill, even though the bottled were literally right next to each other, and had to go to customer service to do the swap and to get a refund. We were there for 40 minutes while 4 different people tried to figure it out. I got so frustrated I had to walk away. three refunds and two charges later we were back on track and everything was settled when all they had to do was refund me for the refill and give me the correct bottle. I go into Lowe's on a daily basis, literally! This morning I went in and purchased a pop up tent for work to keep my crew dry, but we never used it. So I went back in to return it because it was $150. Little did I know, I was about to be put through the ringer. The loss prevention ringer! The female Manager at this store is a joke. She is rude and disrespectful. So we went online. We ordered a $3200 Samsung refrigerator in July, which again; was a chore in itself. The refrigerator was delivered July 27th damaged, so we sent it back. Needless to say we had an event planned that we would not have our new refrigerator for. September 29th and we still have not received the refrigerator nor phone call or email from Lowes. I guarantee you if we owed money they would be calling. I think this is a pretty good Lowe's location. My husband and I recently bought a house in the area, so needless to say, we've made MANY trips to this Lowe's in the past month. All of the employees are pretty helpful, which I feel is standard for almost any Lowe's store. The part that really stands out to me though is the paint section. Every employee I've interacted with has been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. John was especially helpful as I was picking a gray paint color that would work in our guest bathroom and bedroom, and he was able to recommend the best finish for the job. Then, when they were out of the base I needed, he price matched it for me with a more expensive can, which I really appreciated! The return policy is also good here. I had initially brought in 2 paint samples to match the current wall color in the house so I could do touch ups in the living room and dining room. Unfortunately the computer didn't match them well, but I was able to return both cans of the custom colors no problem. I will definitely continue shopping here for our future home project needs. read more

My hubby and I are vets, and senior citizens, thought Lowe's was the best place to replace our carpet with laminate. Boy were we wrong. The whole sad tale of trying to get an estimate from them started in November. We kept getting "lost" in their system. When we finally got them to give us an estimate, the person they sent said our carpet was too soiled for them to deal with. We would have to take care of removing it ourselves. Excuse me, there were a couple of spots on the carpet, nothing dramatic, I cleaned them up in 6 minutes. Lowe's, you have really let us down. Sad to say, we will be going to their competition, who are going to take care of us. I think that Lowe's has forgotten their original mission, and now is just paying lip service to their goals. This store is a hell. They cheat the customers to sell the credit card. Be aware of the employees asking you the personal questions. Second, if you don't comply with what they say, they will force you to get out of stores. All managers and few head cashiers are Horrible. They will be following you in the Aisle if they doubt you. My name is Chris Ferreri. I recently spent $4,000 on some flooring at the Reynoldsburg Lowes (8231 E Broad St, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068). I am having a huge issue with my order. The agent who helped us pick the flooring was amazing, his knowledge was vast and his customer service was excellent. I'm horrible with names, but I believe his name was Dorian. Great guy. However, after our extremely pleasant service from Dorian everything after that has gone sour. I have been contacted 3 times stating my delivery would be on different dates. I set time off of work on those dates (I have voicemails and pictures of the text confirmations) and I never get the delivery. I call the store dozens of times because I get put on hold, and after 5 minutes the phone hangs up on me. On 4/13 I was supposed to get the delivery up until 5/5:30 in the evening. I made several calls to the store asking where my order was but nobody answered the phone calls I made. I legitimately called 30+ times trying to get a hold of someone and I got people from customer service, but they would transfer me to delivery and the phone system would hang up on me. So I drive down to the store which is no more than 5 minutes away, and I'm waiting over an hour for a manager to come to customer service to see me. During that time I'm told the only manager in the store is "Frank". I wait patiently for Frank to come to the front, and he does, but he doesn't speak to me, he doesn't even make eye contact with me. The associate tells him I'm waiting for a manager and have been waiting for a while and he gets on his headset and pages another manager and leaves. I step outside after waiting over an hour to smoke a cigarette and my friend who was with me comes out and tells me "It's the incorrect date. And to wait for a phone call confirmation." Ok, I don't know why it would take over an hour to tell me this information, but ok. So I go home and wait. Another week comes by and I get ANOTHER text saying that my delivery was going to be another date, and low and behold I get a voicemail while working that my delivery is scheduled on the 23rd. I take off work AGAIN, and wait. I get to the 1/2 hour before I'm supposed to be delivered and I again called the store. After another dozen or two calls, I finally get a woman who tells me "We lost your floor", I say "Excuse me? So why wasn't I informed?" and her response was "We had 3 people call out today, and haven't been able to call people." So, instead of calling a customer who took the day off work, who could go back to work and make some money that day, no, I get no phone call. She says that she can get someone to deliver it today (Monday, 4/26) I say that's fine, since I have it scheduled 2 days out from there to get it installed, and it needs two days to rest before it's installed. I tell her that the delivery can NOT happen before 3:30pm as I refuse to take off work again and lose out on more money. She assures me that she has it written ALL over the order that it can NOT be delivered BEFORE 3:30 pm on 4/26/2021. Normally, I would find it a surprise when I got a phone call this morning at 7:30 from a nice guy who was doing the delivery, saying that he is heading out to my house at that moment! While I'm working. I am now on the phone, after calling the store 6 times, getting hung up on again after a long time on hold to let them know I took off two hours early to get the floors sooner. The wonderful woman on the phone said "I'm so sorry. We're trying to get our delivery people to answer the phone all day." This. Is. By. Far. The WORST customer service I have ever had in any retail establishment. After being in retail for over 25 years I am legitimately appalled by the lack of customer service in this company. I spent a LOT of my hard earned money on this floor, to be constantly lied to over and over, to have managers blatantly ignore customers that have been waiting over an hour is absolutely NO way to run a business. If I had written this review in August 2011, this would've been a 4-5 star review easily. Since then, Menard's has come in down the street and raised the bar for what I expect in a home improvement store. Lowe's, especially the home and garden section, feels understaffed. When I go to Menard's, I have has people assist me whenever I'm there. At Lowe's, it feels like pulling teeth to get assistance. One positive Lowe's has going for them over Menard's though, is the MyLowe's card. You can easily track all of your purchases & receipts with this card. Unfortunately, there is no additional sales benefit to this card such as 5% off when you use it, etc. Overall, this store just doesn't feel as good as it used to, and they definitely have reduced staffing, which really is reflected in the lack of quality of their customer service. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. We purchased a sliding glass door from them. At the start, the sales person seemed knowledgeable. He told us due to covid, it would take a while for a custom door which was fine. We were in no hurry. We ordered door in Jan 2022 and it was delivered in June. The door was damaged and the wrong size. Long story short, the back and forth went on for 5 months until the sales associate called back and said that no of his suppliers make a door in our size. I asked him why it took almost a year to tell us that. We should have been told that in beginning. We went ahead and had installed a which over a year. I asked about compensation throughout process and was told that they would discuss after door installed. Their offer was $124 for 5 day missed days of work, a Saturday which I was told the deliver of door would come and they were a no show (in addition the store clerk told me I would get a callback which never happened and coincidencely was the original sales clerk We bought door from), and we either have to try to match the trim color they had to add to make door work or pull all trim out and retain. ​ read more

As Lowe's goes this one is a pretty good one. This Lowe's, unlike many, has people that actually ask to help you. But never had anyone waited on us with enthusiasm like Cynthia in paint. She knows her products and guided us and educated us on effective brush cleaners. We were also trying to match a stain that Lowe's.com and the manufacturer says they do not carry. Cynthia said they had that brand, on clearance, for half off, and walked us a third of the way across the store where we found a bunch of other stuff we did not know we needed. Cynthia was genuinely enthused about helping us. She wasn't doing it because the boss said so. Her sincerity came through taking this 3 star place to 4 star with her 5 star service. I don't know what they pay her but it isn't enough. One other thing, there is a highly competent cashier in a wheelchair. I like that Lowe's hired her and she does more than greet people. People are more than their disability. This cashier knows her stuff and she is working in a job that benefits the customers and the store. read more

I like this Lowe's more than other Lowe's because it's newer, there are a lot of employees wandering around looking to help you, they have a great selection of stuff and their plant selection is one of the better one's I've seen. Other Lowe's I've been in before are laid out in a manner much like Home Depot which seems to be in a manner to keep you from finding your stuff. This Lowe's makes sense and is pretty well laid out. I love their plant and tree selection. They actually sold hops here one year. I never see hop plants for sale unless I have them special ordered. I also really like their tree selection as it does vary greatly. They have the old standbys like Maples and Oaks but they also will get some odd trees that you never see. Buy those trees while you have the chance as you won't see them in again. It seems pretty random as to what trees they get and when they get them. read more

Not 1 single person asked if they could help me and when I tried to stop someone to ask where something was, he never even slowed down but just kept walking and yelled it over his shoulder before I even finished my what would have been an 8 word question if he had let me finish. Now getting ready to get my lightbulbs and check out. . Let's see if this review goes up or down. So I was buying the lightbulbs for my mother and she wanted a very specific kind. I asked the lady at the service desk to call someone over to help me. I was really hoping it wasn't the guy from earlier! This guy came over and I said are you the one sent over to help me? He said no, but I'll be happy to help you anyway. I explained what I needed and he showed me the different options. This guy could not have been any nicer! I was walking toward the registers and said I think you need to open some more registers. He said here, I'll ring you up. No use waiting in that line for 2 items. His service was 5 star all the way! After the transaction was completed, I told him I'm a member of Yelp and showed him the review I was in the process of writing. I said you have just changed my whole experience! He beamed. Don't expect too much of customer service. Either in person or on the phone. It is a hit or miss with customer service. I've had them all. One guy there was just a d..k, but then I've had a few great one. Most of the time they have what I need and that is all I care about. It's a hardware store and that is all I'm looking for. I'd recommend this place for people who live close by. Mostly because this is the closest one. I mean why would you drive accross town to another hardware store just coz of reviews to get nails and screws. Who care what customer service they have. A couple years ago we had problems with a fridge and the manufacturer was horrible to deal with. I came into the store hoping to get some help, and was taken to the manager Colleen Sedwick. As soon as I spoke with her, I realized from her professionalism and patient listening skills that everything was going to be okay. I was able to show her documented proof that there were real issues and was relieved when she took things very seriously. Based on the circumstances--she determined the fridge should be replaced. We were so thankful and impressed!! I sent Lowes written accolades about Colleen --and for the appliance associate, Sierra Bruner, who also was amazing in helping me with this issue. I never heard back from Lowes so I hope Colleen and Sierra were commended for their wonderful service. Because of how good this store was to us, we recommend them constantly and try to use them for everything. We've bought multiple appliances, had a fence installed, and had a backsplash installed (Margo in flooring is fantastic). In each case, we've been pleased with Lowes. The Reynoldsburg store has a positive energy that I believe stems from it's awesome management. Prices are not always the cheapest but are competitive. I'd rather buy/hire from a trustworthy company, than from somewhere cheap that doesn't care after the sale. Thanks again Colleen and all the staff! read more

One of the worst experiences I have ever had they promised that my delivery would be made on 7/29/19 after a huge fumble last week. I was delivered my appliance to have it be the wrong color when it clearly stated on the invoice a different color and it wasn't in the box and looked to be used. They promised I would receive my delivery tonight seeing that I have installers coming in the morning I've gotten the run around all day long. Buyers beware because they may not be able to deliver and Best Buy will price match. Grossly dissatisfied with Lowe's. This is costing me time and money it seems as if no one can handle a simple order or even answer the phone time to move to. I'm amazed that Lowe's can keep customers I gave them another chance. For two days I waited for my delivery and apparently I didn't make the delivery schedule I was promised my order on 6/23/2020 it didn't happen. I scheduled it for today 6/24/2020 I didn't get my order they said there was no room on the truck. Lowe's will loose my business apparently leadership is not a priority. read more

I am a truck driver who was trying to make a delivery to this location on 05/01/2019 and they clearly post no deliveries after 4 pm. I arrived at 1550; spoke with a young kid who told me where to go and that someone will be with me to unload me. As I'm waiting I see the forklift guy pass by but doesn't unload me but picks up something or another from the back of the store where I'm waiting, I don't bother him because he's doing so and obviously, he sees me and I think to myself he will be back... but he doesn't. An hour passes until I finally go inside and ask for the manager. An elderly woman calls HER for me and I'm told they will not unload me because it's after 4; the forklift guy sees me waiting and asks me what's wrong, yadda, yadda, yadda; he says he will help but comes back and says my manager says I can't do it but he says it with such glee in his face. Anyway, I had to spend the night here with a little under 5 hrs of drive time on the clock where I could have showered and made it to my next load pick up. I get paid by the miles and a sitting truck is not making me any money. The incompetence and lack of compassion and humanity from this store manager is truly not surprising to me but I'm still waiting for decency in this world and for people to treat others the way they would like to be treated. read more

Since Lowe's started their third party installation service, things haven't been more horrible. First, I pay for the delivery AND installation of a bathroom vanity sink. They make me go through a third party company. Those guys don't want to come out on the days I'm off. So I have to schedule measurements and installations--which are done at two separate times no less--way in the future. Then all of a sudden, Lowes calls to tell me they're delivering the sink tomorrow. Great. But they show up, drop it off, no installation, no explanation, just a couple of really rude guys. I cut up their credit card I signed up for when I bought it. I guess I won't be needing it ever again after all. read more

I love the workers here! They love their jobs and make my life so much easier. I called Jackson with a plumbing issue and he told me exactly what I needed over the phone. He was friendly and upbeat and just as nice in person. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. There are always great parking spaces and the parking lot is usually cleared of snow pretty quickly. They are rarely out of the things I need, carry a huge variety of products and tend to be pretty competitive with their pricing. read more

Manager Colleen (sp?) was very helpful with a problem I had with a lawn mower I had purchased the year before. She made it hassle free. The only consistent complaint I would have with that store is that it can be difficult to find help. read more

8231 East Broad St. Lowes has become disappointing. This week I went to Lowes to shop for an indoor house plant for a gift. The selection of plants weren't looking good and needed watering. I then went outside to the garden area and most of the 50% off plants were awful. For years I chose E. Broad St. Lowes for my home and garden but will begin shopping elsewhere for good quality. read more

I will go here in a pinch because I live 2 miles away, but for most purchases I'm better served to run to the Home Depot in New Albany. This place is the apex of either employee apathy or incompetence, maybe both. God help me if I have to ask someone for anything. More than once in the last year or so have I gotten so annoyed at not being able to find something in the store and being ignored by what few staff members that are visible that I've walked out in complete disgust. I've come to accept that this crew just isn't capable of doing any better, and I'm not going to let myself get into this situation from here on. Where I lived before moving to the Columbus suburbs, Lowe's was the real deal. HD's staff was friendly and helpful, but it seemed like it was where you went to get home accents and the like. Menard's was the Dollar General of home improvement stores; I wouldn't even shop there for my rental property. But here in the eastern suburbs, the E. Broad Lowe's has settled to the absolute bottom of the pile. Congratulations, guys; you've earned it. read more

I purchased a brand new Weber Grill from the E. Broad St Reynoldsburg Lowes store on May 5 to be delivered on May 8, in time for Mother's Day. No show. A service manager said it was delayed and would be delivered by May 11. No show again. No call either. I spent hours on telephone and was finally promised delivery on May 13. It was delivered but guess what. They delivered me the floor model! No manuals or instructions were included. No mention was made that I wasn't given a new grill as I had purchased. I went to the store on May 14th to complain. The manager apologized and offered me a 30% credit which I accepted. My major complaint was the underhanded sneakiness to try and pawn off the floor model without telling me while there were four unopened grills of my model were in stock. Also, the inability to reach anybody over the telephone was frustrating. If I return to Lowes, it won't be for any major purchase at the Reynoldsburg, OH, E. Broad St store. read more
