Inwent in to get a piece of glass cut (as I have dozens of times through the years) he was sitting on a stool and I asked if he could cut me a piece of glass and he said "we only have single pane" I told him I realized that and that's what I wanted . He then told me that it breaks if you even look at it and I said I know that and he is a bigger guy and his whole demeanor was cocky and is attitude was terrible as he still sat on the stool. It's not tiny, but it's not huge. Lots of options for each thing we needed. Bright and open, nicely arranged, tons of things you need- and don't, plenty of impulse buy stuff set around, so watch yourself. Prices for those, and in general, are maybe a little high, but the location will be handy for many people and you can avoid the hassle and gas use of going to a big box. Neither the shop nor ACE offer any warranty, referring the buyer instead to the manufacturer's warranty. On occasions when I've made a warranty claim, the manufacturers have simply ignored those claims.
