Probably the rudest employees ive ever encountered. I understand having bad days but don't take it out on the customers

We had a great experience with Lowes and Rebekkah in the kitchen and bath department. She was a complete professional in every way. She listened to our needs and helped us design the perfect kitchen for our cabin. From the initial order until the final installation, Rebekka was available every step of the way, and answered all of our questions, demonstrating her knowledge of the choices we had for our project. She was also extremely skillful in manipulating CAD drawings, and cooberated with us to create a customized and dream kitchen area. I have had to listen to my sister complain about this Lowes for too many years. Most recently in the past two weeks twice about the lack of correct information on delivery's. The promise a time and never deliver. They never call. The manager of this store tells her there is no way he can find the phone number for this driver. He tells her that even though this product is out for delivery today he can't guarantee it will even be delivered tomorrow and they aren't able to tell her anything. What ever happened to customer service? Lowes as a whole has been disappointing more and more every year. Time to move on to another store. Good bye Lowes. read more

I have also needed help with lumber, landscape materials due to recent back surgery . And have have no help to many times to count ! This is a on going issue that management needs to address. This is the only store that has this issue. I go to Roanoke , Lynchburg, Richmond , Greensboro and there is no problem with getting help at all ! 11 days ago, I go into Lowes to buy a Fridge, a gated tow trailer, and a grill to be picked up on the 21st for my RV campsite for a party i am having at my campsite next weekend. I will break it down. Trailer, no issues it was at store, and i took it home that day. Fridge, i picked one out, but the said i would have to order it, so i pick another out, they have one in warehouse, and they could have it there in a few days. Well, i checked today just to make sure it was ready for Wednesday, they tell me they had to order one, (i guess they sold the one out of the warehouse and figured they could order me one since i have a pickup date of the 21st. ) They tell me it is scheduled to be in on the 21st, but we won't know until the truck gets here. I have done this because my body and legs are not able to handle this since i got Guillain barre syndrome and i would need help and this is the day i could get help. I told them this upfront. Grill - I bought a grill that was on close out. For the same reason as above I asked if i could purchase the floor model. (i had help with me to unload at my house) The manager said no, it did not work. (lie, it had never been used and was in perfect condition with paperwork attached) But no problem they had 3 in the backroom and would assemble one of those for me and i could pick up with the fridge. No problem, so i thought. They told me the one they would would have put together for me had a dent, so they ordered another. Again, no assurances when it would be in. (i don't know how they would order one if its a closeout, and by the way where is it? Dent is just a dent on a grill) By this time i had had it with their excuses, so i said get the paperwork started, I am going to get the trailer, and i want refunded for everything. I come back with trailer, and they shove a piece of paper in front of me and said i already picked up grill and they would not refund. To be honest i Kinda of lost it and said, you don't want to do that. But i quickly regained my composure and tell them that is not my signature. They said they needed to look at cameras and would get back with me in a few days. I said they just told me they had to order one for me, why would they do that if i had picked it up. No apology or nothing, but after some back and forth i was refunded, but too little too late. I will never shop there again. read more

Don't ask for delivery and don't order special item. Delivery can't get it in your house and if you order special item they will sell it right out from under you. Sorry customer service and not worth your time or trouble. read more

My back is in very bad shape. I asked for help to lift and load landscaping bricks in the Lawn & Garden Department, but no one showed up. There was someone on a forklift, but they didn't get off to help me. I am in my 70s and female. read more
