I was humiliated by the clerk at the paint department in front of other customers when I needed to bring back a mix paint that was not the right color. Hoping to darken the color more. He so pissed that I wasn't happy with the color he mixed the day before and proceeded to lecture me and then walked out of his department, refusing to help me! I was treated very poorly to say the least. There's more that happen, but who wants to read a novel? Just don't buy paint here. Save yourselves some headache. Customer service extremely bad. Day of the sale, bought 5 things together totaling over $4000. The sales person said all items will be delivered Dec 9th. Double checked with sales person about delivery date before making final sale and reassured items will be delivered. Dec 8th, got a phone call regarding delivery time for Dec 9th 12pm - 3pm. Waited whole afternoon for them. About 5pm made first phone call to find out delivery issue. Person did not have phone number for driver and did not have a reason why they weren't there. So waited some more. 6:30pm ish called again and now they said all delivery people went home! Clearly I was mad....what happened to delivery? No one called to say other wise. Person on the phone got over time approved to have items delivered Dec 10th. Also got 10% discount for my troubles. Dec 10th, delivery was made just past 5pm. Unpleasantly, surprised ONLY received two items, washer and dryer. Asked delivery person where the rest of the items where....their reply was truck was empty. Called the delivery number, person tells me items are in store and have no clue why it was not delivered same time. I requested delivery before weekend....person could not approve over time delivery. Handed me to a store manager. She was in a I don't care kind of mode and said I had to pick up items in the store. At this time she offered $79 for my troubles. That evening I emailed www.lowes.com customer service. Spoke to someone that wanted to help me with the issue but could not reach the store since it was closed.. She did tell me it's won't be delivered until 17 or 18th. Which I didn't want. Next day after my email to lowes.com, I got a call from a different manager whom called to explain more of what was going on. Again stating items are here.... but the refrigerator....to my surprise...I said WHAT.....all this time no one said anything about refrigerator on back order...which was to arrive on 22nd and deliver 23rd. Since there was a house warming on the weekend Lowe's suggested I take their floor model to use temporary or buy at a discount. we opted not to take the floor model and to wait for the new one to arrive. For my troubles got 20% off the original in store order. On Dec 12th, went into store on Rainier to pick up stove and dishwasher. While picking up....tubing/parts for the dishwasher was paid for but not given. Spoke to customer service....pulled up order and had no idea what the parts were and didn't know where to find them. That customer service had to call manager to figure things out...needless to say 15 minutes later got those parts. At the house for the house warming...looked at the new washer and dryer they received from Lowe's...to my dismay....different model washer and dryer from what was purchased. The dryer was the higher end model that was ordered but the washer was the lower end and not matching. Once again a call to lowes.com to file another complaint...they had no idea they delivered what they delivered. Told me I would get a call back from the store within 24 hours. I got a call back following day....reordered new correct washer....which is to be delivered this Friday along with new fridge being picked up from another store for friday delivery. In the end....over 2 hours with all these phone calls. What a bunch of screw ups!!!! read more

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. No one here wants to work or help people and they don't even know how to use their own website or equipment. I waited for 20 minutes looking for someone and then Tony decided to show up and not help. Tony doesn't even do any work. I want a water heater and been waiting for 40 minutes for him to get a lift to bring it off the shelf. He rolls his eyes as he walks away because he's too lazy to do anything besides sit behind a desk. Apparently "one second" means 40 minutes to him. Well after getting tired of waiting for him I asked customer service in the front for some help because he wasn't. I told them and what does the girl do? Use the speaker to say I need help in the water heater department. Great. Tell the guy that isn't helping to help me. That's brilliant. So I tell her he isn't helping me and she ignores me and starts gossiping with her coworker. Great service. It's amazing. Well I see Tony after 40 minutes and what is he doing? Not a thing. He's standing here not helping anyone. Not helping me. Nothing! After those 40 minutes, I find out there's basically one person in all of lowes that can help me. ONE! Only one person can use the lift. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. An entire store of appliances that you need a lift for and one person has been trained to use it. Absolutely horrible. Bought a washer. Had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. When washer was finally delivered, it was defective such that it continually poured water into the unit, never filling--endangering my water bill. Had to unplug the unit to get the water to stop running. I was told they'd come fix within 24 hours--in fact I was told this repeatedly over the course of a week. I had to keep calling again and again and again. Still don't have a working washer, it's been a month. read more

As a general contractor we frequent Lowes literally on a daily basis, from as far north as Smokey Point to as far South as Kent. I have never had such a difficult time making a purchase totaling all of $52.54 as I did today, when encountering Ed B. in Commercial Sales. Not only was he the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with at any Lowes, let's just say customer service was not his #1 priority. I had to call another Lowes in North Seattle on Aurora ave, and ask Dewey to call this Lowes for me. With one call to Dewey he called the Rainer Location and got me the service I needed - that Ed B. was unwilling to provide. In closing I would recommend the trip to the North Seattle Lowes - and stay away from Rainer location and save yourself the headache. read more

It's 2:00pm Sunday afternoon. I visit the Rainier Valley store in Seattle. I need a piece of glass cut to replace a window. When I get to the department, I'm told that, "The guy who cuts glass just went to lunch. You need to come back in an hour." This store is huge. As I wandered through the store I saw at least a dozen employees, some working with customers, some talking to other employees. In a store this size, in the middle of a Sunday afternoon, there is only one person who is trained to cut glass. This is stupid. The people who work there have always seemed nice enough, and sad that they can't help. I don't blame them. I blame management. read more

I ordered a microwave online and paid for it. Printed the confirmation receipt and drove 24 miles in rains to the store since my microwave had quit only to be told they have no stock and the order was cancelled. Before driving I tried calling appliance guys 3 times but got no response, they even hung up on me 3rd time. Later they told me I was contacted by phone. Not really!! The over the range microwave was on sale and apparently they oversold or had lower than online advertised quantity. Well I was told the 'online' and 'in store' computers don't talk properly to each other hence the error. I believe they sold the microwave without checking that it has been sold online. For any major store its not just $300 error, this is a serious error problem in their system not to mention incompetent appliance guys. You think these guys have what it takes to compete with Amazon? I was disgusted when they told me point blank "sorry fella, tough luck". I was pissed. But I am giving 3 stars because the manager and clerk at customer service offered me the later model (same specifications) at the same price. Shopping here is like the home-improvement version of dating a hot Spanish dancer: some days, you'll go home happy, other days, she'll slap you in the face, and there's no way to predict which way it'll go until you walk in the door. I'm not talking about products -- like any big warehouse store, Lowe's has a little bit of everything, so chances are you can find what you need -- but my customer service experiences here have clustered so dramatically around the extreme ends of the good/bad scale that I've found myself retelling them at parties. (Admittedly, many of our friends are also fixing up older homes, so it's a valid topic of conversation. But, still.) If I had to pick "favorites", I'd say the worst experience I had there would be right after Lowe's purchased the Eagle chain of hardware stores and (understandably) ditched all their inventory to bring in Lowe's usual brands, while I was in the middle of shelving my entire basement with products purchased at that particular Eagle store. About $300 worth of products. Which quickly proved to be incompatible with the brand that Lowe's was now selling. So I had rails but no brackets, and shelves but no way to mount them. The special order that Eagle had put in for my brackets was cancelled by Lowe's, who then not only declined my request to place another order or even contact the wholesaler on my behalf, but also refused to either refund the original purchase or allow me to exchange it for the version that Lowe's was now stocking. After a month or more of visits to the store with assorted paperwork, and phone calls, and waiting for callbacks from people who never called, I finally just gave up, pulled all the rails off my walls, and bought a whole new set at Home Depot. In the end, I can justify the financial loss as a pricey lesson in never starting a project until you have all the necessary materials in hand. But four and a half weeks of runaround and dangling hope in front of me like a carrot for a dancing mule, rather than just admitting at the start that they didn't plan to help; that's not just bad customer service, it makes me wonder if the Lowe's corporate office is staffed by teenagers. On the other side of the fulcrum, there was yesterday's paint-department experience. After looking through all the little color swatches in the various stations for different brands of interior paint, I couldn't find a good match for the color I needed. I explained this to the employee at the counter, and asked whether he had additional swatches or samples that might be closer to the desired shade of blue. To illustrate, I pointed out the giant glossy cardboard advertising sign for Olympic behind him, which featured a paint can against a background of brilliant ultramarine blue, the exact color I've been looking for. "Something like that." He looked at the sign, looked around at the swatch stations... reached into his pocket, pulled out a box knife, cut a rectangular piece of ultramarine blue cardboard right out of the middle of the sign, and slid it under the color-match scanner. The fact that the computer couldn't match it is irrelevent; I still left grinning from ear to ear. And thus you see my love/hate relationship. The smile, or the slap. The twenty-minute attempt to get my dollar back after the bottled-water vending machine swallowed it whole, culminating in my empty-handed departure when the service counter demanded a long list of personally identifiable information... or the set of wooden blinds that weren't quite the right size for my wonky 1920's windows, but which ended up looking fabulous because a passing employee from the lumber department offered to trim them down for me. On his break. Smile or slap, I keep going back... and that probably says as much about me as it does about Lowe's... read more

I'd give them 0 stars if I could!!! I'll be the first to admit that I have absolutely no business being in a Lowe's. But when the experts tell me I need something, I try to go get it. So! Let's begin. I ordered a washer and dryer off Lowe's.com on Black Friday because they were on sale. They were stackable pair and compact. The stacking kit was on back order, so we waiting for it to arrive eagerly. We were scheduled for delivery on December 19th, but I then rescheduled for December 23rd. Easy peasy so far! I sent my boyfriend to Lowe's to get all the connections for the installation. He was sold all the wrong stuff, despite showing the person helping him our order (printed out and brought with him), so when the installers came out, they couldn't even try to install the set. Problem number one. Problem number two. I called after the installers left so that we could go get the correct connections and have them install it the next day at 9am. Prior to leaving, the installer had suggested we get an extension for the washer drain hose so that it would reach from the hallway into the closet (which is too small to fit the set AND a person to connect everything). I went to Lowe's to buy the extension set and apparently it doesn't exist. I bought what he showed me MIGHT work anyway and told my boyfriend that apparently the extension doesn't exist. He wakes up the next morning at 8am (he works till midnight so 8am is his 5am) and goes to another hardware store to ask about this extension - just in case the guy at Lowe's didn't know. That hardware store also says it doesn't exist. Huh. And on top of all that, the installers never showed up so my boyfriend woke up for nothing. Problem number 3. I call to reschedule again. Then the manager I'm talking to is saying they can't come out and set my stuff up because the extension set doesn't exist and they're not licensed for that. I try to explain that the installer didn't even TRY because they COULDN'T, to no avail. I make my sleep deprived boyfriend call since he's already grouchy. He calls me back to say that they'll come out on Saturday and they'll give us 5% off everything for our troubles. They come on Saturday only to discover that they still can't install it - apparently I'm 1 outlet short. Not their fault. My boyfriend then goes to Lowe's to return all the crap we bought but didn't need and to get our 5% off. The manager we talked to on the phone turned out to be the guy who sold my boyfriend all the wrong stuff to begin with and then starts debating the 5% off (which we didn't even ask for - he offered it to us)! In the end, my super annoyed boyfriend gets us the 5% off and we will never deal with Lowe's ever again. Omg. Never again. Now I need an electrician and a plumber so that I can FINALLY do laundry. read more

Having received notification the night before my fridge was being delivered that my "window" for delivery was 2-4PM, I called Lowe's to tell them that I thought I might need to reschedule the delivery for a later date because I NEEDED to leave the house that day by 4PM sharp in order to meet up with friends with whom we were boating to Port Townsend for the weekend. We couldn't be late because the marine gas station closes at 5:00 and if we didn't gas up before leaving, we couldn't make the trip. . . Well the Lowe's customer service person called the delivery team and assured me that the delivery would be completed PRIOR to 4PM. When 3:30 rolled around, I called again to tell Lowe's that I had to reschedule the order because they weren't going to be able to complete it prior to when I had to leave. They called the driver, who said he was on his way and would be to my house any minute. . . Well, 4:15 came and passed, my perishables were all ruined, and we missed the boat, quite literally. Weekend: ruined because Lowe's doesn't give two shits about its customers. I cancelled the order completely and did what I should've done in the first place. I found the same fridge at a local, independent store and will be doing everything I possibly can to avoid patronizing Lowe's in the future! read more

Wow. Somehow I stumbled onto an internet forum that had people debating which was better, Lowe's or Home Depot. Apparently a lot of people have strong feelings either way. I did not. By chance I've mostly been to Home Depot before, but Lowe's is closer to the light rail stop, I thought, so why not give that a try? The service here was TERRIBLE, absolutely horrendous, and the worst part is I think the guy thought he was being friendly and/or funny. In reality he was not only rude, but truly unhelpful. And, they were out of the one thing I needed. So I ended up going to Home Depot anyway, where the service was quite nice and they had what I was looking for. Let's just say that the door department has a lot of room for improvement. I went to Lowe's to purchase a set of French doors, because they were much cheaper than Home Depot, though HD is WAY closer to me. For those who don't know, French doors have two types of swing, left or right, to choose from. I explained to the sales person exactly the layout of my house and which way I wanted the swing to go, and he told me which set of doors to get based on that. Great, I loaded them up in my RENTED U-Haul truck, brought them home and didn't think about it again. 2 weeks later, my partner is finally putting in the doors (big remodel, so we've had a lot on our plate), and we discover that the guy sold me the wrong swing door set. The threshold goes to the OUTSIDE, not INSIDE of the house, but of course, NOT BEING THE DOOR EXPERT, I didn't know this. That's why I asked for customer service to begin with. Figuring the guys who sell doors ALL DAY LONG would know what to sell me if I described my house layout and how I wanted the doors to open. Yeah, apparently not. What made the situation awesome is that it was 9pm and down pouring (yes, in Seattle, actual downpour) rain when I made the discovery that the doors wouldn't work, so I immediately call the store and talked to a VERY helpful employee, Cherry, who does all she can to try and resolve the problem by attempting to arrange delivery of the correct replacement set the following day. She wasn't certain they could fit it into the schedule, but said she'd try as hard as she could, and informed the store manager so they would know in the morning about my predicament. The only reason this is a 2 star review is because of Cherry. Following day - I don't receive a call from the delivery service, as Cherry said I should expect to, so at 10:30, I followed up. I knew Cherry wasn't scheduled until 2pm, so I was hoping at least someone was informed of what was happening, or would be as helpful as she was. Indeed, the woman I spoke to in the delivery dispatch had my order, but it still wasn't confirmed if there would be time to deliver my doors, but they said to check when Cherry got in and they would hopefully have found time to get them to us by end of day. I called again at 1:30 and turns out my doors had just been loaded on a truck! GREAT NEWS!!! No having to deal with U-Haul again and all that mess. 3pm comes around and the driver calls and says he's 10 minutes away. EVEN BETTER. He arrives, is super friendly, but discovers that the doors on his truck are the exact SAME set that I'd been sold the first time - so again, they have the wrong swing. *face palm* You're kidding me, right? He apologizes, checks the ticket and says it has correct sku number and description on it, but somehow the guys in the door department ONCE AGAIN selected the wrong door to sell me, regardless of what the ticket order called for. Kudos door team. Well done. #Sarcasm Currently my man is on his way to get a truck and physically get the doors himself from the store, to make sure there isn't ANY chance we get the wrong set again. I'm patiently waiting for the hole in my house to get filled. *sigh* read more

I purchased a grill from Lowes back in 2012. I was told I should purchase the warranty because it would replace all the parts for free for only $50. I passed because I know warranties are always a waste of money because the parts will last much longer than the warranty especially on a grill. I am no stranger to grills. The check out person said that I should reconsider because the warranty was FOR LIFE and that the infrared panels alone were like $80 to replace. So I went for it. For seven years I've held on to that receipt, faded as it is now, knowing that eventually I would need to replace these parts. Well today was that day. I dug up that receipt after going through 4 boxes of paper work. I called up Lowes and they told me I had to call the maker because the warranty was through them. So I did, they told me after a long conversation that this was an after market warranty through Lowes and I had to call them back. So I called and asked to talk to the store manager to avoid any more hassle. As I did I noticed the receipt at the bottom said 3 year warranty. Now granted normally I would have just chalked it up as a loss but because the sales person told me it was valid FOR LIFE I wanted to pass that on and see if they would make good. After explaining it to the store manager he basically said there's nothing he can do. I said, "well there is something you can do but what you actually mean to say is that there is nothing that you want to do". The conversation went back and forth for a while and after realizing he wasnt even going to offer me a discount on replacement parts I hung up. Again I get warranties tend to just be for a certain period and I should have been more careful and looked at the receipt and asked for my money back when I saw the 3 year part and not "for life" but it is what it is. Lesson learned.... Lowe's doesn't care to make things right. I see why they are going belly up.... GO TO HOME DEPOT. read more

We recently had a fence put in and were horrified by the process and result. We paid nearly double the amount we were quoted, and the final product fell woefully short. The sub-contractors hired by Lowe's were TERRIBLE. The foreman of the crew was a nightmare to work with; total swindler, continuously up charged for things (most of which weren't actually done), and very rarely showed up when he was supposed to. Project that should have taken a week or two took nearly a month to complete because the crew didn't show up for days at a time, even when they were schedule to. Here is a non-comprehensive list of the issues I've found so far (though, I'm sure there are MANY more I haven't found yet): 1. No uniformity whatsoever; almost every panel has pieces of wood wedged in - which were put in only after we complained about the giant gaps. They clearly didn't measure anything before cutting or nailing in. 2. Trim (that we paid extra for) is very shoddily cut, often too short, leaving large gaps. Large gaps between the tops of the fence and the panels, and bottom pieces cut way too short because they didn't want to level the piles of dirt they had created. 3. Quality of the materials was terrible - lots of cracked wood, posts, and caps. 4. Fence post cut too short on a corner, leaving the cap haphazardly placed on top. 5. Nails and screws coming out; some clearly weren't put in correctly, and were then intentionally bent instead of being replaced. 6. The gates are poorly constructed, and feel very flimsy. One barely clears the ground, and has a crack in one of the panels of wood, and the other has a giant gap at the bottom. 7. The crew left enormous amounts of debris and garbage - our grass has been destroyed by the piles of rocks and dirt they dug up to put in the posts and did not spread out (per the Agreement). I've found countless nails, screws, metal shards, wood pieces, glass, and garbage (water bottles, coffee cups, food wrappers, etc.) throughout the yard, despite several rounds of cleanup I've done. 8. The crew tore apart a garden and cut a very old Japanese maple tree in half - NOT EVEN ON THE SIDE THE FENCE WAS ON. The tree is now dead. I bought shades for a new property here and getting them installed has been a nightmare. It's been more than 6 months and I still can't get them to support me with this. Where do I start? Not all blinds were ordered by mistake, some blinds were faulty and had to be reordered, they changed the blinds installation company and getting scheduled is impossible, and the list goes on. To this day I do not know when I will get this done. Stay away at all costs for shades or blinds. They do not care and it's been the worst experience I've had. read more

Well that's about as close to reality as a Big Mac is on a McDonald's ad... I went there with my boyfriend because he wanted to buy some blinds. We went over to that section of the store, looked around for a minute, got really excited about the 20% off deal that was gonna expire the next day and decided on what he was gonna get. Then we went to the customer service desk and asked for assistance. She called someone over. 10 minutes went buy and nobody came. We went over there and asked her to call someone again. Another 10 minutes went buy. Nobody came. I asked her to call for the third time. Again nobody. She told me the person was probably in the paint department. I went there. The person in the paint department said I was looking for Bobbi. I went back to the blinds. I noticed a desk there in the back with a woman behind it. It was Bobbi... Had she been there all the time - I don't know, but 30 minutes later we finally got some help. The only reason they get two stars was that, once Bobbi came over, she was super nice. I ordered blinds, carpet, and wood floors from Lowe's. The initial install date was early december 2013. It's mid April 2014 and the install is still not finished. My house has been in disarray since December. Tiles were broken in the install, door molding broken, baseboards broken, a hole was made in one of the walls, etc. If I had children, my house would not have been safe for them over the past few months. They still have not completed the work, their response has been poor, and I'm beyond frustrated with this experience. I have always had excellent experiences with Lowe's up until now. I would NOT use them for any home improvement projects that are not DIY. read more

Only go there if you know exactly what you want and are willing to find it yourself. Their customer service is in the toilet, except the nice checkout ladies. Plus, always look in the box of whatever you buy. They don't fix returns or send them back to the manufacturers; they just run them back onto the sales floor in the hope that some poor soul will buy the broken or defective product. I was in Lowe's on a Friday afternoon for screws to my TV. I brought in a screw to compare it to and was overwhelmed by the variety to chose from and didn't know what I was doing. After fve minutes of cluelessly looking aorund, I asked a young man if he would assist me. He asked me what the screws were for and knew exactly what section to look in and found them almost immediately. He even gave me a heads up that they were only $1.00 for a pack of 16. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, for example showing me the circuit box and clamps to buy in order to house the wiring. I successfully installed the fixture and she is happy with it! How does this place have 2 stars. WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I went in to look for a replacement hose for my water heater. I even brought the broken one as an example. I asked 3 guys and no one was able to help me. The first guy pointed me to isle 30. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked another guy two aisles down stocking wall plugs, he glanced at what I was looking for and just said "you'll find it in the plumbing area." OK..where is the plumbing area? "uh like 2 rows down from here" I went back to aisle 30, ran into another worker, asked if he could help and he seemed shocked, his words exactly, "huh? with what?" I showed him he looked around, said he didn't have the right size...just pick one. what? just pick one? what the hell. I asked if he had a water heater section, I then realized aisle 30 was the toiletry section. He said they do but he doesn't know where it is and that was that. Didn't want to ask around, didn't even try to help me find the right aisle since the first guy pointed me in the wrong place to being with. I told him i'd find it myself. NO ONE HERE WANTS TO HELP CUSTOMERS. This is my local Lowes, so I have been here before a few times. There has never been once that any employee here has been helpful, ever. DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FROM LOWES - I ordered a GE counter depth refrigerator back in April which was delivered by Ranier Lowes. I was given a morning delivery window, the delivery people arrived 5 hours outside of that window. The two guys performing the delivery arrived in an Enterprise rental truck with no carrying straps or any other moving supplies. Both of them looked like they had just gotten out of prison. They DRAGGED the new refrigerator up the stairs to my townhome doing thousands of dollars of damage to the property and denting the refrigerator in the process. Three months and several phone calls later with both Lowes customer support and the Rainier store and nothing has been done to remedy the situation. read more

We had a catastrophic failure of an LG refrigerator we bought at another store. We loved the features and the set up but our unit was a lemon. This would have been the 3rd service call in 3 years. It stopped working and we scrambled to find a frig at the last minute. Lowes had the same $3K (on sale for 30% off) frig but for $230 we have a warranty that guarantees a new unit if we get another lemon. I was grateful we went to the store to buy it as they have a great delivery team in house. Everything was exactly as promised and the delivery turnaround was a speedy as it was professional. I am not an extended warranty person but would never buy another frig without it. The only way this could have been better would be if we'd bought the first frig from them. I have never dealt with a worst retailer. We have had several thing installed by them and it has been problem after problem and the WORST customer service ever. The first time we were having a deck installed, they were a month late on the install and the they broke our entire window all over our dogs inside. Instead of calling and making sure our dogs were ok they just left with the glass all over our dogs. I had to do a million follow ups to get them to fix it and get some money back and they promised we would never have a bad experience again. THEN we decided to put new flooring in...the lady had no idea what she was doing but she charged up $65 to have someone come out to measure for new flooring for the install. The guy did show up for the scheduled time and when we called he said he was not coming. When her did come the next day (after taking 2 day off of work) he said our house was too old and that the first floor was uneven and that Lowe's would not install flooring on uneven floors. When I called to get a refund on our money the store manager blamed us for the mishap and would not refund our money. We have been Lowe's cArd holders for 5 years and it has been nothing but a nightmare! They could care less about customer service and they are the worst contractors I have ever seen. If I was in your position I would strongly recommend not getting involved with them for anything!!!! read more

I called six times before I received someone who answered my simple question. Before I drove to the store, I wanted to know was if they carried a particular product. Each time I called, I was put on hold for a long time. I called back, the same thing. I called back again to speak to a manager and the manger did not pick up the phone. When I finally spoke with someone, they provided an answer to my question. I shared my negative experience with the person I spoke with and would have liked some an acknowledgement of the trouble I had incurred. It was not forthcoming. The customer service at Lowes is very typically poor. read more

Real-time review. This store has a lot of nice people working here but it is poorly run from a customer perspective. Have been trying to find someone to help me buy a freezer. 30 minutes later still no one. Literally they cannot find someone to get this item from the back of the store and bring it to the front. Finally got the manager to help me. He has been great. I am getting free delivery. So not the end of the world. read more

Front end people are so friendly when you're checking out, but that's if you can find the item you are looking for. It appears that Lowe's hires a ton of people the way Wal-Mart hires a ton of people: Useful for greeting you and appearing to be helpful, but more of a show. However, they do have almost everything I need so I'll be returning, but the experience is more geared for tradesman who know about where things are and that go there often. read more

As good as one can expect for a big-box department store. Decent prices...obscure Amazon suppliers will definitely have them beat occasionally, but then you're less sure what you're getting. I don't usually go in expecting tons of help from the staff, but I like to do my own online research anyway. Decent "Lawn and Garden" selection too, though I'm finding I'll have at a landscaping-specific places to find a wider variety of paver options for my new home. read more

The lady gave me and extra few inches for free when I bought chains for my basketball hoop. Then this is the only place where I could find TSA approved locks. I saw them for $11 at Rite Aid but it's only 8 here! read more

Decent location for a Lowe's, slight hard to find your way around at times but eventually you can figure it out. The employees are always happy to help you find your way, as much as we all want to say no and do it ourselves. Okay, Maybe its a guy thing but oh well! read more
