I first went to Home Depot to purchase and leave with a new dishwasher that I was going to install at my mother's house. While they supposedly had the white Whirlpool dishwasher in stock, they found out they actually didn't have any in stock. One of their clerks recommended going to Lowes which I did. Lowes had several dishwashers in my price range in stock. I took the Whirlpool white dishwasher for $349. I took it home and realized I needed help with installation so I went back to the store and paid the additional $149 for installation. They had me also purchase the installation kit which included hoses and some electrical connections. Their install team came out in a couple of days and did a great job installing and running the unit. I believe it was Andre who sold us the dishwasher and Barry who assisted with adding the installation. Great job!! read more

On Aug 21, 2025 we bought a jacket hammer on lowes website online..after using it twice we noticed it leaked like so never reused it..on approx Oct 1st or 2nd we did a live online chat and explained the problem and we we told that we had until Nov 26th to return to local store..on Oct 8th we went to a local lowes and omg...it took 5 clerks, (2of which were managers) to ok the return and refund...it appears that they don't know what they are doing and even after telling them per our live chat we were given the go ahead to return merchandise... their employees either need to be trained on return items (especially on line orders) or hire employees who know what they are doing....besides they were rude... not even a good morning or hello...very unprofessional read more

Marilyn is the BEST cashier I have ever met. She is fabulous, friendly, and goes above and beyond. I had to come back today for additional items and I want to call out Harlene, a customer service check out associate. She demanded my father put his mask on (it was on). She then told him to stand six feet back (there was plastic between us). Disappointed because he has a medical condition, has a doctor's note stating he doesn't need to have it on (though he did) and she wanted to throw a little bit** fit. This was the final straw, we will take our business to Home Depot moving forward. This Lowes by far has some of the friendliest employees. Recently, I came in here to find a replacement part for my sons shower handle. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable but, said Lowes did not sell the part we needed. He recommended one of the other stores that specialize in plumbing. My son commented to me that it trips him out that the employees at Lowes know the answer to almost any question about a certain part in their Section. The cashiers are equally as nice too. Talked to Lowes sales person to buy a french door on the 25th of May the 27th a person came to measure the doorway. The 28th they called me to come in to sign the contract., I asked for an install date, they said the instal ll ers would call within 48 hours. Waited three buisiness days and called Lowes Coordinating Dept. about an install date. They called installers, no answer. They said they would call me back, waited 2 days called again, same result. I got the number for installers called them direct, talked to Amy, she said she would call me back. She never called back repeated this for 4days in a row, never got a call back. Called Lowes coordinator numerous times was told they would check on it and call me back. No callback. Called Lowes store no help, drove back to Lowes store from Green Valley talked to Sales person Dennis, he made a couple of calls to Coordinator. He said they would call within 48 hrs. No call. Now it's 7 June got a call that installers would be installing the door on 10 June. They arrived 10 June and installed the door but didn't finish because the doorway was too narrow. They left with interior wall corner tore up and a 1.5 in. gap above the door. Waited till next day called installers and asked when they would be back to finish, No answer. Called coordinator numerous days and times then finally on 24 june I got a text stating they would make the final repairs 28 june. On 28 June they finally got the job done satisfactorily. Lowes coordinators and installers communication to me was terrible, no follow up, no call backs, no one seemed to care till I spoke to a young woman coordinator That escalated the matter to upper management and finally got things going in 2 business days. When I finally did, they said no info because computer not working. Finally got info that delivery is delayed 3 hours past latest given time, but delivery people don't work that late, so no stove. I lost a day waiting and who knows when they will reschedule. Do yourself a favor and go to family owned and operated store. Worth the extra money for decent customer service. read more

Horrible service for curbside pickup at this location. Expect to wait upwards 30 minutes to get your items. You'll call to follow up and they tell you call back in one minute and they don't answer for the next 5 minutes. Finally you ask to speak to a manager and no one answers then customer service puts you on hold and never answers. This speaks so much on how the store is ran. I've done two curbside pickups and both experiences have been the same. read more

I purchased a refrigerator which was delivered the next day, to the wrong address. The delivery crew went back and retrieved my refrigerator, which had a dent and paint scratches. They took photos and promised to forward my complaint. I had no response after both a voice message and an email the first week. Within 24 hours after contacting customer service. the assistant store manager called me and apologized for the mishandling of my complaint. Within a day I received a very satisfactory "scratch and dent" refund. I was satisfied with their apology and will definitely shop Lowes again for appliances. read more

She was so helpful and walked me to the front of the store to speak to Miguel who she said would help me buy here and have mom pick it up in her town. Miguel then took the time to call the other store to check availability and make sure I would get the same price. He also helped me retrieve my CC info because I forgot my card at home. Yvonne stood by to make sure I got everything I needed. These two associates provided the best customer service and by far exceeded my expectations. I give zero stars to Lowe's and Victoria Perez who was supposedly my sales agent. We decided to use Lowe's for our floor install and home improvements as we have always been loyal customers.. My order was not correct and it took them four times!!!!! Product out of stock, didn't measure correctly etc etc were excuses I was getting. When I wanted to speak to Victoria about my concerns and frustration she ignored me, never returned my call or emails and I had to spend 43 minutes on hold waiting for her manager, who then told me "oh well, we don't have it in stock" Eventually days later, He assured me we had all product and everything was ready for install. Well, nope. The day of install we were STILL missing product. Do NOT waste your time with this service, go elsewhere. You people are completely incompetent and could give a fuck less. read more

I was excited to see that Lowe's is offering curbside pickup. I'm immunocompromised and am trying to avoid entering retail establishments, but I needed some items for a project in my backyard. I placed my order and was advised within the hour my items were ready. I parked in the curbside pickup area and called the number on the sign to let them know I was there. No answer. Called again. No answer. Called again. No answer. Lather, rinse, repeat about half a dozen times. Finally I realized there was nobody doing curbside pickup (this was at 11:30 am on a Wednesday) and I would have to go in to the Customer Service desk to get my items. The service at the desk was fine, but I'm irritated that this store is advertising a service they're not offering. If I had known I'd have to go in, I would've shopped somewhere else or ordered delivery. If, like me, you're trying to avoid going inside stores, think twice before placing an order at this location. Edited to add: I tried to email Lowe's customer care to let them know of the issue and, apparently, they have turned off their email. It just bounces back. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

After being a customer for many years, I have to say that I hope anyone reading this thinks twice about purchasing anything from Lowe's as this organization assumes ZERO accountability. I just moved to a new home so I purchased a refrigeraytor as well as a Washer and Dryer from Lowe's Speedway. When they brought the refrigerator, they hit my door and chipped a part of it off (brand new home, brand new door). When they were bringing in the Washer and Dryer I told the lead person what had previously happened so he was careful until his partner showed up to take back the dolly and he was so négligent that he chipped the other side of my door. Zack (the main driver) took photos saying that some one from the "claims" department will be contacting me but nobody did. I called their claim department, they took my information and I never heard back from them. I called the Store Manager on Speedway, he said he could not find any record nor he has the photos that Zack supposedly turned in. This is poor business, from now on, I will pourchase everything else from Home Depot. read more

Be very careful when using Lowe's for flooring installation! They don't disclose all the pros and cons on the flooring that you are buying. Then comes the worst part, they don't know what their installers are capable of or their limitations! We purchased bamboo flooring from Lowe's and they never mentioned the fact of having a humidifier as in the desert this type of flooring shrinks a lot. We are not from Arizona, so we relied Lowe's and what we thought was there knowledge! That was mistake number one. The installer who came to install quite obviously was out of his element, as the flooring shrank up so much, that in all three rooms you could see the blue plastic covering the felt padding for the flooring. There fix for over a $5,000 flooring job was to put in 1/4 round trim on the mop boards. You can still see the blue in different areas and well as some very questionable cuts the installer made in the flooring... Customers beware of want you have Lowe's install... Because of the way we were treated I will never step foot into another Lowe's in my lifetime!!! read more

Please don't purchase anything from Lowe's. I purchased a Samsung washer in 2017, with the extended warranty plan.. Waste of money I have had nothing but problems with this washer. The washer doesn't spin dry. I have 11 repairs. According to the extended warranty plan it says they will buy back the product. I cannot get a buy back because the way they count service calls. I only have 3 calls. They count the calls twice. I have 5 calls which qualifies for the buy back. They say that, " when I call for a repair (if it happens to be the same problem it is counted as the original call instead of a new one) I was accused of calling other companies for repairs, what ??."why would I do that, I purchased the extended warranty plan so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. read more

Came to Tucson to buy a dishwasher at Lowe's because the prices were a little better than the Home Depot in Nogales, that was the first thing we did, we paid for it and then we had to do some shopping. We shopped for about 30 minutes when we were finished they still hadn't brought the dishwasher up they called back to the appliance section three times, they sent somebody else back and it's been another half hour of waiting outside in the fire lane and we still haven't got it so other than the prices we were not impressed. read more

Lowes blows. We ordered online for curbside pickup. It took them a few days to get the in stock items ready for pickup. We called from the lot, (it took 5 tries, nobody was answering the phone) and they said our order would be out in 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later, they bring it out. Right away, we noticed something missing; the employee said it must have fallen off the cart, and got us a new one. It wasn't until we went to install the tile that we realized they had shorted us; we paid for 70 tiles, got only 63. That's 10%. A phone call to the store involved several more phone calls because customer service doesn't pick up their phone, either. And they wouldn't just reorder the missing tiles for curbside pickup, insisting we had to come into the store. From here on, if you can only get it at lowes, we'll do without. read more

I bought a natural gas BBQ from this location. The order included assembly, it even showed free assembly on my receipt. I called the store 4 days later and asked if the BBQ was ready for pickup, I was told yes. So I drove 20 miles to the store to pick it up. When I arrived at the customer service desk I was asked if I wanted assembly. When I said yes I was asked to wait while she checked on something. When we returned the rep called for the manger who's first words were; "what". I told her I was here to pickup a grill and she said it wasn't assembled. When I asked why I was told that it was ready she lied and said that assembly wasn't on the order, but it shows assembly on my receipt. She thru the BBQ guy under the bus and blamed him for the mistake when clearly it was the front desk person who had made a mistake and the manager compounded it by lying. She never apologized. I called the 800 customer service number and reported the incident and was told the manager would call me. Bret had a subordinate call me instead and this person didn't offer me anything other than an apology. When I inquired about a different model BBQ they told me they would not assemble that model due to safety, because it was natural gas. The original grill I ordered was natural gas, so why assemble one grill and not another. It's unclear to me that they would have ever assembled the first grill I ordered. So I took my business to another store where I bought the product for less money. I thought Lowe's had better customer service even though their prices are higher but lying to a customer and throwing employees under a bus is not better customer service. read more

They advised they would send an email to me when ready for pick up. I never received an email. I tried calling the store to no avail. I then went online again and the order status was cancelled. So, since I didn't cancel the order, wouldn't you think that I'd get an email stating THEY were cancelling the order and that my cc would be refunded? Fedex said label created, waiting for package. It still said that today, April 7th. It was 90 degrees yesterday and this is the only way we have to cool the house, so we went to the Lowes on Valencia. They could not help us, as it was a dot com order, but they had 37 of them in stock and were welcome to buy one of them. Not a solution for seniors on a limited budget. Bought a Samsung French Door Refrigerator 8/30/2021. It arrived with the freezer door badly dented. When I talked with a manager at the store we were given a $300 credit and assured that the delivery manager would call and arrange a replacement freezer door. This never happened. I paid for a 3 year Lowes Extended Protection Plan. Now the ice maker has quit. I called the Lowes Protection Plan folks and they say my plan was canceled by the store. I called the 800# they gave me, waited 30 minutes and talked to someone who could only write down my issue but not address it. Then I used the on-line chat feature and waited another 20 minutes only to chat with someone who was more interested in getting me off of the chat than addressing my problem (she made it sound like what I described couldn't happen). So I'm out $180 for the protection plan and can't get my ice maker serviced AND still have a dented freezer door. I consider this a case of fraud and will exercise every option I have to resolve this but please beware of these unscrupulous business practices. read more
