Everything here is great but it's never a pleasant experience when I'm already here to spend unreasonable amounts of money and I'm approached by employees trying to sell me on things that they know I don't need. You have jobs because you are broke and have bills to pay. Don't ask me to spend money that you yourself would not spend. There's close to nobody doing their jobs and they prioritize self checkout, that's not very inclusive when it comes to elderly customers. These people don't care much about customer experience, just getting your money. Also a tip: you guys should be either having a company come clean your sign regularly or cleaning it yourselves. To have to write this bad review was upsetting, but that's what reviews are for. I recently got a place and before I moved in, had lowes remove and install all new flooring. Lowes did subcontract to Midwest flooring, but neither has resolved any of my issues. For starters, they caused a leak by breaking part of my washer box. I know they caused the leak while unhooking my washer, because this leak was not here before they arrived and when I had my place inspected. Okay, they caused a leak, but did they fix it? No, they refuse to take responsibility, so I had to pay $500 for a new washer box... Next, they did a terrible job replacing my baseboards. None of the edges align anymore. However, they replaced some areas with new baseboards that don't even match...? Lastly, it's like they didn't even try when installing the tile. They put no thought into the pattern... the black hex should be about 2 whites away from other blacks, but you can see they just got lazy. What I learned from this job is, no one will take responsibility, it's hard to get into contact, and they don't seem to care for your property. If you don't care how your floors or baseboards look after you them done, then sure Lowes is a great option. However, I would not recommend Lowes or Midwest flooring at all. read more

LOWES HATES THE HANDICAPPED! This Lowe's has only 1 small crosswalk at the entry areas compared to the competition which has plenty. I had ordered 2 sets of Mason jars which had arrived. I checked in before going & it still took them 15 minutes to find it. When they did find them, both boxes had broken glasses caused by what looked like a fork lift puncture. Neither person at the service desk knew how to cancel the order. A supervisor had to be called to cancel. read more

We are moving out of state this week and went in to purchase a washer and dryer set to be delivered to our new home. When we went to the Lowes on 71st St. this morning and inquired to the appliance salesman he was extremely dismissive. His reply when we asked was "No we can't do that." On a side note, we noticed he was on a non-work related website at his computer in the appliance area. We went to Home Depot next door and was pleased that they could accommodate our request. I went in to pick up some premix 2 cycle fuel and a drain cover, hoping to use the gift card I was given instead of a cash refund from a previous transaction. I went through self check out, but the station would not process the card. Dario, the person overseeing the transaction, told me I would need to come to his station...waiting behind another customer that had been waiting for some time because of a register issue. Dario told the customer ahead of me that he was the only one there for check out and he couldn't understand why the store would do that. (Me either.) Eventually, Dario got to me, but again the card wouldn't work. So he suggested going to customer service. Where I waited in yet another line. As customer service,Taylor, told me the ID tied to the $13 gift card wasn't correct. I assured her that was me. She said I would have to come back Monday. Instead I asked for the store managers contact information. Taylor declined and stated she was the "highest person available." Fully stocked Lowe's with mostly nice employees. The online had what I wanted listed in the wrong place, so I had to search. I didn't know they had concrete storms cellars, yeah! The cashier was a loser. There was no barcode on my product so she asked what I wanted to do about it. I said call lumber and asked them for a code. She just stood there, so I went took the bar code off the other one that was warped and took it to her. You can't hold one loser against them. read more

Basically I am here 3 days a week buying stuff for my home. I never stop improving as the ad suggests. I prefer the selection here versus other home improvement stores. Though the prices tend to run a tad higher I like the quality the brands here offer. The people working here tend to be knowledgeable and helpful. That is a huge plus for me. The store here is usually well kept and in good order and clean! As a gardening hobbies I also find the selection of veggies and flowers to be quite appealing and well managed. I Went in to pick up some paint today and was given by far the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. First of all was ignored for almost 5 mins then once they took the paint to mix I went back to the counter maybe 15 mins later and was ignored again. I made eye contact multiple times with the employees that were in the paint department trying to get their attention but they both turned their backs and walked away multiple times. Went ahead and walked around once more to see if it would be finished almost 30 mins later no paint and was ignored AGAIN. Will for sure be taking my money elsewhere. read more

I purchased a new roof from Lowes in June of this year. It is currently October and I still have no roof. Lowes or its appointees have scheduled several events where I was required to have someone present and they never showed up with no explanation. I made the purchase during six months of no-interest promotion and have now lost 4 months of that. The product was dropped off in front of my garage making it impossible to even get my lawn mower out. The product was then picked up because sitting outside for 4 months the product was damaged. Six months of free interest is a scam and Lowes promotional campaigns should be considered unethical at best! At this point, I still have no roof I have made four monthly payments with no product. I broke my own rule about paying for a product and service before it was installed and it turned out biting me! Never again! read more

Pros: I live between 2 lowes stores, but this one is my favorite. No, I don't go to Home Depot! I love lowes because they carry Sherwin Williams paint and in addition to being pretty good quality paint, Sherwin Williams will match any Benjamin Moore color. No, I can't just buy Ben Moore (because it's too expensive). Great customer service. They have helped me with paint supplies, garden, and took purchases. Plenty of parking. Accepts credit cards. Cons: don't come here on a Saturday or Sunday when the weather is nice; although that goes for any home improvement store. read more

My husband and I just moved to Oklahoma, and purchased our appliances from here. Everything was delivered pretty quickly. However our dryer was on backorder, so Jack in delivery made sure we had something to hold us over until our Samsung dryer came in. They promptly delivered a loaner to us. The delivery guys are always so friendly and easy to chit chat with. Always very happy coming here! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience here. Plus their military discount is great, and they always thank you for your service. I do love how this company takes pride in our men and women in the service. I waited 15 minutes for the lady to finish helping someone else to help me. As she finished she said she will be back and helped someone else after I asked her can she help me on the same ale when she was done helping someone else. I just went to Home Depot in hopes for better service. If you go here please don't expect much help in this location. You'll be on your own for sure. I wish I could review this store and select zero stars. Where to begin? Let's start in March, 2020. We were ready to gut and rebuild our dream kitchen, from the floor to ceiling. We had 7 KitchenAid appliances waiting in a warehouse. We had custom oak flooring selected and ready to install. We demo-ed the kitchen, removing plaster walls, rerouting plumbing and adding electrical wiring. All the work that we and our subcontractors did was top notch and beautiful. After hearing great things about the design service in the kitchen center at this store, and visiting to examine the quality ourselves, we decided that it was the way to go. The deciding factor was the excellent program they had for 0% financing and that the cabinets were also on sale. They weren't exactly the color we wanted, but after weighing the options, we modified our dream. Due to covid's interference, we accepted that there might be a delay of 2-4 weeks in the scheduled delivery. Then began the trip into hell. A review of the order (thank goodness we can read) and we saw that the 'designer' was ordering the wrong color. Then we noticed that the 'designer' had ordered 2 of an item of which our request had been 1. Customer service joined the fun with more than one call to us to confirm that our cabinets were delivered (no they weren't; they weren't even expected yet!) Then they were delivered and we waited for installation. Installation took 3 days, stretched out from one week to the next. One cabinet was completely wrong. $20,000+ worth of cabinets and the THREE things we specifically requested were missing. The cabinet installer returned to remove the cabinet that was wrong. We accepted staring at a hole in our line of lower cabinets for 5 weeks while we waited for the replacement. We tried, again, to get resolution for the 3 missing items. We were informed that the 3 missing items were ordered and would be installed when the replacement cabinet arrived and 3 pieces along with the replacement could be done in one trip. So, in FOUR separate deliveries, they finally were ready. Only 2 were installed. Why? The other two were not what we asked for. One was Re-ordered. One was undergoing research to see if they could even make what we had been sold. Unbeknown to us, it was in the store but from a different line of cabinets........ Another shipment and AGAIN; the wrong thing was delivered. More research and the store's solution was to send out a custom carpenter who 'can definitely custom make that item you wanted'. Custom carpenter shows up at our home, takes measurements and was 'so sorry but the only way you can have that is if this entire cabinet is removed and rebuilt). It is under a 13' long quartz countertop so...No. Last item was ordered. I'm keeping track; this is the FOURTH attempt to get that item right. It arrived yesterday. Today the cabinet installer from this store informs me that he's booked several weeks out... REALLY I am not making this up, yet it sounds like a Netflix series..... read more

I've visited this Lowe's location probably two dozen times over the past three years each time it's like trying to pull teeth and toe nails just to get someone to cut a piece of lumber or get some help loading an item into my vehicle. DO NOT USE THEM FOR FLOORING. They contract the work out to Midwest who is based in OKC, who then hire out to local labor. The people at Lowes were actually helpful and tried their best to make this a good experience. We put new flooring (hardwood and carpet) in the entire house. After our entire old floor was removed Midwest said they need to do some "leveling". What choice do you have when they remove your old floor and they tell you they need to charge you an EXTRA $2000. Basically extortion. Agreed to it thinking it was quite a bit of work. Took them 5 total hour to pour super runny mix on the floor. $500 in material and $1500 in labor. Tried several times to work it out with Midwest telling them that $300/hr. is insane. On top of that, still had to have them come back and "relevel". What the %&*@ did I pay all that money for in the first place?? Midwest just says that what they charge per square foot and the installer thought the entire surface needed it. Use ANYONE else than Lowes and their partners in crime Midwest. read more

Do not buy the venatino 12 inch by 12 inch tiles. They are out of square from 1/8 to 1/4. I called the manager at the 15 and yale location before returning the tiles, and explained how much money I wasted on the tile setter and the removal of the defective tiles. I went back to the store on 7/31/2016 and the tiles are placed back on the selves for resale with no discount. read more
