Items I purchase here are usually cabinets, bathroom vanities, basement windows (though they sell all kinds), exterior and interior doors, etc. There are some other items I only go here for but I'm not giving away all of my renovation secrets. ;-) They have a great selection of laminate floors as well as tile and tile backsplashes. Since the store has gotten busier over the years, they have added some additional employees which definitely helps the customer. New this year is their kitchen design center which assists home owners and contractors on designing or remodeling your kitchen. Cabinets sold here are usually not put together so be prepared for this or you can opt to have the store put them together for you at an additional cost. Give this place a try instead of heading to the orange or blue renovation stores. You may be surprised with what you can find!

I reached out, they had my info in there system... according to them they denied my claim !! And it says they fix tears. What is the sense of having and/or buying a warranty if it's going to get denied. My warranty is up this September. I'm so done with this.This is the first time I had to put in a claim. About a minute or two later Paul comes over to help me. This is when my experience was amazing. I told him what I showed him the wood I needed. He looked thru them and got me the best pieces. We went over to the cutting g board, I gave him the measurements I needed when he handed it to me I asked if the size was correct, he measured it and it was wrong. He didn't get upset he walked back to the isle and got another nice piece and then cut both to my measurements. All this while he was about to take his break. It had water and waste residue inside, the box was poorly resealed with regular tape, and all accessory bags were already opened. When I confronted them, they denied everything and gave a weak excuse that Kohler "spot-tests" products. That was a blatant lie--I spoke directly with Kohler, and they confirmed that my toilet did not come from their facility in that condition. This company sells returned and used products as new while making excuses instead of taking responsibility. On top of that, their customer service is dismissive and untrustworthy. If you want actual new products and honest service, go directly to the manufacturer. Avoid this place at all costs!
