DO NOT PURCHASE GENERATOR FROM LOWES. Two day return policy even if doesn't work. I purchased generator on a Wednesday, used it on Saturday and it didn't work. I brought it back following Monday and got stuck with generator that doesn't work. Spent over $1,100 and I'm stuck with it. I will reach out to manufacturer for assistance. They were knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about making sure we had a great experience. Waited about 5 minutes for any employee to come help out, finally found another employee who called for someone, waited another 5-10 minutes, no one came. I have purchase many large appliances for my home here. Recently, I bought a Samsung washer and it broke down one month after the manufacturer warranty. What luck! Thank the heavens we bought an extended warranty with Lowe's. I called on a Friday and they sent their repair team on Monday. We haven't had any issues after the repair. Now our dryer broke down 1 month after the manufacture warranty but we bought it and an extended warranty at another store. Hope they're as good as Lowe's. read more

I should have give. This place 5 stars a long time ago. First of all the employees are wonderful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well stocked. The man in the paint department explained all the different types of paint to me and helped me decide what was best for my son's room. I had two people in gardening help me select the correct plants for my marine layer environment and they are thriving. They are always helpful when you need to find things. They hire a mix of male and female employees and they treat women with respect and dignity unlike some other hardware stores. I never go anywhere else for home and garden needs. I bought a faucet here, paid my plumber to install it and it was defective. It took 4 trips to Lowe's and in the end I am out 45 dollars and most of a Monday. This could have been resolved by the first assistant manager, but no. The faucet was made by exclusively for Lowe's. On the third trip I was told to call the company, who called the store and told them to give me the faucet. This being said I could spend thousands on plants here. good quality and a one stop shop for all your gardening needs but there is no customer service except for check out. Eric Adams made multiple calls to the source company and then called me with updates. He did his very best but couldn't fix the problem. I went into the store & spoke to a different Eric (his vest said customer service). I was frustrated & angry about the inconvenience. But, did my best to be calm as I explained the problem to the Eric II. I asked for a refund and Eric II was more concerned about the store's inventory being short one planter than he was about doing right by a customer. I don't visit often hence my 3 star review but today I went three times in one day. Originally, my spouse and I went to purchase a new garbage disposal and a new dishwasher. As we were looking for a dishwasher, a man named Manny came over to assist and gave us his recommendations. He then asked us what was the issue with our appliances and he showed us some items that could possibly help us with our issue. We got them and it worked! Manny saved us $1000 so thank you! On our second visit, we returned the garbage disposal we have previously bought (not Manny's fault lol) and was assisted with a lady named Adrienne. Although only one cashier was on duty, the line moved quickly. Well they been giving my parents the ruin around for over a month now fridge still broken. NEVER use Lowe's to replace your kitchen cabinets!!! I ordered kitchen cabinets 6 months ago and the project is still incomplete with no end date in sight. I have had nothing but problems from day one. The person who measured did not do an accurate job and forgot a whole section on the back side of the island. The "design expert" designed the kitchen, however didn't realize a whole sections wasn't accounted for. In all fairness, they took care of that problem, but it added a few weeks onto the project. The hood above the stove has been sent 4 times incorrect. It is now on order AGAIN, I'm hoping for the best but doubtful. The installation has been a nightmare also. Getting ahold of the installer has been challenging to say the least. He is unresponsive, and doesn't follow up or respond to calls or text. He keeps closing work orders that are not complete. The workers he sends are very good but their hands are tied with finishing my project. I have spent countless hours and too much energy trying to deal with the installation department, only to have them not allow me to speak to a manager. In addition, they changed the installation team mid project (at about the 5 month mark). They reversed that decision after I complained. They don't know how to help with any of the issues I am experiencing. It would have been so much easier and cheaper to go through a contractor.Needless to say, I am furious and so disappointed!! read more

My wife wanted Stainmaster ready to play 3 carpet for our house. We had a great experience in the store our sales person Jason and his supervisor were bending over backwards to get us the help we needed. But it all went wrong with their measuring comany (Keller Interiors). He showed up on the first day one hour late did not call or talk to anyone working in our house. The next day he called at 7:00am to say he would be at our house at 12:30 pm he was 5 mins late and if I had not been at the door waiting for him he would have left. But he said that he could not take the measurements because we had asbestos. We were texturing our ceilings so we had plastic all over the walls and floors to protect them. He said the Lowe's would not let him work with the plastic all over the place. Day 3 he left a text saying sorry we missed you. At 730am but no proof he was there and no phone call we did not even know that he was even come to our house. I seen some display's asked the price to the employee that worked there, guess they were discontinued. Then she said she had some washers they don't advertise that are in the price range we are looking for and they had good reviews. So we purchased that washer it was 530 out the door heck of a deal.
