First problem was the door casing cracked in 4 spots after only 3 weeks. The person that did the first installation did such a poor job we hired a different person to do the installation of the second casing at an additional cost to us. Holes were drilled improperly for the hardware thus making the door not close properly. Actual door was chipped in many areas during installation. Very unhappy with the entire experience, lack of concern, and customer service provided by Ojai Door and Window. My husband just fixed the hardware issue and now works properly. The store is a classic old timey slow paced drug store with a pharmacy in back and various arts and crafts items and over the counter drugs up front.
