When I couldn't figure it out I said I would check what I had in my car (to see if I had the other part) and when I looked back at her she was rolling her eyes at the other employee behind the counter while saying okay. First problem was the door casing cracked in 4 spots after only 3 weeks. The person that did the first installation did such a poor job we hired a different person to do the installation of the second casing at an additional cost to us. Holes were drilled improperly for the hardware thus making the door not close properly. Actual door was chipped in many areas during installation. Very unhappy with the entire experience, lack of concern, and customer service provided by Ojai Door and Window. My husband just fixed the hardware issue and now works properly. I would rather drive 30 miles out of my way to fill a prescription than to return to this awful place. I remember when Rite Aid/Thrifty were well run, fun places to visit.
