Navajos don't do rare, med well, it's gotta be cooked completely with zero blood existing on the mutton. We drove many hrs to come here, left disappointed. This place is famous for its roasted meats, it's not like it was when we stopped there with the grandparents. I missed the crispy roasted fat, meat was almost like jerky on the outside and soft and juicy when you take a bite. Please someone fix this. We drove home was not quite the same bc we traveled many hrs to eat mutton and we couldn't due to the bloody ribs.
