They've been timely, their text notifications have so reminded me about refills, etc, the pharmacists have been easy to talk even when they are quite harried. Going to a national chain such as Walmart has been particularly helpful when needing medication changed/refilled especially when out of town or even state, from new consultants unknown to this pharmacy staff. When other pharmacies have been out of stuff, even when the other places' staff mass-resign, this staff has stepped up. Bravo

We went into their teeny, tiny fitting room which was not easy for someone in a wheelchair to use- it was a struggle. I asked if there was maybe another fitting room around and was told that that was the only one. There are no hooks inside the fitting room to hang your selections either. I expected it to be like the JCP in Flagstaff but it wasn't. I love JCP too.

The attendant, Ivan, was extremely rude and made us feel as though we were being watched and treated as if we were going to steal something throughout our time in the store. I also felt that the treatment toward us was prejudicial and completely inappropriate. While checking out, I asked about the price of an item because the shelf price clearly indicated a lower price than what was ringing up at the register. Ivan told me the shelf price included tax, which did not make sense, particularly since groceries are generally not subject to New Mexico's gross receipts tax in the same way as taxable merchandise. After we completed our purchase, Ivan followed us and asked whether we had paid for our items, despite having just watched us check out. I went back inside and provided him with my receipts before leaving. He then told me that I was no longer allowed in the store. This was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable customer service. We are regular customers, and there was absolutely no reason to treat us this way. Flying J should seriously address how customers are treated at this location and the lack of professionalism displayed by this employee. Shame on this location for allowing a customer to leave feeling profiled, disrespected, and unwelcome.

Great stop. Got to stretch our legs, do quite a bit of window shopping, then got many goodies from Five Below. Will definitely make this stop each time we are in Gallup.
