Drake would never treat their customers like such and I'm sure if they knew this was the service or lack thereof they would not have sold it to this company. It is my regret that I cannot speak positively about business but I feel that people need to know what they're buying. The unit will sell itself but the service is more important because people need to know that a company will show appreciation for someone paying 1000's of dollars and want reliable preventative service to make their hvac system last. FOLLOWING AMANDA K's comment on behalf of Logan Services, I note that the heat pump is under warranty from Amana and Logan Services has failed to honor its commitment to service the heat pump including a full day of promises of phone calls without any service whatsoever being provided. If there was a lower rating than 1 I would give Logan Services a lower than 1 rating. I'd avoid this entity above all.
