However, within four hours of leaving the salon, I noticed bubbles forming in the top coat, along with the chipping of the milky white ombre on several nails on both hands. I contacted the salon to report that my nails were chipping so soon after the appointment. The owner kindly invited me to return to the salon, where all the nails were repainted, and I left satisfied with their appearance. The following day, my middle finger nail fractured and required superglue. The day after, my thumb nail also snapped off. I contacted the salon again, and the owner advised me to come in for a complimentary reapplication. I traveled to Edgewood for the third time, which is approximately a 20-minute drive from my residence in Bel Air North, depending on traffic. Upon arrival, I was informed that because I had received a fill rather than a full set, I would be responsible for the two broken nails. This was concerning, given that I had paid $80 just three days prior. I explained that the nails had fractured due to the extension applied by the technician to increase their length. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved, and I subsequently wasted hours, gas, and money without resolution. I have decided not to return to this salon in the future.

He was gentle yet thorough-- didn't scrub or exfoliate my life away but removed everything that needed to be removed.
