There is normally a man that works the front desk, schedules appointments, handles flow, discusses rewards points, makes drinks, etc and he is always wonderful. However, yesterday there was a woman there who was extremely rude. We were scheduled for 3 pedicures but my mom and I decided to get manicures after we arrived which my sister informed the front desk of and they said okay. When the technician was doing my pedicure, she asked if I was also getting a manicure and I said yes and after my pedicure was done she pointed me towards the manicure station to sit down. The lady from the front desk came up to me quickly while I was putting my shoes on and told me "you only booked a pedicure, you did not book a manicure so you'll have to wait" in a pretty rude tone. There were only 2 people waiting who already had techs assigned to them. I tipped my technician (who looked extremely uncomfortable after being told by the lady that she was not to do my manicure) and left feeling really uncomfortable for being berated about a manicure. I will return but I am hoping she will not be working the front desk next time or works on her communication with customers. Side note: my mom got a manicure with no issues despite also "not being scheduled"

One for pedicure and one for dip nails with 2 separate people because the nail lady does not give a good pedicure. She does no massage. Basic pedicure gets dry skin scrub and does at least a little massage. The nail lady got mad I didn't want her to do both and they started talking about me at the front desk in their language but you could tell they were talking about me. The one lady said to me I need to do both with one person. I explained why I booked that way and said if I need to have both with the same person, I need her to be told to do massage or I don't want her. They agreed and then she didn't do She was rude and even my 21 year old daughter said to me why is she acting like that towards you. I said because I asked for someone else to do my pedicure and she is mad about it. She said, if she wants you to choose her, she should do what you are supposed to get. Then, they were out of what I chose and she tried to talk me into something else because she didn't want to do a French manicure on me. The basic design she said she could do on the ring finger, she did wrong twice. I asked her to get the example and she said I'll just do it. So, when I told her fine, you can continue to try until you get it right, she got up to go get the example. When I checked out, the were giving out a free hand lotion. The had at least 25 or more on the counter. I said did you give one to my daughter, I know she would love one. He said it's one per paying customer! If you have two separate people who got their nails done, that's 2 customers. Just because I paid doesn't mean there are not two paying customers! I said if I had paid for them separately, would she have gotten one? This is not the first time I have had frustration with them. They also do amazing nail designs. No: while my nail design was beautiful, the nails never touched my cuticles. They also started lifting very early. I took them off very easily (the easiest I've ever removed a full set) after 2 weeks bc they were all lifted. The salon I used to go to (& will go back to) had the opposite problem-- after 6 weeks, I still couldn't get them off! Pictured is the day I took them off; 12 days after getting them done. I paid $220 for my full set with a pedicure & her mani pedi. I expected higher quality considering the price. I was let down there. All in all, if you like changing your nails quickly or getting them done for an event then removing them and you don't like them touching your cuticles, this is the place for you! No fluff, just maintenance services for Summer. I've never left unhappy.
