Water bowls near the elevators, Milk Bone biscuits at the front desk, and in the rooms, next to the Do Not Disturb door tag is one alerting staff that there is a furry friend at play. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very welcoming and professional. We appreciate that they minimized carpeting in the guest rooms, but we noticed the absence of recycling cans. Great bedding and shower head. We didn't use the fitness center but it looked great! Lots of cardio equipment including a Peloton and a wide selection of dumbbells. Check in was a little wonky as no one is present at the "hotel" everything is done through text. The room is a little dingy. Bathroom fan is LOUD and gross. Rug under bed is dirty. The shower had a ton of hair from previous users. These guys are really cheap and don't let you have access to AC and should really turn it down because the place is lowkey musty. When my husband texted about the shower cleanliness they told us we could shower is another room. Like what?? It's not worth staying here. EDIT: Editing my review to 3 stars because they gave us a partial refund which indicates good customer service to me.

They broadcasted threatening messages to guests, including homophobic slurs, and repeatedly told everyone to evacuate because they were going to die. The incident itself was frightening enough, but what happened afterward made the experience even worse. Trevor, the manager, offered me a refund for our stay. However, after several back-and-forth conversations, he told me that the refund had been processed through the third-party booking service. I checked my account and even contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no refund has been received. The lack of follow-through and accountability after such a traumatic incident has been extremely disappointing. I hope the hotel addresses both its security failures and how it handles guests after serious incidents like this.
