My cousins introduced me to Sevan Madadian and I'm glad he did. Never worked with such a professional class act guy before. He walked me through A-Z after I told him what I was in for and what my budget was. Buying a car can get stressful he had his full patients with all my questions and went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. I would highly recommend doing work with Sevan and will definitely send more of my family for business.

I've gotten cars previously from this place with no problem and have referred multiple people here. As a loyal customer, I contacted Sako for a new car I wanted. He had me contact his coworker Afo. Afo never replied to me or got back to me. Sako never followed up or replied to me. Till this day nothing. It's ironic to name an auto group loyalty and be this careless with returning customers. read more

These guys are the real deal! I dealt with Afo who helped me with getting the dream spec and car I've always wanted. After he spent months with me searching and searching, he ended up finding me a dealer allocation to custom order my car. Fast forward 4 months of waiting for the car to arrive and I pick up my 2018 BMW M3 with every option I wanted on September 14. Sako was amazing!!! He helped me get the Best deal in town . Despite of some credit issues and crazy pandemic that we currently in , he was able to get me approved for 2 cars. I had a great experience with Loyalty Auto Group. This would be my first time getting a brand new car I was interested in the Kia Optima hybrid , I was worried about dealing with the dealerships because people alway told me they're stories and it was so hard for them. My brother had just got a new Mercedes just like that over night with out stepping foot in a dealership. He gave me Edgar number and Man this guy works magic you tell him what you want and he'll get for you and with a better price tag then the dealership offers. If you don't already know, there are a million tricks and gimmicks a car dealership (stealership) will use to get the most money out of you. And for most people, it's a battle that's you've already lost before it has even begun. Hence, many people feel that going into a car dealership is worse than having a root canal without anesthesia. Well, let me share that Hiro will help you bypass all of the nonsense and get you an incredible price on the vehicle that you want. While I can't promise any numbers for people, I can attest to Hiro's attentiveness and a no BS approach to you buying your car. Sure, if you want the extended service agreement and the paint protection, he'll find it for you. But most people skip out on that and just want the car. Hiro promised an in-and-out time of 10 minutes when picking up the car and it took me exactly 7 minutes--and that was because I jumped the gun in asking some questions that were going to be answered later anyway. Needless to say, I had a great experience and I don't know if I will buy a car the "traditional" way again. Thanks for all of you help! read more

Around 7:15pm, I arrived at this location with my husband and daughter. We approached the customer…read moreservice desk and waited in line. As customers were greeted and assisted, we continued to wait. There were 4 employees standing near the customer service area speaking amongst themselves. Around 10 minutes later, we were still not greeted or assisted. Due to the employees lack of acknowledgment, we began to get frustrated. I approached the group of employees that were standing nearby, and asked if we could get assistance. The employees all looked to one another, then 1 employee stepped forward. This employee asked if we had an appointment, to which I replied no. The employee stated that they do not take walk-ins after 6 o'clock. He continued to ask questions such as, have you been a customer before, do you know what kind of car you're looking for. To which I replied yes. This employee then continued to speak, explaining that they do not accept walk-ins after this time so the availability of their workers. After receiving this information my family and I left. I don't have an issue with their policy or procedures regarding walk-ins. I have an issue with the lack of professionalism and customer service. So when my Check Engine light came on, I took it to my 3rd party auto mechanic, who said my '18 Volt needs a new EGR valve (failing emission) for about $4k out the door. By chance I called Community Chevy's service department and spoke with Jose. He checked the VIN and told me to come asap bc in a few day's my Chevy's manufacturer's warranty was going to expire - and if that was indeed the case, the EGR valve would be 100% covered. I rushed there, dropped it off, and Jose courteously took care of me, and arranged a free Lyft back to my home. Despite being backed up, he called me the following day to say my vehicle's EGR valve was faulty and has been replaced, free of charge! I was so happy and thankful. I took it home on a Friday, but in the evening, the Check Engine light came on again! I was scared because I knew my car's warranty would be over by Monday, so I left a message with the dealer's receptionist, voicemail, and texted their department - I wanted to make sure there was written record I was contacting them about this issue BEFORE my warranty was up! On Monday Jose called me, apologetically, said not to worry that they'd take care of me... I took in the car, he apologized again for the inconvenience, said they'd not only give me a free oil change, but would take care of my car rental.. for FREE! They even had a Lyft take me to the rental place! A few days later Jose calls to say another EVAP component failed, along with them finding a bolt puncturing the AC line, and other repairs - all completely done for FREE. I have never had this happened to me - such a positive experience. They stuck by their word, on a warranty I didn't know existed! I probably saved about $6-7k in repairs by randomly calling these guys, and they found more issues that were promptly fixed. if you have a PHeV or Electric Chevy, and it's 8 years old or less, CALL THEM ASAP don't pay for your repair! So happy with my experience, and Jose's friendliness! ALSO NOTE - if your PHeV or Electric Chevy's original sale was in California, there is a state mandated 15-year / 150,000 mile warranty on emissions (except battery), or, a 10-year / 150,000 mile warranty for the battery - for certain vehicles. Google "California Air Resource Board" - this is SEPARATE from the Manufacturer's Warranty, and you may get pushback from the Dealership. Just research and educate yourself and save money.. like me! But after the mechanic shop next door blew me off without even taking a look at my clutch, I decided to give Noho Honda a shot. Happy to say that Robert Arslanian restored my faith in Honda maintenance and service. He was obviously busy juggling multiple customers, but I never felt ignored or like he didn't have time for me. He was kind and communicated all the important info up front so I wasn't in the dark about the possible outcomes and pricing. I didn't have an appointment but my car was taken in right away. They were able to take care of a recall and do some needed maintenance, in addition to my clutch (bled and replaced the fluid and the car is back to normal). Thank you to the tech Andrew Toledo for taking care of my car. I had to leave her overnight but she was ready by 11 AM the next day. Expected to pay top dollar for the name brand service, but it was worth it for the respect and peace of mind. Wouldn't change a thing. 5 stars

I purchased my vehicle on 8/26/26, I arrived with a pre-approval letter from my credit union,…read morefor some reason the finance manager decided to use a different bank on my purchase agreement. This created issues with my credit union as they wouldn't approve a loan with a different finance company on the purchase agreement, leaving me with a loan one from the bank of their choosing!! Be aware this might happen to you too. Now I'm forced into a loan with a bank I didn't want and having to refinance a stupid loan based on the actions of this finance department. This was my first and last time working with this dealership!!! I purchased a used 2018 Accord Ex-L yesterday from Erik. Overall the experience was a good one except for the delays that were outside of Erik's control; sales manager and finance manager. My provided time limit was 1 hour and the entire transaction took almost 2 hours. I would highly recommend is that the facility list all add on items for price transparency going forward. Paint and fabric protection which were not requested, needed or asked for were added to the vehicle but not listed. This item raised the price close to $1k over asking. I'd also suggest as is usually an Industry standard, to provide or have cold bottled water available for customers or potential customers. This is important when there are no less than 10 dealerships within a 2 mile radius. Erik did an excellent job of helping to close the deal.
