We ended up using a different complaint but I have to say that this company was the first to respond to the project request before 7am in the morning and they were at our home to assess by 10am. The ethic seems to be around upselling, making sales so they can go to the sales gathering in Hawaii, that sort of thing. I called for service of the backup battery...and $2000 later, I have a new this and that, except now, neither light on the opener comes on, so I drive into my garage in the dark. I have less functionality than before I called for service. The friendly sell-me-everything-in-the-truck guy became quite snarly when I called him back to look at the (now worse) opener lights. Yep, the guy put in writing that I need a new opener (another $1500), and yep, I was stupid in listening to the fast talk for how the new springs and bearings would make everything work better. But when the opener finally goes, I will be calling anyone but these people.
