I create a lot of printed materials and I work with big printing presses and artisanal bookmakers. But sometimes I need something in between where quality is not compromised. The team at Copy2copy is EXCELLENT and affordable. And this is hard to say of a print shop. We all have had our nightmare experiences with people who do not care, but here is the opposite, this is an incredible place where people care and are meticulous about their work. Both the owners and the employees are incredibly caring, professional and so good at what they do. I wish there was a Copy2Copy for everything else in life. Moe offered another solution which was printing the logos directly to garment. He just needed a high resolution picture and he was able to print 3 logos onto my jersey the same day while I waited! The last time we use the services both times we use Justin as our contact person. He is a great technician and he has a reputation for having great customer service. This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. This is honestly one of the worst drop-off locations I've ever used. Their QR code scanner is…read moreconstantly broken, even though QR code drop-offs are supposed to be a free service. When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.

After receiving the confirmation email from fedex letting me know my files were ready to print i got there and tried printing my files using using there self serve printer. The printer didn't work. I went to the front desk for help and was told Fed Ex didn't print Excel files only PDF files. I asked why I wasnt told about this when I received my confirmation email from them saying my files were good to go. It would've had them changed to pdf and save me a unnecessary trip. All he could say to me was that it says it on every printers in the office. A lot of good that does me when using the ' print to go ' email and you get a reply saying your files are good and ready for printing.
