Disappointed is an understatement. After seeing the reviews- all rating Lozoya as 5 star I invited him to come and see the work required and give me a quote. He seemed like a nice guy was affable and sent me in a quote. We arranged a date and his 'guy' came in to apparently start the job. Well, he walked around, looked at the job and said he has to leave and go and get materials in Coachella to do the job. He said he would be back at 1. He never returned. Let Carlos know and he said his guy doesn't want to do the job. I can only assume his guy was and independent free lance stucco guy. Then last Friday Carlos texted me and told me he would do the job and would be in this past Wednesday, to get started. Well, he never showed. He didn't call, he didn't text, nothing. In short I spent 3 weeks from when he gave me the quote, which I accepted, to when he was going to start the job. Wasted my time and now I have to basically start over. This guy is undependable, dishonest and frankly a liar. The only thing I recommend if you are considering him is to not consider him. You'll be sorry. read more

Carlos and his crew are incredible polite, professional, and meticulous in their quality. For me personally Carlos has repaired drywall, painted interior walls and all of my doors, exterior door and tile painting outside, stucco wall touch up outside, made and installed beautiful baseboards throughout my whole house, and repaired and painted outdoor wooden furniture and tables. Great experience from start to finish. Carlos was quick to reply to my initial inquiry and came out in a day or so to walk the property and prepare a quote. They were not the least expensive bid we received but it was a fair quote and they came very highly recommended so it was an easy decision. Everything was done as agreed. On time, on budget and excellent quality. Even all of the little things that came up that I had not thought of before were taken care of with a quick ask (we did the full exterior of our mid century ranch). Very highly recommended. Carlos and his crew came to my home to paint our common areas, a bedroom, and a couple of bathrooms and all of our cabinets, base boards and door frames too. He helped us choose a color, including bringing multiple samples on different visits. They got right to work and finished up in about 2-3 weeks.
