I left and went to Sports Treasures, where I was greeted right away and spent $160 there instead. I'm not sure if the lack of acknowledgment was because I'm a woman, but either way, the experience was disappointing and unacceptable. He was able to do just enough to make the hat fit perfectly for my dad, who hasn't been able to wear it for about five years. My only recommendation would be to allow customers the option to take the risk on adjustments they're willing to try before turning them away.
