He doesn't even do the tailoring himself; everything is sent out. When my boyfriend went to pick up his suit, the pants were baggy and too long. We asked to have them shortened, but the owner seemed hesitant to make the adjustment. We picked up the jacket first, then had to come back a week later for the pants. When we arrived, the shop was crowded, the owner ignored us until we spoke up, and he was clearly in a bad mood. To make matters worse, the pants were still loose even after the alteration. It is REALLY tough finding a good suit store and this one is a hidden gem. The problem with most department stores I've been to is that they rush you to buy too many at once instead of trying to find the right fit. Then they put you on a suit that's too large and try to tailor it which doesn't work. The selection of a variety of brands helped me get the right fit. Each brand has a different fit so this helped. My son recently was married and we went to Facia Facia for suits. The groom is short and on the bigger side, my husband is big and tall, my other two sons are tall and thin. No body size or shape was hard for Jeff and his onsite tailor. Best experience ever buying suits!!! When we found Facia Facia right here locally in Lomita, we found a hidden gem. We went into the store looking for suits for three for a wedding - for the groom, the father of the bride, and the brother of the bride. Jaffer ("Jeff") was able to find the styles and colors we wanted in the sizes we needed. I would say he worked magic, but Jaffer is an expert who really knows everything about suits. In addition to the suits, we also got shirts, shoes, ties and belts at a very reasonable price. The inventory in the shop is huge. All of the alterations were perfect and the suits looked great when they were ready for pick-up. Jaffer also let me know that they have suits to fit men up to 7 feet tall, so I had to tell my brother who is 6'5" that there are suits for him at Facia Facia, too.
