I could see inside the dirty windows and the shelves were all emtpy. I asked a Security guy and he said all the stock was moved out and the place shut down around New Years Day 2026.

NOBODY had done hat reshaping in Lomita or even LA County before LPK hats. I was contemplating making a trip out-of-state to reshape my hat LOL. This option is far cheaper than buying a new hat, and the customer service here is great. I initially thought perhaps I wasn't seen, but I assure you, I'm not easy to miss. When I realized what I was looking for was behind the register, I stood to the side waiting for assistance. Despite waiting patiently, not a single employee acknowledged me. I eventually decided I didn't want to spend my money somewhere I felt invisible. I left and went to Sports Treasures, where I was greeted right away and spent $160 there instead. I'm not sure if the lack of acknowledgment was because I'm a woman, but either way, the experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I strongly suggest retraining your team on customer service and inclusivity. Women enjoy sports too and we also have money to spend.

It felt like they didn't care at all about fixing the issue or honoring what was advertised online. Super disappointing experience.
