We had LR Contracting do a roof replacement (due to hail damage), gutter replacement, and full exterior house painting. The were really great to work with and did top-notch work in all aspects. Their lead contractor/coordinator, Jacob, called in advance to schedule their work phases and did a great job keeping us informed. They did very professional work -- laying down drop cloths to keep things clean and picked up all trash scraps, had enough workers to keep the time down, and the work results were excellent. And Nicole did a great job with the paperwork details and coordinating with our insurance company. I'm happy to say that I've found a local contractor that I can trust to do a great job at a fair price. John Ambrose handled my insurance claim and was on site for the insurance inspection, so all I had to do it sign the paperwork. When the roofing crew showed up, Nathan managed the project to perfection! He followed up on the tiniest details and even advised me on some HVAC venting repairs that were needed.
