I don't even try to hide it; a lot of people could actually take advantage of it but they don't. Anyways, I'm a stickler about my oil being changed now because of a certain incident that ended up with me replacing my ENTIRE engine on my car; but i digress. I came in uniform and obviously exhausted from the day and just wanted to finally knock this check off my lift of "to do" and just wanted it over with. The customer service here was impeccable. I mean, opened my door, called me by my last name with a "miss" in front and said if i wanted to go get a jersey mikes sandwich i was more than welcome and he'd call my cell. How nice was that? And i totally did. it took less than 20 minutes and they even cleaned the windows, checked the tired and filled up some liquids for free. All in all it was about $40 but i know if i had cut coupons and not gone on a whim it would have been cheaper. Definitely going there again if only to hear someone so nice talk to me. I'd pay for that ha ha. So sweet and nice there - amazing service, seriously.

I contacted jiffy lube the 29th and they said they did the investigation and it shows the guy taking my engine cover off and not putting it back on. My car is misfiring and I can't drive it due to the misfire and it jerking when the rpm's go up. Jiffy lube said they ordered the engine cover on April 14th , and they would change my spark plugs. Well April 23rd I called for an update, well to come find out they were ordering the part that day and it should be here the by the 29th , It is now April 30th and they have yet to update me even after I have reached out!

Their inspection sheet features images to go with their assessment, which provides proof for those who might be skeptical. Its not like the quick oil change places where you go in for an oil change and they come talk to you about everything from your air filter, tire rotation, engine flush, serpentine belt, and anything they have no record of at their location to even include changing the air freshener tree on your mirror "as per manufacturer recommendations..." or "to enhance the performance/engine life of your vehicle..." They take the time to do a fair and accurate assessment to see if other problems exist. You don't always want to hear what they have to say after their inspection (I drive an '05 so they had all kinds of legitimate findings...) but they are forthright and live up to their name. I was familiar with most of the problems they identified and would trust they wouldn't gouge someone not as savvy with mechanical knowledge. Good and courteous folks work here and who seem to enjoy what they do. While I live here, I will continue to utilize them for my vehicle's needs. I highly recommend them and would trust them enough to care for family and friends with as much time and attention to detail.

Even as the team changed, I still had good experiences, though pricing started to feel inflated. (using the most expensive version of parts they could etc.) However, my most recent visit was beyond frustrating. My car was brought in on a Friday evening due to flashing dashboard lights. I was assured it would be fixed by Saturday. By 2 PM Saturday, I still hadn't received an update, so I had to call them myself. I was reassured it would be ready that day. By 5 PM, still no call, so I called again. No answer. I called at 5:30 and was put on hold for ten minutes. Finally, as my friend was driving me to the shop, I called a third time, and only then was I told, "We were just about to call you." The delays continued into Monday with zero proactive communication. I had to call again in the late afternoon only to be told they needed my car for another day. By Tuesday, after yet another call from me, it was finally ready. I understand being short-staffed due to unforeseen circumstances, but that does not excuse the complete lack of communication. As a single mother with one car and a full-time job, I rely on timely updates so I can plan accordingly. The complete disregard for customer communication, especially from a long-time customer, is unacceptable. Something seems really sketchy with how this shop is run, plus the constant overturn of staff is concerning. I won't be returning.

My husband went in for a coolant leak on the hose 10-07-2025 to get it fixed. The guy that was…read morehelping my husband comes back to tell him he needs a new thermostat($153) because the coolant spilled all over the thermostat , housing($296) but also including the coolant hose($480) and labor ($706) The price came be $1,483 but to top it off the guy told my husband our battery was bad so we should replace it which brings us to $1,900 . My husband lets him know that he does the have the funds for all these needs for the car, so the guy said " i can give you some discounts and see were it comes to" which brings us to $1189 because me and my husband weren't worried about the $260 battery he was charging... my husband decided to take the car home and check out the thermostat himself something he was unaware of , turns out there was no coolant leaking on the thermostat It was oil from a previous oil change that spilled including housing was completely fine . They tried to scam us out of almost $2000 !!!!
