Honestly, it was large enough to easily make two meals, which made the value feel much better. The woman helping me was incredibly friendly and even let me sample three different dressings before deciding. I also appreciated that you can get your dressing on the side if you prefer. All 3 I tried were good, but all very different, and I'm glad I had a chance to try them! One thing to note is that it was fairly warm inside the business, which gave me a little pause considering it's a salad-focused concept. That said, everything tasted fresh and high quality. There were only two employees working during my visit on a Wednesday around 6:30, and with about 4-5 people ahead of me, it took around 20 minutes to place my order, get my bowl made, and check out. The staff was working hard, and being incredibly helpful, but if you're in a hurry, just plan accordingly. Overall, I'd definitely return. It's nice to have a quality salad option at Boxyard, the ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was helpful and kind.
