First time coming here and it was fantastic! food was super fresh and made to order. i got the chicken and gyro over fries and it was a lot of food. i was able to finish it but could easily be two meals. the meat was flavorful but i really enjoyed how much sauce they give you. the staff was super friendly and checked in on us if we were alright. the meal plus a drink was about $17. great value. it was a little warm in the restaurant due to the kitchen being in the same room. i would definitely come back again to try other items on their menu. parking was a little bit difficult to find so plan accordingly.

This is the best place for chicken over rice in this area. The portions are big and they are generous with the amount of sauce given. Since this spot is on Franklin street, it can get quite busy so sometimes the wait for your food can be long. I would recommend ordering a pickup order online ahead of time if you're in a time crunch. The inside is pretty small but they still manage to fit a decent amount of seating. Overall, I definitely recommend this place.

New business on Franklin St. that opened last month where a hot dog place used to be beside Ben& Jerry's. Very clean with a nice wood decor inside and a few tables on the sidewalk. It's a Mediterranean gyros and plate and salads kinda place. I believe the very friendly owner was working the register. It deserves at least 3.5 stars but ya know this app, so I gave it 4. I decided to go for the Falafel Over Rice platter. I asked the owner and he said I got to choose the toppings, excellent. From my picture you can't see the beautiful bed of saffron colored rice. For toppings I got lettuce, purple cabbage, hummus, cilantro and jalapeños. On top was 5 falafels which was then topped with the sauces the owner explained to me. Choose the green cilantro and the red hot sauce. At all times the owner always asked if that was enough toppings or sauce and if I wanted more. Which was great. I really appreciate that. And because I said I liked spicy food, he gave me some extra hot sauce on the side. The dish was delicious. Also, the hot sauce was actually hot which is not often the case but it is here. It's definitely a place you need to check out.

Servings are HUGE. Prices are a STEAL. Ambiance is killing it and the staff is super nice. Clean restrooms. Clean kitchen area you can watch them make your meal. Will absolutely be back. My photo makes the meals look small but the boxes themselves are almost half a shoe box sized. 2 people could COMFORTABLY eat the gyro/chicken over fries.

We got the falafel over pita and chicken over rice with both the white and green sauce and both dishes were amazing.

Will & Well is a great addition to Boxyard if you're looking for a fresh salad, grain bowl, or…read moresmoothie option. The setup is counter service, with a handful of premade salads and bowls on the menu, or you can build your own. The build-your-own option starts at $12.99 and includes your base, five toppings, one crunchy/dry topping, and dressing. Proteins are extra and range from about $4.25-$6.50, with options including tofu, shrimp, chicken, steak, and tuna. I opted for a build-your-own bowl with chicken, which came out to just under $20 before tip. At first, that felt a little pricey to me, but the portion size was absolutely massive. Honestly, it was large enough to easily make two meals, which made the value feel much better. The woman helping me was incredibly friendly and even let me sample three different dressings before deciding. I also appreciated that you can get your dressing on the side if you prefer. All 3 I tried were good, but all very different, and I'm glad I had a chance to try them! One thing to note is that it was fairly warm inside the business, which gave me a little pause considering it's a salad-focused concept. That said, everything tasted fresh and high quality. There were only two employees working during my visit on a Wednesday around 6:30, and with about 4-5 people ahead of me, it took around 20 minutes to place my order, get my bowl made, and check out. The staff was working hard, and being incredibly helpful, but if you're in a hurry, just plan accordingly. Overall, I'd definitely return. It's nice to have a quality salad option at Boxyard, the ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was helpful and kind. Just be prepared that there may be a bit of a wait and to spend around $20 if you're adding protein (but you can easily share or make two meals from it!!!) My picture doesn't do the size justice I promise!

First, this is now a family business and as a result they are almost always understaffed. Usually only one person seating folks, taking orders, making drinks (when they know how,,) running tables, refilling drinks, preparing and paying checks, etc.. all the same person. With one or two more in the kitchen. There is sometimes a language barrier as well. Bottom line, decent food (the birra tacos and hotdogs are solid) a bit pricy because of the neighborhood but otherwise an okay time. Hope they get the other part of the building opened and can hire more help at some point.

We sat at the entrance very far from the bathrooms. Appetizer was good, we got chips and queso. I ordered something but the server forgot to place the order. My oldest daughter ate the mac and cheese but it was very basic mac and cheese and my youngest stopped eating her chicken fingers after 1 bite. I tried it and there was no taste to it. Just blend chicken, the breading had no seasoning. I will never go back to that place and I do not recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic in my opinion. It was a bit overwhelming at first trying to decide on what to eat. We decided for the classic Gyro and had some avocado/guacamole type side....I forget the name. The place was clean and the folks bringing food out were moving. Bathrooms were even clean. What I didn't take a pic of was the baklava I decided to get. With a vibe of comfort and college town, Mediterranean deli easily hits the standard for lunch or dinner or anything in between.
