Most likely because they were all rusted and falling apart. The toilet paper roll was just sitting on top of the toilet tank lid. The paper towel roll was by the sink. How many hands have touched these paper product rolls? It was horrifying! I had to use my own hand sanitizer after touching that towel roll. The only thing operational in that restroom was the soap dispenser on the wall. Honestly, I don't remember it ever being this unsanitary. I hope management can get with their corporate office to get a total renovation. It's very sad.
