I reached out for a Yelp quote yesterday morning, and was told someone could come this morning. Great! Eduardo asked for my address and phone number, and told me he would confirm a time. I waited all day and never heard back. I finally called at around 5, and he told me he'd be here at 10 this morning and would call 20 minutes before. I planned my WFH meetings around the 10am appointment, cleaned my car out last night, and found a street spot with enough space for him to park next to me. 10:05 rolls around with no call, no update, nothing. I called twice with no answer and no voice mail box set up, so I sent a Yelp message. Eduardo finally texted that he was "on his way," no apology. I had to call him to cancel, as I have a 10:30 meeting I can't be late for. He blamed it on freeway traffic (when he was one city over from me) but didn't seem to care. Now I'm scrambling to find a backup car wash before going out of town as a carpool this weekend. An apology or an update before 10 would have gone a long way. This isn't a professional business. Edit: in response to your comment... if you know you're going to be late, you call. It's simple... don't leave people wondering what happened. You ignored my calls and texted me after the time you were supposed to arrive. And you were going to be 30 minutes late, not 10... I have screen shots too. Please be honest. My car had been covered in terrible tree sap for months so I was worried I'd have to pay an insane amount to get it detailed. After looking around Yelp and getting some quotes, I found Eduardo and his quote was less than a third of what most detailers had quoted for me. I thought the price was too good to be true, and I'm happy to say Eduardo is excellent. I had originally called on a late afternoon and Eduardo showed up promptly the next morning. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY. I was trying to find a good local car detailing service and this one popped up on Yelp. 25 reviews. 4.5/5 stars. Pretty good. I should have read the negative reviews though because this business is SO unprofessional. I called in the morning and scheduled an appointment for 5pm. He was nice on the phone. Just told me to text him the address after our call. Which I did immediately. I blocked out the end of my day and of course didn't pursue any other businesses for this service. I needed this car detailing done that day for an event the next day. When I didn't hear back after a few hours I called and texted. No answer. I even left a voicemail. Never returned. At 5:02 I started texting and calling for about an hour. Never an answer or response. I had rushed home early through traffic to make sure I was on time for our 5pm appointment. I waited an hour. Nothing. It's now the following day and I didn't receive an apology or any correspondence at all. Super unprofessional. Very disappointing. And if you read the negative Yelp reviews you'll see I'm not alone. Do NOT risk using this business. It's not worth it. And to think I had planned to tip him extra too because it's the holidays. Luis did an amazing job! I park my car outside on the street and the morning sprinklers left horrible water marks on my windows and the entire right side of my car. It was so bad, I couldn't get them off when I self washed my car no matter how hard I tried, so I decided to use Luis' services. He had my car looking brand new in just 90 minutes. You'd never be able to guess that it had been covered in water marks just an hour and a half ago. As for the 1 star reviews regarding his communication skills, I truly believe a lot of it is due to a language barrier. I'm grateful to speak Spanish, and that definitely helped in communicating with Luis and ensuring that my concerns were heard and appreciated. If you do not speak Spanish, I highly highly HIGHLY recommend using a translation service like Google translate to communicate with him. It will go a long way. Overall, Luis' prices are extremely fair and his work is excellent. I'd definitely recommend his services. read more

Even asks you for you number but when it comes down to your appointment he won't show up or even text you. Contacted him the day of regarding my brand new Mercedes, and he confirmed and arrived on time within 2-3 hours!! My car was a mess.
