He was able to take the car in right away and figure out that it indeed needed a new transmission. Rick was extremely knowledgable and recommended that we go with an outsourced rebuilt transmission due to some bearing rebuild peculiarities with the Honda transmission instead of having him rebuild it on site. That option ended up saving us some money. The van was completed in a timely manner and the shop communicated continuously throughout the process. When I got it back, she was back to her old self and shifting smoothly. It is also nice that the rebuild came with a nation wide warranty. I trust my local mechanic and when he recommended Rick, I came in pretty confident. How I was treated reinforced that recommendation. Definitely recommend. Mike
