I stopped by twice to test ride 4 different bikes I saw on cycle trader. Seth was super helpful, accommodating, and never pushy. The test ride bikes were always prepped with plenty of fuel, with important features or quirks pointed out. After leaving, I got two nails in the rear tire (quick tip, do not stop on the shoulder by the Tacoma Narrows bridge). I limped to a safe place, and before trying roadside assistance, texted Seth to tell him my situation. They sent a driver (nice guy and conversation) with trailer out to me, 30 minutes away, without hesitation or expectation of payment. They said they had a budget tire in stock that matched my bike, if I wanted it installed. Alternatively, he also said he'd honor the trade in value quoted before because they planned to change it anyway. They could have taken advantage, but didn't. Seth continues to be helpful, post sale. If you're considering buying a Triumph from this dealership, please think twice. I can't speak for the other brands, but my dealing with Brother's in the purchase of a 2023 Triumph Rocket 3 GT went south from the get go, and eventually ended up with Triumph buying the bike back under pressure from the state Lemon Law. 1) The "salesman" that I worked with knew nothing about the Rocket 3 and kept trying to steer my towards and Indian because of its "bigger engine". Really? I had done my homework, and knew what I wanted, so not a big deal, but surprising. 2) As I went through with the purchase, the dealership tried to slip in a service agreement contract costing (a lot - can't remember the exact amount, but over $1k ). I do all of my own routine maintenance and have a lift table in my garage. They said I asked for it, when I certainly did not. I'm guessing that this happens regularly, so check your paperwork carefully. 3) At the routine break-in service, the used semi-synthetic 10w-40 drum oil, even though both the service manual and a service bulletin called for full-synthetic 15w-50 motor oil for the Rocket 3. They replaced the oil after I provided them with a copy of the service bulletin. They're response - "news to us". 4) I had a technical issue that was clearly under warranty - the fuel pump fuse kept blowing. Brother's has a policy of charging in full up front for warranty work, then reimburses the customer "if" the manufacturer pays for the warranty repair. Triumph would not work with Brothers to resolve this issue, and would not pay for a warranty repair due to what Triumph said was an insufficient repro of the issues (even though the fuse blew on me 3 times). To give credit where due, Brothers did pick up the costs of the attempted repairs, but I was astounded by the lack of cooperation between the manufacturer and the dealer. The bike was never repaired, and Triumph did buy the bike back after I filed a Lemon Law claim. This would have been totally avoidable if the engineers and mechanics just talked with each other to sort out the issue. I've owned numerous motorcycles over the years from almost all major brands, and currently have two Harleys. I know my way around a bike and a bike shop, and I would steer clear of this one. read more

DO NOT BUY USED ATV's from these guys. They will tell you that you can have it serviced after the sale but in fact, they won't! Apparently they will only service what sold new? No idea - but they said "take it somewhere else" Unbelievable - I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND a place like this - I fully expected to have them back up my purchase if I ever needed service. They will just tell you anything to get the sale it seems. NEVER again - and I take back my great review from before. I had no idea at that time but now I do - less than 8 months into the deal to be told "go away". Amazingly bad "after the sale service". I've now found a place just over the Narrows bridge that said "Wonderful little ATV and we're happy to take care of you". It's a pain to have to take it elsewhere, over the bridge, but at least I can hope for more honest dealings for a more reputable dealer. Shameful. read more

Have had a great overall experience with The Brothers! Brought my Ducati in to get serviced, as they used to be a Ducati dealership, and I've heard about Mike Velasco being the expert with. They're cheaper than taking it to the dealership for sure, but you don't buy a Duc pretending it's going to be cheap like a Honda to fix, you just want it done correctly and in good hands. With that said, someone made a mistake quoting me for tires and it ended up being nearly double what I was quoted, and the service desk honored the price I was quoted, and ate most if not all of the cost of the Pirelli's, very graciously too. I also had a question about the bike after repair and Isaac at the service desk was efficient and generous and answered all my questions. I genuinely appreciate this level of service, especially with a new customer like myself. It's not the mistake that's made, it's the effort that goes into fixing it that goes a long way in my book. New customer for service on my 2014 BRP Spyder, with 50,000 miles on it. can't say enough good things about the way I was handled, AND the care in which my Spyder was handled, from pickup at my house, to service, to delivery back to me. My wife and I are VERY particular about "appearance and condition" of this machine. It came back to me in the same "as new" condition I gave it to them in. They performed all items I asked for, which included new plugs, brake fluid change, routine annual service, and replacement of the rear tire. Due to weather around my place, we finally got to take it for a 30 mile run yesterday and were surprised to find how response, smooth, and quiet it ran. Noticeably different than before I took it in. Was probably my own fault for not doing my research and signing a as is contract but I bought a 05 BMW K1200S and within the first month of owning the bike the transmission broke on me and they weren't willing to do anything to help me. Absolutely ridiculous I spent over $7,000 on the used motorcycle just for it to sit in my front yard and collect dust. Legally they covered their own ass but the fact that they weren't willing to help me shows what kind of shop they are. They do not care about their customers just the money. I wouldn't recommend buying a used motorcycle or even a new motorcycle from them. Definitely will never be shopping with Brothers powersports again. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Brought the Can-Am back and they had a hard time shifting it just to get it off the trailer. After a few days they returned it with a new shifter kit installed. Shifted much better. Put it in the garage just after delivery. And they replaced the front fender which was cracked from what they said was from "shipping straps." Much better except it was darker than the rest of the front end after being sun bleached from sitting out in the weather for ~ 2 years on their uncovered lot. So today I'm excited to get it loaded in the trailer to take it out on the trail. Turn the key: Nothing! Okay. Battery check. 5 volts. And it would not take a charge from my smart charger. Could a 12v yuasa battery that sat out for almost two years on the lot possibly be a problem? Brothers! I hope you (and everyone else) are reading this!! read more

I should have written this review long ago, but I was, and still am, in an awkward position because I am stuck dealing with this establishment for the next three years as i have an extended warranty with the brother's powersports and the next nearest dealer is 2 hours away. I actually bought locally here in bremerton to help this company as Bremerton is an economically repressed town and I spent a grand extra buying from them rather than on ebay from an out of state dealer as I wanted to aid the local economy. BIG mistake! This company was fine to deal with before i actually needed warranty work done on my machine due to catastrophic failure. Once I really put the dealer/client relationship to the test, they failed in every possible way. It took months and months of back and forth phone calls that usually went like this: I would call to get an update and would be told that the person who has the info is not available, but I would get a call back. out of 50 such phone calls, I maybe got a call back less than 10% of the time. So I'd wait a week to not come across as overly demanding, and I would politely call back and the process would begin anew. As a busy professional, my time is valuable and I would estimate I lost a small fortune in time dealing with a 10,000 dollar repair. It would have almost been preferable to throw my new but damaged waverunner in the garbage and buy a new one. This went on from April of 2016 to late Feb 2017....its nearly a year now, and my machine is still broken. I got the waverunner back after missing an entire riding season because of this runaround nonsense, and after only 2 hours of use, it broke again. I took the waverunner back yet again, and they fixed it. This time the repair lasted 4 hours. I now have 56 hours on the machine and have spent almost twice that much time calling and visiting the brother's powersports trying to get this taken care of. I have never had my time and loyalty so severely disrespected from any business I have ever dealt with...and this includes COMCAST! And this is after giving them almost 20k on one of the most expensive items they sell. When i bougth this from them, I already knew that they had terrible Yelp reviews, and told them that this concerned me. They assured me that our relationship would not come to this...yet here we are. read more

I made the rounds talking to the service folks who will be doing the required warranty maintenance in the future, they were knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. As a customer that is kind of stuck going to them since they are the closest Indian dealer to me by far, they really didn't need to take the time, they could've blown me off. This place is a joke. If I could give zero stars I would. The finance lady with blond hair is SO RUDE. My husband was looking to buy a 2019 Honda Grom and this place had no wiggle room at all. Charging $272 for a set up fee alone which consist of putting the tires and handle bars on. We had been here for an hour discussing and talking with the sales guy. When they came back with pricing we told the finance lady we were going to step outside and talk about it. We made a phone call to a friend to ask his opinion as he works in the industry and talked about it to see what we wanted to do(as this is a big purchase). We were outside(in view of the finance lady's desk as she visibly saw us talking to each other and on the phone)and she came out and said yelled with an attitude(not like she actually cared) "are you guys okay? We close in 15 minutes just wanted to let you know." And walked back inside. Mind you we had only been outside for maybe 5 minutes. We both looked at each other SHOCKED. To interrupt us having an important conversation that she knew we were having but also if you want to make this sale you are gonna stay here the extra time. It's how great customer service works. First we asked if they could throw in extras and he said yeah but we will take away the discount on sticker price we already gave you ($200). Our monthly payment would have been $98 (with GAP insurance brought it up to $109). They wanted to make the sale and we said we would feel comfortable with a payment closer to $100. The salesperson we were working with took it to the older guy that never leaves his desk and talked for about 5 minutes. Came back and said $109 is what we could do. THEY DIDN'T NEGOTIATE AT ALL. We said sorry were gonna have to walk he shook my husbands hand and we left. Lost the sale of $4,500. We later found another Honda dealership that had the SAME out the door price for a 2020 Honda Grom. You can tell Brothers Powersports does not treat their customers the way they would want to be treated and doesn't care if they loose them or not. Just bought a brand new Indian Motorcycle, obviously very happy with my new Chieftain. However this review is about Brothers Powersports. They were a lot of fun to work with. Seemed like on big family, and the hand off from one person to the next, as different things were gone over, was seamless. There was even a big party/concert after work that night, and I was invited to come along on my new Indian and get in free. I don't buy motorcycles all the time, but I'd definitely buy from them again. When your buying something, you assume your going to be spending some money. They were great at first...but don't be fooled, they are schistey and give "used car salesmen" a bad name. They seem like your best friend, and then pull the rug out from under you for a few bucks. I was in there trying to decide between 2 jetskis and was clearly told that I was first in to negotiate on it, so it was mine if I wanted it. They tried to sell me a more expensive one, and when I decided to go with the first one, they had already sold it to another person, while I was sitting in the office negotiating for it. Had new tires put on my Suzuki c50. I bought the tires online and had them installed at brothers for about half what my original dealership, and another shop I use a bit closer to home. The price was way good, and as I had to wait for it, even that was only 90 minutes. Not bad at all. Would have got 5 stars but the mechanic tried to upsell me on a "shimmy" in my front end on his test drive after the install. 40 miles home, 75 plus in several areas, no shimmy that I could discern. The staff was really cool, fun to talk to and gave me some advice on playstation vs. xbox. I will go back. read more

I've read the "negative" reviews and I am not quite sure what the issues were. Every time I have been in I am treated well. I've have my bike serviced there routinely both as scheduled maintenance and as a breakdown. all times they kept me informed as to the work in progress which helps. Personally, when you have a breakdown, you should probably go in with the idea of having to leave the bike. Last week, I traded in my 2007 Yamaha majesty for a new Honda ctx700 dct. Nico, Seth and Heather where great. I got best pricing possible and the process was super easy. This is the worst shop I've ever been to. They don't know how to treat customers, definitely have favorite customers, don't get anything done and LIE ALL THE TIME. The only time I have ever gotten quality service from them was when I actually bought a bike other than that if you're not pulling out your wallet they're not paying attention to you. Save your money and go else where because Brother's doesn't understand customer service nor do they care to understand. Terrible buying experience. Purchased a Yamaha FZ streetbike and have been extremely dissatisfied with customer service. They talked down to me as soon as papers were signed, and refused to work with me from that point on. I own a lot of powersports toys, but will never walk on that store again. BTW, the bike is great!
