As the bill went up to refurbish my suspension, no fault of MX Trends, he took the time to salvage anything he could and get me the best deal on parts possible. The turn around was much faster than expected especially with the amount of work that went into it. My suspension feels so much more progressive and smooth now, like a new bike. However, once we took the bikes out for a ride, it was apparent that the bikes were in worse shape than when I dropped them off. My wife's bike power assist was inoperable. I took hers back to them and told them their 'crafted' control disk was the wrong size. I had to wait for the part. A couple of weeks later, I picked it up and noticed her tires were wobbly. I told them they had put on defective tires from the manufacturer and needed a new pair. In the meantime, I noticed my display was no longer working. The list goes on and on. Bottom line. They are incompetent bike mechanics and terrible at customer service. Save yourself.
