I purchased a truck from Jason at Kendall Auto less than six months ago. Jason came highly…read morerecommended from my company, which makes this even harder to write. At the time, Jason assured me this vehicle had a brand new engine, and that a considerable amount of other parts and components where recently replaced, as Jason had owned this vehicle prior. At the time, this truck had just over 240000 miles and Jason assured me that if I brought the truck to him he would honor a "warranty" that would cover parts... No labor. At the time, i was being pressured from my organization to purchase a vehicle, so I had little choice but to agree. Furthermore, I made the mistake of not paying attention to the quality of tire and what kind of rims/tires the truck needed... 22s as it were are difficult because no one has them on hand... The truck ran fine for a couple of months until those tires had to be replaced... Only 3000 miles after I bought the truck. Increasingly, more and more, issues began to arise with this vehicle... Coolant lines needing to be replaced, oil pressure senders and sensors going bad... My dashboard backlight going out (they are not individual lamps, but a whole piece that needs to be replaced) and to top it off- the knock sensor in the "brand new" engine Jason claimed all began showing signs of wear and needed changing... Fast forward to today- 255,000 miles on the frame - I've sunk close to $2500 already, owing $2800 still and still needing close to 1k work... Igo to ask Jason to to honor his promise for a warranty on the knock sensor and the dash light as I feel they pertain to the year warranty... What do I get as a response? Defensive rhetoric and accusations of not taking care of the vehicle... This guy will go back on his word and professional promises to his customers. I wish I could continue but at this point I will not be doing any further business with this establishment.

Was referred to Dave's Auto Repair through a good associat. called for quote, and right away Mr…read moreDave was very short with me .. looked up a transmission in Houston and told me , " I can order it and it will be here by Monday, bring the car in " .. i replied perfect what's the turn around for cash in hand , Mr Dave resp by friday... upon the good referral an somewhat reviews , I towed my vehicle to the shop anyway . then I asked is a new transmission best or do I need new parts , he replied he will look at my vehicle and get back with me .. 3 days go by, no update.. so I call today (Monday day 4) and mr Dave is even shorter with me saying he will get to it Friday and hung up phone .. well needless to say u drove the hr to his sho and asked for a more detailed answer, Mr Dave then ignored my question and walked in office to retr my keys and three them at me and said " I'm sorry u can't make your deadline" of course I'm frustrated, words where exchanged ,-'s I warned mr Dave of the pending review.. he replies , I didn't give him any money so its invalid.. well folks it's only him and one other guy the two times I visited the shop about 10-15 vehicles around shop.. it appears he's overwhelmed and under staffed .. which sucks for me because I chose this shop listening to an associate versus shopping closer to my neighborhood and I could have saved hours of travel time.. this is an honest review and my phone number is 469-676-7409 to prove why I am not a fake review as he has claimed others to be in the past

My mother found this place and had nothing negative to say. She keeps going back to get work done…read more So I tried it out.. So happy I did. Now my car runs better than it did when I first bought it! It runs smooth, it's quiet, and I have better gas mileage! Even tho it's a far drive FOR ME, I will make the trip in order to get 5 star service. Dave was completely nice and very informative. I didn't feel like he was BSing me. I am totally impressed.

We recently had to take our 2006 Camry in for repair to the driver's side front bumper and broken headlight. They not only repaired the vehicle but also fixed some additional side blemishes.
