Found out next time I went to do my own oil change that the tech have done a brilliant job of cross, threading the bolt to the skid plate. The girl behind the desk refused to wear a mask, said "It's not a law." She can refuse to wear a mask when she goes to other places, I am not going to debate that. When she is an employee and refuses to wear a mask customers do not have the option to not be exposed by her. I expect a certain level of protection by employees when I am paying with my hard earned money. After 11 years of giving them that money, not one penny more. To their credit the guys outside in the garage all had masks. I am sure it will be a lot hotter today for them in the garage than it will be for her in the air conditioned office. read more

Not a lot of places in or near Floresville that are willing to change the oil in my Fist 500, but these folks!!! OMGosh! Not only did they not hesitate, I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes! I have been to this location 6 times, and also the last time. They do not do everything on their checklist. My last invoice didn't even have the checklist, it was completely blank. They didn't put the window sticker on, letting you know when oil change is due. They didn't have my air filter in stock, so after their service I went across the street to O'Reilly parts and bought one to install myself. Again this is lube work's service. I called the manager the next day... what a shame, he actually laughed when I told him these issues. I put a call into the owner and no I haven't been called back. The owner must ok this type of behavior, I would NOT take my car or any other car to this location. read more

This has to be the worst lube shop I ever saw. It's not rocket science it's a car ! But you cant have it done here. They dont grease your car. This is way too much for them , I'm going to assume they put clean oil in the motor, I've never checked.Dont look for fresh grease,theres none to be found. These guys are on top of it. Never have been to a place quite like it and that's a good thing. While waiting for a short time they cleaned my windows and checked my tire pressure. Moved me up, changed my oil, and got me on my way in under 30 minutes. That's quality. Also a bonus that they don't use Fram oil filters and do use all pennzoil products including filter. Definitely 5 star worthy service and they got me as a repeat customer for sure now. read more

Being a mom my car is always full and has kids in it! I can not unload so I stay in my car and they always accommodate my needs. Even go back so they can check my oil levels for free in between changes! Highly recommend. read more
