Unfortunately, after seeing recent reviews, it looks like my experience wasn't an isolated incident. I brought my 7th-generation Honda Civic in to have all four speakers replaced and a new head unit installed. The owner recommended speakers from his shop and suggested a radio that would improve the overall sound, so I trusted his recommendations. When I dropped the car off, an entire day went by and only the rear speakers had been replaced. I was then told the speakers I had chosen were defective, so I had to wait another day before he even began working on the front speakers and radio. After spending around $1,000, I expected quality work. Less than six months later, the front speakers started cutting in and out. About a year later they stopped working completely. I also ended up chasing a parasitic battery drain that killed my battery, leading me to replace it before discovering the real issue. An automotive electrician later found corrosion in the speaker wiring and wiring leading to the doors, along with poor installation work. None of these problems existed before the shop worked on the car. Looking back, I should have brought it back under warranty, but after the experience I had, I wasn't confident I wanted anyone there touching my car again. What also left a bad impression was the constant complaining about working on my Civic. A 7th-generation Honda Civic is one of the most common and straightforward vehicles for aftermarket audio work. Hearing that he "didn't want to work on another Honda Civic again" after the job was finished was unprofessional and didn't inspire confidence. Sun & Sound just doesn't feel like the same shop it was when they were located in Worcester. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

I reached out to Julian to get a quote for window tinting to my home because I had been quoted an estimate from another company with a huge dollar amount that I was not able to afford for a few windows. Julian promptly came out to my home, gave me a decent estimate which at the time I accepted, but later decided that I could not go forward with Job. I had given Julian a down payment to start the project. I emailed Julian to see if the check would be returned. Julian said the check had been cashed but he would send me out a check for the money that I had put down as deposit. " Wow " I was impressed with Julians honesty , plus updating by sending me a photo of the letter with check enclosed being mailed back to my home address to reassure and put me at ease I would be refunded. Julian in my opinion is an honorable man. I am very grateful for such a positive experience and to have the opportunity to meet such a business owner like Julian who believes in the value of integrity, honesty and to go above and beyond for his customers. Never, ever bring your car here for rustproofing. Or interior cleaning. Or exterior cleaning. The…read morebosses behind the desks upstairs have no idea what is going on with the workers down below in the work bays. I brought my vehicle there for 8 years, and they broke something on my car every single time. Broken parts were simply left in the back, no one at the desk even knew about it, never mentioned it to me. Interior smells like a dirty puddle because they are too lazy to change the dirty water in the steam vacuum? They will tell you to drive with the windows down (even though it's raining out). They install plugs to spray oil inside rust-prone areas? They will never remove the plugs to spray anything inside and then the vehicle will ROT to death in several months. Pay for diamond gloss exterior except they half-ass it. I wasted thousands of dollars with this company and now my vehicle is all rotted can't even get an inspection sticker now. Go with Fluid Film instead for rustproofing because it actually works unlike this method which traps moisture and actually causes rust and rot. Go to an independent shop for detailing, they might actually clean your car and not break parts off and try to hide it. Ziebart is complete garbage and i don't recommend them for anyone. Zero stars.
