I booked an SUV detailing through the corporate account where I work. We get 50% off so I was charged $137 for an SUV. I then saw online I could get a coupon for $99 through Groupon, that was disappointing. My appt was scheduled for 1/3/19; that morning I got a text from Ugur saying due to rain they could not detail my car. It only rained until 10 am, but whatever. So we rescheduled for 1/9/19, that morning I texted Ugur to confirm and was promptly told he had to reschedule because of limited parking at my work. Rescheduled again to 1/10/19. My car was fairly clean to start with, my motivation was for the deep cleaning. Included in the deluxe detail is vacuuming/shampoo of carpets along with cleaning the leather, cleaning and treating rubber trim, dashboard and vents. I think you can tell by the pictures how none of that was done properly. I could have gotten the same results at a gas station car wash on my own. Thoroughly disappointed and will not se their services or recommend them to anyone!! read more

I got it detailed because I am getting ready to sell it, and it looks better than it has in years. I am a really unhappy customer. I got a groupon for a car detailing here and figured I could shop while they detailed. I came back to my car and the guy casually showed me that he shattered part of my windshield! They did refund the cost of the service and he said he would pay for the repair. I was not going to give a negative review and give them the benefit of the doubt BUT that was over a month ago and he claims he keeps trying to transfer the money to my account and it's not working. The message yesterday said I would get a check, I will believe it when I see it. It is SUPER unsafe to drive around especially in the changing temps with part of your windshield with HUGE cracks in it. Really disappointing! Next stop is the BBB. read more

Arrived an hour early- guys sitting around BSing and on their phones. Took my car in and told me that it would be done at 3:30PM. Returned to find my back door wells are scratched up from their equipment, entire spots on the interior were missed,there's a new neon green stain on my front passenger side rug (I only drink bottled water) and my car still smell like dog vomit! I purchased a Groupon and was told there was an additional fee for the removal of dog hair. The value they put on the detailing was $275.00. While I didn't pay the $275.00 they claimed the service was valued at....it's a poor job and they caused damage! Now I have to get the stain out if possible, still address the dog vomit odor, and address the scratches they put on the inside of my door wells! NOT WORTH IT! read more

I had taken a livingsocial coupon for Lube2go. Went to the Marlborough one yesterday morning after booking an appointment. Firstly finding the location was just a mess. Called them to ask the exact location but went on voicemail and no response from anyone. After asking a lot in the mall, finally arrived at the location. Had taken the deluxe interior and exterior. Left the car there and picked up after 4 hours. Interior was very well done but wasn't satisfied with exterior. Felt like the wax wasn't done well and no shine. Looked like just a car wash on the outside. So taking off one star for the location details and another star for exterior wax. Overall not worth the $220 as shown on their website. read more

Do NOT go to the Solomon Pond Mall location in Marlborough, MA, Horrible experience. 3 visits and car is still not clean. After removing the car seats for the 1st appointment, I received a call 1 hour before the 2 PM appointment stating that it is canceled due to workers calling in sick, was already in route as I had to make arraignments to drop off the car. Made a follow up appointment for the following Monday, was told that the day was wide open, pick 10AM was told it would take 2 hours and come back about 12:30, was there at 1 and the car was only half done, only the inside was cleaned, made a 3rd appointment to have the outside detailed (to finish the job they started), was told I would receive a TXT when completed, well once again it was there for over 2 hours and no TXT and no response via TXT or phone. Had to go there in person to find out what happened, once again the car wasn't touched, was told it would be ready in a half hour. All they did was a quick wash, no wax, windows were dirty inside and out. Horrible place, poor management, and loaded with excuses. Today I drove an hour from Boston to the Beverly Lube2Go and I am so happy that I did! I got a Groupon for this place, after checking out all the places listed on Groupon. This one had the best reviews. From the moment I arrived at the garage, I was greeted by the friendliest man who seemed to be in charge. He was so pleasant and happy and instantly made me feel glad that I had chosen to do business there. My SUV wasn't in rough shape, but there were a few stains, including iced tea, that I wasn't sure would come out. It took about 1.5 hours for the job to be completed. I was delighted with the results! My car was SPOTLESS and nice and shiny on the outside. I didn't have much interaction with the gentleman who actually did the cleaning, but the man in charge was, once again, extremely gracious and kind. There were a few auto detailing deals on LivingSocial to choose from. I decided to go with this place because "Lube2Go" was also my nickname in college. I was feeling like a scumbag driving around in a dirty car. Thanks to Lube2Go, now I feel like a million bucks in my moderately priced Subaru PIMPreza XV that feels brand new. Despite their name, no lube was used...but they did buff out the huge scratches on my rear bumper! It looks so much better! Thanks Lube2Go for buffing my rear bumper! Service was quick too, 1.5 hours. My only concern now is the effort it will take to fight off the ladies that will want to date me because my car has become too sexy :( 10/10, would become a ladies man here again. read more

We didnt have the right tools to get rid of that and it stayed there forever. They even took that off for us and cleaned the glass again!! fantastic service and very polite people! I signed up for the 2 vechicle Groupon deal. My confirmation came back indicating that I purchased a service one sedan. I didn't want to show up and surprise the technician with two vehicles so I attempted to communicate my concerns with the email address and phone number listed. While the service was fair, my frustration lies with how inaccessible it is to communicate with the Lube2Go company. I emailed 2x and phoned with no success. My emails were returned "undeliverable" and the phone number didn't appear validate. Due to the lack of communication, i will not return for future services. read more

Purchased a voucher through Living Social for a deluxe SUV cleaning and went to the Marlborough location today. Overall I'd say good value for the price. Probably not worth the $270 the website advertises at, but for $98, it's worth it. They canceled my appointment, morning of with an hour notice. Claim someone called in sick. I made appt several weeks in advance, made arrangements for a ride to/from location so I could leave my car. They tried to get me to come back another day or to another location (neither option possible given arrangements I specifically made for this day). I find it hard to believe that only one person was set to be at Marlboro location that day. Business should be prepared with alternative employees. read more

UPDATE: After the experience below, the manager contacted me to schedule another appointment to "make things right". It was scheduled for 9 AM today and I was quoted three hours. I dropped my car off at 8:45 AM, and when I returned around 11:45, the car had literally not been touched. it was still parked in the sun with the door open as I had left it. The girl working there said they had two employees that called out, and I could either wait another two hours, or reschedule for another day. Since I had already wasted my entire morning, I decided to wait the two hours. When I returned, only the inside had been cleaned. They did a decent job, but I had to go to work after waiting for 5 hours, so they were unable to finish the outside. I am now driving around a car that is dirtier than when I had dropped it off. To have received service this terrible twice in a row is mind blowing. To top it off, the buttons used to adjust the driver seat now completely do not work. Unless you want to waste your entire day, and possibly leave with A broken car, I suggest you spend the extra money to bring your car to a place that actually values their customers. I am planning on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because this is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. I brought my car here on June 26th to get it detailed. I have a jeep and purchased the groupon for around $100. When I dropped the car off I was quoted two hours until completion. I finally called 3 1/2 hours later and was informed that it was ready. When I went to go pick it up, I was shocked. The door jams were not clean, the vents were not clean, the windows were even less clean than they were when I dropped it off, in between the seats was still dirty, the running boards were not cleaned, and I will sell my soul to the devil if you can convince me that the outside was waxed, because there was still VISIBLE dirt. The tires AND wheels were both not cleaned. I don't know anyone in their right mind that would pay the full price for this detail. I'm 22 years old and consider myself a very reasonable consumer, having detailed cars on my own in high school. To say this was the worst service I've ever had performed would be the understatement of the century. It is literally mind blowing to me that this business is still running. If you are reading this review save yourself a lot of frustration and time spent re-cleaning everything and just pay the extra money to have it done professionally. Horrible! I am so angry I wasted my money!! Brought my daughters Santa Fe in because the previous owner had multiple cats in vehicle. I am allergic to cat dander so I bought a GROUPON because it stated it sanitizes inside of car and shampoos. They DID NOT shampoo anything in her car! In fact it was dirtier after they were done, then when we brought it in. Black marks were on the back of the rear seats and pieces of grass were in the way back(trunk area) The only thing I noticed they did was wipe the dash board off and wax the outside of her SUV. The seats and carpets were still filthy and dry. The cat dander still as pronounced as it was prior to the "detailing"! I should of just done it myself and kept the $100 and bought some Benadryl! I'm not sure what's happening at the Manchester NH one but I just left the Marlborough, MA Lube2go and the job was incredible! I brought my Honda Pilot in -- our family car. As you can imagine there was kid crud and dog hair and just recently an entire cup of DD french vanilla coffee spilled in the front seat and onto the floor. The crew (Shane and co) was extremely pleasant and took on the challenge -- I am amazed. It looks better than when i bought it used a few years ago. I admit it was a little weird when I first drove up and it was in the parking garage of the mall but it was actually very convenient because the mall opens early for walkers so I was able to sit and do work while the car was being done. I highly recommend this location and will bring my husband's car next! read more

HORRIBLE job. I'm still stunned! I received a groupon for $99 detailing of my suv. I arrived early for my appointment & couldn't find the building. I called & left a message asking where to go. A few minutes later I received a return call saying she was running late...sorry. Turns out it's not a building but a truck in an underground mall parking lot. Staff showed up 20 minutes late to start the day while 3 customers waited...not a good start. It took 3.5-4 hours (normal). Now I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect clean &a shiny!!! I was VERY disappointed. The outside of the car had several dirty spots, which I was able to rub off myself, unclear why lube2go didn't see any of them. The windshield hadn't been washed at all, the leather seats were still dirty, driver's seat hadn't been cleaned at all. There were black marks everywhere When I called the mgr over to show her all the dirt still there after they'd finished, she was able to clean it all. My white car is in very good condition, black dirt marks arei not difficult to see! I opened one door and advised her that the inside of the door was still dirty. She actually said to me, Which dirty spot did you mean? Seriously? She quickly cleaned both. I couldn't stay there any longer waiting for her to clean the rest. When I arrived home, my husband noticed the wheels hadn't been touched at all. Don't waste your $. I could have gone to my local car wash and received a more thorough job for $15. I had a Groupon that I got for Christmas so I finally decided to use it now that the weather is nice. The location is hard to find-Solomon Pond Mall in the garage. No signs directing your where to go. I arrived and they took my keys and the Groupon and I went into the mall. It took about 90min (small sedan) I came back and it looked pretty good and so I thanked them and left. They did a decent job- my car was clean and smelled nice. I expected a little more than what was done, but it was good enough. I expected my seats to be shampooed or steamed but they clearly weren't (evident by the makeup stains I had on the seat that will easily come out with steam or shampoo) They cleaned the console, steering wheel, dashboard and the trunk well. The carpets were vacuumed and my windows seemed clean. My tires were shiny. The car looked clean on the outside, but I thought they'd use a black car polish or wax or something to get some of the micro scratches out, but they didn't. I personally don't think it would be worth the full price they charge, but it was good as a gift and for the Groupon price. read more

My detailing took exactly two hours and was cleaner than I've ever seen the car before! It looked as though it was brand new and I had just brought it home from the dealership. Highly dissatisfied with the detail job but even more dissatisfied with the rude behavior of the manager. I used a groupon at $220 value and was told AFTER purchasing this, they would need to charge an additional $40 to remove stains on my 4 year old car. They took an hour longer than quoted to finish the job. When I asked for the name of the owner to resolve my compliant rather than post a public poor review (I want my car to be CLEANED), the manager refused to provide the information. I would never return and I freely share my experience at Lube2Go with friends. I will always check yelp reviews for services in the future. In this case, you don't get at all what you pay for. Same person every time-she does a great job-never had any issues-clean and shiny from top to tires! I highly recommend this location. I booked an appointment for 1pm and was told it would be a 2 hours appointment. I showed up at 1pm and was told it would be 2.5 hours. I told them I had to be out of there in 2.75 hours because I had a meeting. They said it wouldn't be a problem. At 2.75 hour mark I went to get my car and they hadn't even started it. The woman in charge was completely unapologetic. When I asked her why she didn't tell me at drop off that they were running 3+ hours behind schedule she gave no reason and didn't apologize. I had to leave so I took my car back exactly as I left it with them after 2.75 hours and a 40 minute drive each way. read more

I used a Groupon yesterday on my car. Most of my windows were not clean. The back windows were not even touched. I have a dog so there's dog nose marks in the back -- so it was very obvious. What ever they used to spray my leather - they left splatter marks all over the leather and on the trim. There were still crumbs in my front console. When I got home I had to clean my windows and use my leather wipes to get the spray marks off. In addition, I waited for my car. I never got a call/text. After 2-1/2 hours I walked out and it was sitting there 'done'. This was not $99 dollars worth of work at all. Disappointed. read more

Beware. This place is a waste of time and money. I made an appointment, which was cancelled within a couple hours of the appointment, due to understaffing. I rescheduled for the following week. I received a text confirming my appointment. But when I got there, no one was around. I called and texted the manager and got no response. I called the main number and got a recording that all appointments were cancelled and that customers should have received a text notification. I didn't. Luckily, Living Social is honorable and allowed me to transfer my voucher to a detailer that hopefully has his stuff together. read more

Had a groupon- got a disappointing experience. 1/2 windshield not cleaned, polish on headlights and interior chrome door pulls. Gear shift area not touched. Passenger seat stained- still cannot get stain out- was not stained before appt. Find another place to get your car detailed. They keep the car out of sunlight when you pick it up so it looks like a decent job. Bad business. read more
